  Bright Now Dental office at ******************************************************************************** cannot manage their accounts. I am continuously receiving bills for services I have already paid for UpFront. The office does not allow me to leave they're office without paying for my dental services so why am I receiving bills? I get a billed by my insurance company like I never made a payment for my dental services there at **************** office. When I ask for the Office Manager there, her name is ******** she is never around so I can talk to her about my billing statements. The Dental work by *********** there is shoddi. worst dental office ever. Bright Now Dental does not understand the concept of a calculator. Also the The Bright Now Dental in ********* ** is terrible too and has a dirty office.

  The worst AGAIN!!!! Again! I paid upfront for my sons Invisalign. If you're thinking of doing ortho with this company, DO NOT DO IT! They just called AGAIN to tell me they messed up and had to reschedule! I wish I didn't have to work so I had all the time in the world to work on their timeframe, but like most people, I work for a living! So your mistakes really impact my time! I can't tell You how many times this business has apologized blah blah blah. I can't wait for my sons teeth to be straight and the contract finished. DO NOT CHOSE THIS BUSINESS, find another dentist/ ortho! They are money hungry and Awful!

  I had a referral from my Dentist to see a Peridontist. I went to Bright Now Dental in ********** *******. The Peridontist performed an examination of my gums and I was told that the findings of the exam would be sent to my Dentist. When I called my Dentist they told me that they never received anything from Bright Now. I called Bright Now myself and I was told they had nothing to send to my Dentist even though the Periodontist did a thorough exam of my mouth and gums. How can a Periodontist do an exam for over close to 40 minutes and there not be any kind of record of the findings? I had to have the receptionist at my *************** call them and they told her that I had asked for the x-rays which is a lie. I would not recommend Bright Now Dental to anyone. The best part is that when I left the office of Bright Now Dental they had no problem giving me an estimate for the dental work that the Periodontist recommend. The office staff at Bright Now Dental in ********** ******* is absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not go there.

  ******** went to emergency with another dentist on the weekend with a toothache. They discovered that I had a cavity under a recent crown installed by brightnow dental of smilebrands corporation. I have to remove the tooth and get an implant...I just had my teeth cleaned at brightnow dental in Tacoma and the dentist told me I had no cavities...This company is disorganized and inept when it comes to dental care....PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. I am in litigation because the fees to correct two teeth of cavities they should have noticed will now cost me $12,000.

  This is about the Castle Dental in *******************************. in ****** location. The office manager *********************** cancelled the appointment of mine without my knowledge and did not notify me either by telephone, text, or email. When I walked in on the scheduled day, she said she could not locate my name in the system and asked me to go home and make an appointment online again. I am 76 years old, and I have to take a bus and walk afterward to get to that dental office. I asked her if I could wait if there was a spot available for me to get in since I was in the office. She denied. I asked her if she could put me in the schedule in the near future so I could get teeth cleaning done soon. She told me no because I was not in their system, and she could not help it. While I was at their office, my sister tried to make an appointment for me in another Castle Dental. She learned ***** was the one who cancelled my appointment, which was scheduled 6month ago. I did not know why she cancelled it. Regardless, she should be apologetic, and accommodate me to get into the cleaning schedule, instead, she was so rude. She posted in dental office cite "We are here to listen and to make sure your visit to the dentist is a positive one." She did not stand up for her words, rather she was abusive toward patients who visit the office.

  Very bad experience at Bright Now Dental ***************. Elderly Dr. * very **** in teeth cleaning* caused bleeding*worked for 15 min then said someone else would finish ?? To follow Nurse tells me my filling appointment can not be done its getting late...? Lastly front office Rep. enters begins to munipulate*extremely rudely*over talking me*and had no care of what had just happened... To end I am now rescheduled for a complete redue*2 weeks away..and have to take a day off from work for this..forgot to mention I paid total bill as soon as I arrived.. * This location has had multiple complaints* done fireing/ turn over and still continue the horrible customer care*I will end my relationship and buisness with this location..

  If I could give this place no stars I would... apparently 1 star is the lowest. I've had an inexcusable experience and I'm owed a reimbursement. I can't find anyone number or email that is not attached to a local office. My local office e could not provide me with a customer service contact either. This is the most unprofessional excuse for a dentistry. DO NOT GO HERE.

  I went in to have a molar removed March 2019, the dentist suggested I get a bone graft. I said how much was it going to be they said 500.00, I told him no. The dentist and the assistant stepped out for about 10 minutes came back and told me it is covered by your insurance. I went ahead with the procedure and a year later I received a bill. Bright now dental called me trying to collect 500.00 I told them no your office said it was covered you need to deal with this. Now it is in collections and my insurance will not cover because it is over 180 days past the procedure. This place is very unprofessional and still have no resolution. They also would make me do a deep cleaning before seeing a dentist each and every time. They are scammers just trying to get the most out of my insurance.

  This is the worst place you can go to. They are trying to get me to pay $400 for a service they are lying about doing. They didn't give me a bone graph I was in and out in 20 muinets. That is a 45 muinet thing. They are rude as he'll as well. Took me 6 months to get a hold of anyone. They are liars and dishonest. Do not go here

  This office rips people off. I was told that I had to pay for all services before they were preformed. Which I did. Then at the end I was told that I owed 130 for a free cleaning I was supposed to get. I tried to talk to the staff and they would hear nothing of it. I called in to talk to the manager ***** and she was no help in reimbursing me. I called the back office and no one helped me.
  I ended up leaving a pretty terrible review on there ****** page and then they used my PROPRIETARY HEALTH INFORMATION to find out where I worked and call to fake being customers to get me fired or in trouble. They also left multiple bad reviews on my company's ****** page with my name in it to try and defraud me if money.
