I cannot say enough great things about ****! After a disappointing experience with another lender that tried to sneak in extra fees and hike up my rate, I turned to ****, and it was the best decision I could have made. From day one, he has been nothing short of amazing.**** is the kind of loan officer who genuinely cares about his clients. He always answers calls or messages, no matter the time, and he goes above and beyond to ensure that every question is answered thoroughly. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and even enjoyable.Not only did he offer me a fair and transparent loan, but he also walked me through every step of the process, ensuring I felt confident and informed the entire time. Hes a true advocate for his clients and someone you can trust completely to have your best interests at heart.**** isnt just goodhes the best. Completely messed up our loan and refused to fix it. We are now out 3k for fees loans they forgot to put in the final docs. Including additional fees they were supposed to pay for. Do not work with them. A incompetent company. Will never do business with them again nor will I ever recommend. Them. Really bad communication and customer service Had to leave 1 star but truth they deserve noneLoanDepot

Firstly, both **** and ****** were professionalism and knowledgeable. They were always helpful in addressing our questions and guiding us through the loan process, despite this not being my first experience.However, I do have several concerns that I believe warrant your attention:1. Closing Delay: The date and time of our closing were known weeks in advance, yet, just ten minutes before our scheduled 11:00 AM closing, I received a call informing me that it was delayed to 1:00 PM due to paperwork not being ready. While we adjusted our plans accordingly, upon arriving at the rescheduled time, we found that the necessary documents were still not available. **** suggested postponing the closing to the next day, which would have required us to make further adjustments to our work schedules and planned deliveries. Despite ****** assurances that he was working on resolving the issue, overall communication about the delays was lacking, and my agent and I were left to seek updates without much clarity. I was told later that the processor dropped the ball and thus my application needed to go through underwriting again.2. Lender Credits: During the lender selection process, I was transparent with **** about considering a competing lender and shared loan estimates and concerns regarding pricing. **** assured me in writing that securing a $1,500 lender credit would not be an issue, and that an additional $500 might also be available through the *************** team. As we approached closing, I repeatedly inquired about these credits. I was consistently told that the Closing Disclosure would reflect these amounts accurately. Unfortunately, at closing, only a $200 lender credit was applied.3. Overall Experience: I must express my disappointment in the overall experience with LoanDepot. What should have been an exciting day turned into a stressful and frustrating situation instead. The feeling of being misled regarding the lender credits has added to my dissatisfaction.LoanDepot
