      My wife's *** is 2 years old under warranty, go to fox *** ************ MI left car for repairs they installed headlight to new altenator still did not fix they said they called *** waiting on an answer, been weeks no car and dealer said can't give a loaner, none available plus they have not found problem yet. Losing business and no solution in sight.unknown when I will see the car again, guess it's law suit time

      My 2020 Kia ******** engine died at only 37k miles. Its been at the dealership (********************* of ********, **) since February (its now July) as we wait for a new engine. We have not been provided a loaner car or reimbursed for our rental car fees. We were forced to lease a new car for our family while still paying payments on this Sorento. We pay insurance and payments on a car we havent seen in 5 months. DO NOT BUY A ****

      Absolutely deplorable customer service. Once they get an inkling that they arent at fault with anything, they ghost you. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE!!! The repair shop and I have been ignored by **************** (******, **) and ************** now Kia America. No one cares that Im making payments on a vehicle I havent driving in 220 days and that the repair shop is out ~$20k because ****** *** is holding my vehicle hostage. Without its return to me, I cant pay my insurance deductible and the repair shop cant get their money for their service. Someone fix this! If I could, this would be ZERO star(s)!!!!!

      Im disabled called about a part I had a friend fix way before recall. I called told them I had a friend fix the latch for ***** cash. Which would have been way cheaper than taking it to *** because there was not a recall yet!I told him I paid him cash he fixed it . Now for reimbursement I have to take it into *** to get it checked to make sure it was put in right ! I have to have a receipt ! This was done May 11,2022. . I havent had no problems since repair which I told him. This is to much just pay for what I paid out before recall. Local *** ********** was awesome in 2023 they had to replace my engine due to using to much oil . It was a lot because I kept telling them it was using to much oil but there was a process and they took care of it great very thankful, If your ******** is calling trying to get assistant is it to much just to takecare of them . No its not!!! The complaint is *** ******** care ********************** ****** ,***** . Thanks a lot for not wanting to help me this is not appreciated!!!

      Their bad engine caused catalytic converter failure. They stand behind the engine but not the converter. $2200 for a converter replacement . A joke . **************** hung up on me when I asked her name. Beware

      I own a 2023 *** ******* which was purchased 7 months ago from your *** ********** in ************* . Just recently I took a trip to *********** and 4 hours into my drive home I was alerted that my engine was failing/overheating and advised me to pull over which I did. Upon initial inspection there was pink fluid leaking out on the right front side of my car; see photo attached. Had my insurance GEICO tow me to the closest ********** which was the *********************** ********** on Sunday April 21st where I dropped off my car for them to check out the next day, having to stay in a hotel overnight. *** then called me the next morning stating they could check out my car in 3-5 days which is when I explained my situation of being 7 hours from home and they kindly were able to check out my car that afternoon. They came to the conclusion that "a hole was found in the radiator from a rock or external source". While driving there was no evidence or sound heard before my car alerted me that the engine was overheating. I highly doubt a rock would have or could have penetrated my car in the matter of which the mechanic said it did.Please be advised I posted to ******** photos and what was said to have happened and a friend ******************* alerted me that this exact same thing happened to her 5 months ago to her brand new **** Sounds like there's a fault with the car if you ask me. Luckily hers happened in town and her uncle who is a mechanic was able to prove this was not done because of a rock and *************** for the repair. This was my very first road trip ever with this vehicle and I drive all around town with my car for work; I am a hospice home health nurse so It's very important I have reliable transportation I can count on. I just picked up my *** on tuesday May 7th. *** declines fault and has refused to pay for anything related to this matter.

      *************** Fails to Honor Buyback Agreement Six-Month Ordeal My experience with *************** has been nothing short of a disaster. After my 2020 ************* suffered from persistent engine and transmission problems that couldn't be fixed, *** offered a buyback as a resolution. I signed the buyback agreement, expecting a prompt resolution. However, it has now been six months, and *** has failed to honor their commitment.From the moment the buyback agreement was signed, I was assured that the process would be quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I have been met with endless delays and a lack of communication from ***. Each time I reach out for an update, I'm given vague assurances but no concrete action.The six-month wait has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I'm left with a defective ******* that I was promised would be bought back, causing me significant stress and financial strain. The lack of urgency and accountability from *** is astonishing and unacceptable.***'s customer service throughout this ordeal has been disappointing. Despite numerous follow-*** and attempts to escalate the issue, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or even a clear timeline for when the buyback will be completed. The lack of transparency and responsiveness from *** has left me feeling neglected and betrayed.This experience has completely eroded my trust in ***. For a company that claims to value its customers, their actions have shown the opposite. The failure to honor the buyback agreement in a timely manner is a glaring example of poor customer service and management.I strongly advise anyone considering a *** ******* to think twice. The company's inability to follow through on their commitments and the lack of support during this challenging time have been extremely disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and choose a brand that stands by their word and values their customers.

      Please don't buy a *********** product. Like so many other complaints on this site, I too have a Kia ******* (2017) still covered by the extended warranty issued by *** due to a class action law suit settlement, and to no surprise the failure I've experienced is not covered and I have to replace the engine. Firstly, there is no chance I will do so through a *** dealership - they won't receive a dime from me, secondly I will never own a *** nor will I advise anyone to do so. After replacing the turbo, and the catalytic converter; all related to the environmentally caustic oil rich burning emissions the car creates, and the (literally) 8 gallons of oil I've replaced over ******************** a total of over $4000, I get to dump more $$ to make it road worthy. *** should be ashamed. I could not leave a zero star rating so I'm being generous with 1 star -

      Took my 2021 Telluride to local dealer due to apparent problem with transmission. Mechanics didn't know how to diagnose and had to keep sending data to technicians on the west coast. Took 2 weeks to figure out it needs a new transmission, a week to get approval to replace it under warranty, and now we're being told it's scheduled for repairs more than 3 weeks after that. In total, it's looking like a 7-week process. They've provided no loaner, and they're offering less than $50/day for a rental car (where can I find a 7-seat rental car for that price??), which I have to pay for up front and HOPE for reimbursement on later (which would take over a month to be processed and paid). *** *************** has been rude (repeatedly talked over me with no suggested resolution) or nonresponsive. All the poor service at the dealership and *** corporate almost made me forget the initial problem - THIS VEHICLE NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION AFTER JUST 4 YEARS. Will never buy a *** again.
