      AVETTA practices Fraud. They deducted $1,544.50 from my bank account which I had not authorizedv and THEN sent me an Invoice. I had earlier informed them I did not want to open an account with them.

      I hate that one of our biggest clients uses this company. We are a small business and this company feels like a scam. Some random ************** just added ** as a connection. This company is located states away and we do not work with them. We are a service company. Avetta notified us they would be automatically drafting over $1800.00 from our bank account because this company added us. If you do not catch this type of thing in time you are out of luck and they just take your money. I distrust this company. We should be able to approve ***************** before they are added. And why are we charged $1500 a year to fix plumbing issues at one company. It blows my mind.

      Avetta spends a lot of time on this BBB site responding to complaints and reviews. Avetta's business practices are coercive, unethical and invoicing is such a mess that it's difficult to tell if Avetta is purposefully fraudulent or is that inept. Avetta has a **** review score (not good) but has a BBB score of A+. Avetta feedback is so bad in fact, that it calls the BBB does scoring into question. How does a company perform this poorly but still retains BBB A+ rating?

      Billing department is literally doing fraud with charges. They manipulate invoices accordingly. All executives provides you different rates. They charge you even you have cancelled connection and having enough proofs of cancellation. Also their email sounds like threatening collection agencies and not willign to solve clients problems. Not willing to provide you correct invoice or understand your concerns. Do not , Do not , Do not, DO NOT , DO NOT, DO NOT ever do business with this people for compliance I will Give ZERO Rating , unfortunately no option for Zero or Negative star

      This company feels very "Scam-ish". They do not have very clear invoicing. A/P will easily pay a bill that has added hidden charges, because it is a legitimate Vendor. However, any company that is not related to your business can easily be added without your knowledge or approval. The first year is free, so it doesn't seem to affect you. But the following year, your bill will double, and it will appear it's related to your already current customer. Their invoices will be paid for, because it's not made clear on their invoicing that you are being charged for an unapproved added company. Depsite Avettas responses below appearing to want to be helpful, they won't. They refuse to refund me for the Company that I do not do business with, because it's been more than 30 days since my renewal. In fact, they didn't want to even remove the added company, until next year's renewal, in which the ** person at the time, will have no idea about, and will probably pay the bill again. I had my issue ESCALATED 3 times, and still no help.

      Not only is this company a scam but the large corporations that blackmail their vendors join are a scam too. These corporations cut staff/lower expenses by using Avetta and pass the cost on to their vendors - many of these vendors have helped them save money and keep costs down. Avetta says their fees are regulated by the customer you work for and the customer says they know nothing and yuo need to speak to Avetta.It is a vicious circle. So, all we do is just raise our fees even more to cover our costs and time.We also do not go so far out of our way for this customer who would knowingly make us join this Avetta scam. If they had done thier research on Avetta they could read the online reviews and know what their vendors were in for.We are not talking a few bucks. Other similar companies are $99/year but this racket the run here is $600+/year. They don't tell you why you have to pay - other than they have profiled you and you need to pay the amount they determined based on some formula they cannot give you.

      My customer signed up with ********************** and require us to sign up to keep doing business with them. $500 to sign up so Avetta can vet our safety and creditworthiness. We belong to a large group of safety programs required in our industry and have a safety director on staff. Why do we need a business unfamiliar with our industry to do this when we already send a comprehensive safety packet to our customers? We do a self audit yearly and have our creditworthiness available for any bank or credit institution at any time. Read the fine print on their website. The amount of information the website gathers is heinous. Not only up address but personal information, ID info, banking information, credit card numbers, pass and drivers license numbers etc. No way should any business do business with a company like Avetta. Too much like an information grab scam. When I explained why we wont be using Avetta ******* hung up on me. Fantastic customer service.

      I would give them no stars if I could. Once you make a payment to them their system puts you on Autopay automatically on top of that then random clients connect to your account that you have never worked with and they try to charge you for something you had no idea was happening. I would check your account and make sure your paying for the companies your working with and not a bunch of random fees. All they can say is I am sorry but cant justify the lost money. They talk about terms and conditions that someone signed 10 years ago. The bill was over ****** for random companies connecting with us, which did not have any permission let alone the auto withdraw should be illegal.
