I had a very bad experience with the loan officer named ***** ******. I asked her several times that I just wanted a home equity loan. She kept on trying to sell me a refinance. She also wasted my time telling me things that did not apply to me. After a while again I told her what I was looking for and what I have been approved for with other companies. She become very rude to me which led to hanging up. Very bad customer service

Loan Depot team is the best team in financial businesses that I never meet before. Their caring, professionalism and the perfect timing process in my Loan make this company the best in market. They messed up my bid from my contractor and gave him another 14k on top of his renovation bid. The hud inspector and loan depot is not on the side of Veterans. To all vets find someone else. The hud inspector from ***** doesn't know what they are doing, they are costing me 14k. Unreal. Do not use any of these companies. They don't stand behind Veterans.LoanDepot

Loan depot is the best in the ***** business. Of the three other financial institutions that I have contacted, I have selected loan depot because loan depot employees are the most knowledgeable about the ***** business.LoanDepot

The best experience. I applied to 5 lenders. Loan Depot was the best customer service, the lowest cost, both closing and interest, the best committed to my customer experience, the fastest and smootherst process. I strongly recommend them.LoanDepot

My wife and I were set to close on Oct 31st. We had been in communication with our loan officer and senior loan officer that the 31st was the plan. The later set a signing date for the 1st of the month instead. When I confronted her (over a week in advance) to change it to the 31st, she told me that she could not change it. So, it was set for the 1st now. That changed my final closing disclosures number, making me have to pay a month of interest for no gain on the loan. She didn't even give me a heads up that the final numbers were going to be different from what we agreed to on the 31st closing numbers disclosure. I also didn't know that now I had to bring money to closing. She single-handedly delayed my option of doing a VA IRRRL in 6 months. To make matters worse, because now we are closing in a new month, our loan had to go back to underwriting, so now we couldn't even sign on the 1st. We finally closed/signed on the 4th. My Loan Officer was great, it was only once we were passed on to the senior loan officer that we started having this issue.LoanDepot
