      Had partials made by Bright Now Dental in ***********, *******. I had to have them sent back to the labs for re-work several times at the end of 2022. They billed my insurance compay (Aetna/Liberty Dental) in 2023 after I had changed insurance. ******* refused to pay the clain because Bright Now Dental did not send in the billing on time. The work was supposed to be completed in December 2022 but due to delays with their labs they could not deliver until Jan 3.Liberty Dental refused to pay because the dentist did not submit the bill when the partials were made but waited until after repairs had been made causing the delay in billing. Now they are demanding payment from me when clearly the dentist office screwrd up the process. Please STAY AWAY from Bright Now Dentists. Not willing to work with their customers. MONEY GRUBBERS. INCOMPETENT.

      Terrible!! Worst experience ever!!! I paid upfront for a cleaning that was not covered by insurance and a got a couple of services that were. They have been calling me for months about what the insurance needs to cover. I talked to my insurance and they never received a request from them, they said they would still honor it they just need to call them or send an invoice and they still refuse to do that because only the office can actually do that and the office never calls me back. I'm stuck in a purgatory of them calling me every month asking for money and me telling them it's still covered by insurance (which they won't contact).

      Smile Brands is the name behind many dental offices, mine in particular is ******* ****** in ************ **. I had cavities filled back in March, and they claimed that they could not file the claim and I had to file it myself. I paid $616 up front. Then my insurance sent them two payments of $290 and $300 in April, which should be refunded to me. I have called every couple of weeks since then and no one is able to refund my money. First, the office manager for *********** was on FMLA and I had to wait for that. I tried calling the ***** ******* office to see if they could help, they could not. I asked for a supervisor's number, they said that corporate DOES NOT DO PHONE CALLS - what?!?! So they gave me the email address for ***** ******* at corporate. I emailed her about the situation on June 20th and have yet to get a reply. The last time I called the *********** office to ask about when the office manager will return from FMLA, they told me she retired and I have to wait until they get a new office manager. PERFECT. I also filled out a form on the contact us page of smile brands with no response. This is ridiculous. I've already switched dentists but I want my money back!

      My husband had an orthodontist consultation on May 10th 2023. He decided to go ahead and start the invisalign treatment the same day. We went ahead and paid the $4600 cost with our care credit card and were told that his trays would be ready in 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks, we called to check on the trays only to be told that they didn't know where they were and they had to check with the lab. We had to make multiple phone calls back to back to get an answer. They stated the trays were never made and that ******************* was having a conference call with the lab to go over what needed to be done. At this time, they said the trays would be rushed and it would be no longer than 10 days. We waited another 14 days to call back and check on the trays. This time they stated the lab was not able to make the invisalign trays and my husband could just come in for traditional braces or we could just cancel the treatment. We decided to get treatment canceled and take our business elsewhere. A refund was to be issued to care credit. 2 days later I got a call from Castle Dental stating that the legal department would have to approve it, as well as the legal department at Care Credit because of the large amount of $4600. They stated this can take up to 6 weeks. I called care credit and asked about such and was informed that no legal department has to be contacted. They simply need to issue refund to the card. It has been over 2 months since we paid them. They did not provide the services promised and they are giving us the run around about our refund. They are extremely unprofessional and should not be in practice. I would give them zero stars if I could.

      Worst dentist office ever, dont answer the phones when they finally answer they will tell you they would call you back and never do. My daughter needs oral surgery to be treated and its been over 15 weeks and still nothing. Now my daughter is in pain with a abscess tooth.

      This company overcharges customers and bills for services not performed. You will get the run around on an ongoing basis. There's a reason why they are not accredited with the BBB.

      had an cleaing appointment scheduled 4 months in an advance went Monday to said appt, business is now closed on Monday no call or attempt to tell me that on one will be in on my scheduled appt had to make other plans to make sure that i would be there on time left a message as to way noone called me to inform me of changes no resonse as of yet, this has been 8 days.since they canceled my appt without notice, do i recived $$ as they would if i was a no show,sad however this is 2nd time this happped to me in a 1 year span

      I called the night prior because I had a tooth break and needed it out(I already have upper dentures so I'm okay with extractions) I asked if I could find out if they were in my network. I gave the woman my insurance information and she told me that I was covered there. I went ** at 9 this morning and paid the 40 dollar fee for them to try and milk money out of me for a root canal when the tooth is so badly rotted. Then they told me because they aren't in my network it would be almost 400 dollars for the extraction. I asked them why they didn't tell me thay before hand and they kept trying to convince me to finance with them even though I was lied to and couldn't receive a refund for the ***************************************** out of network. I feel like I got scammed. DO NOT GO HERE.

      Do NOT visit this dental office or give Castle dental any of your time or money. I had a filling put in so poorly that it fell out the same day. They charged my insurance and charged me an out of pocket expense. I contacted them to refund me for my out of pocket and was told I had to come back in. I had my filling corrected at my regular dentist who was closed during the time that I needed it replaced initially. I told them I did not trust their dentist who did such poor work and did not want to waste any more time or money there. I actually won a credit card dispute for the charge. Now they're telling me I have to pay them or they will file a collection account and hurt my credit score. TDLR - horrific dentist, front desk service, billing ***** Do not waste any of your time here. I got a call from some kind of manager who was beyond rude to me. Unacceptable.

      Concerning Bright Now Dental location in ********** **, at ************...called to get appt. as have been trying to deal with pressure and at this point, pain from 2 fillings. Dentist that done fillings out and not available till 5/19/2023. Today is 5/4, dentist ************ (?) refused to setup a time because "he didn't do the fillings"...so your care and concern for the patient is therefore nonexistent. Wow, what happened to customer care??? What happened to lets try to help this person out so we can try to alleviate the pain??? Disgusting that a dentist is that selfish, apparently all he/she does care about is making the patient continue to suffer.
