I was quoted ***** mo in braces. had my braces placed April 2020 & as I was pulling into my driveway I got a call from the orthodontist who said 'by the way you have a baby tooth and need an implant once we're done with your braces'.2023 the ortho said it was time to meet with their surgeon at their other location to get my tooth pulled and implant placed. She also said she was leaving and I would still be getting my braces off soon. They did my implant in March & told me that I could get my braces off in time for them to do my crown on my implant which would be at my appt in July. I went in *********** said they couldn't do my impressions for my crown because I still had my braces on. that they did not have an ortho yet & that I would not be able to get my braces off until they had one which would be in Aug. I called every week to see if they had an ortho yet & when they finally did I couldnt schedule until Oct. I went in for my appt in Oct where the new ortho came in & took off my braces. I went to another room and saw the surgeon who then said that the space for my implant was way too big which should've been corrected with my braces. She brought the ortho into the room who yelled at me because I 'told her I was ready to get them off'.They decided to take all of my top front teeth and replace them with crowns which would then cost thousands of dollars and defeat the point of spending the last 3 1/2 years on braces. I was laying in the chair crying. After My husband called and had a word with the manager, the new plan was to have crown placed & they would bond the space between the ********** tooth.I went in a month later as scheduled to have my crown placed on my implant. I took the day off work, made the drive there, checked in and sat waiting. The manager pulled me into her office to say that my crown NEVER got ordered bc the system was hacked& that they wouldn't receive it for another month. No apology or reasonable explanation from the manager at all.

re: Monarch Dental , ****** ***** I called ********** today and they confirmed that I was overcharged $687 for my deep cleaning visit last January 2023. I have been trying to get my money back since March . They Just gave me the official receipt last week. It was not showing any refund due. ********** is now helping resolve this case. The Office manager is always too busy to help. She only has 2 days a month to do paperwork, The staff needs to be trained to submit claims properly and to be helpful to their customers. (By the way, I also discovered that I overpaid $136.70 in 2020,) All the money due to me would have been gone if I just plainly gave ** in frustration. I will keep working at it till I get back what is due to me

I was able to pay for my implants. My brother who was paying for implants and crowns died suddenly and I was not able to pay for the crown. I never had the crowns put in because I could not pay for them. I am now in collections for over $4,000 for crowns I never received.

Absolutely unacceptable attitude and customer care. After my complaint about long wait and their front staff, the location manager called me and told me that my family of 4 is no longer welcome there and all my upcoming appointments will be cancelled. The whole office and the staff show how little they care about their customers or service they provide. The office manager accused me of lying !!! I received a reminder call about my appointment and the lady on the phone asked that I come 30 minutes before my appointment ( and I am not a new patient there!) So I did as they asked. But then I had to wait another 30 minutes past my appointment time just to be seen. After I complained to the front office, they just gave me the attitude and told me that it was my fault that I came early!!! Then few days later, the office manager called and said that my family is no longer welcome there and that they will be canceling all my upcoming appointments. Really? That's how you address customer complaint???

Worst location/company. In 2019 my minor daughter got braces. Both my husband and I had dental insurance, we also financed the remaining balance through them. Paid in full! Never heard from them until we received a bill for $504 in August of 2023 in my daughters name (again in 2019 she was 15). Weve been calling to try to see why after 4 years we are just being told we had a balance. I was told that they $0 the account and we did not owe anything. I asked for it in writing and was told no! 2 weeks later my daughter received a collection bill stating she owed $43.96. We dont understand how this is happening. *** called corporate and bosss bosses and no one is calling me back to explain. Disputed with the collection agency and they sent a statement with dates of 10/10/23 which is absurd! Again we never received a bill, we have statements showing paid in full in 19/20, and 3 years later we received a collection state of 2 different amounts in a minor name?

Family Dentistry of ***** knew that the procedure was covered by my insurance, but they insisted that I pay in advance and be reimbursed after the insurance settled. The insurance company paid them two (2) days after they pulled the tooth. When I contacted them for the reimbursement they said that I would receive a check in the mail within two (2) weeks. Two and a half weeks later I still hadn't received my reimbursement so I called, but all I got was the run around. The next day I stopped by their office to find out why I hadn't been reimbursed and they said, "I don't know", "It's not my job" and *********** manager won't be back until next week." So another week passes and I try again with the same results. Now they're telling me that it'll be another two weeks before a check is mailed to me. Based on all their previous lies I don't have a ************ in that, but assuming that it does happen they will have held my money hostage for a total of six weeks (or more) even though they had been paid by the insurance company six (6) weeks earlier. Considering their dishonesty and how I've been treated, I would not recommend Family Dentistry of Yukon to anyone.

I had a tooth that had an abscess and it caused me the worst pain over the weekend. When the week rolled around I called probably 30+ dentists to try to get an emergency extraction. Everyone was booked or didnt take my insurance. I call Bright Now in ***** and tell them how much pain Im in and that I NEED AN EMERGENCY EXTRACTION. They continued to seem like they cared and got me an appointment quickly. I got it and the girl was very gentle doing X-rays as I was in tears. Once the dentist got in there, the first thing she did was bang her metal probe on that tooth and I about flipped out of the chair. She then tells me theres nobody there to do an extraction until Friday (a week later.)Refused to give me any medication in the meantime for pain . So I left and had my mom take me to the hospital, waited and called even more places for help. Finally found a place that could take me, she was very gentle unlike the dentist at Bright Now. Turns out my root canal had protruded through my sinuses and caused an infection and extreme pain. I paid that dentist a couple hundred dollars and am finally pain free. Now Im being harassed by Bright Now dental in ****************** ****. They are calling me over and over to pay them. First of all.. FOR WHAT? For not believing my pain and misleading me into coming into an appointment knowing I requested an extraction and that you were not medically prepared?? Or pay you for the extra pain you caused me when you hammered your medical probe into my tooth therein stabbing my sinuses further. I should have know.n when I first walked in that it was a bad idea . It was dirty inside and when I was waiting to be checked in I heard girls behind the desk talking about a patient who wont pay $45 and that it was stupid. I dont care if its $45 or $5.. if you did not provide a service you claimed you were, then why should I pay for your miscommunication or inability to properly schedule patients when your medical staff is in not in office?

The worst dentist ever. I was in so much pain, they did not care for me, they charged me $4,000 for an implant that didn't work and it was the worst pain in my life. Then I went back and they told me that that was a lie because the implant was done in a third world country. I told them to look my records. When they found it they said sorry that *************'t work here anymore. I really don't know what to do.
