**** and his team have gone above and beyond. I had been searching for a house for quite sometime. They have very easy to use online portal you upload everything and pre approval was a breeze. They were so responsive even after normal business hours. Anytime I called they answered or called me right back. Once I found my home they helped me figure out the best option and ****, ***** and his whole team is amazing! They even text you live updates thru the process which puts your mind at ease. Myself and my family have used **** and his team on multiple loans. I will use them again and again. They are ****** on the spot with everything. USE THEM, you will not regret it! Started the loan process with them. We did the appraisal and they said I need to pay certain things dow. To certain amounts to improve my score. Did all that. Was talking with them about the final things for closing. The. One day I get an automated message saying they cant fund me and closed the application. No one told me there was an issue or even hinted there was an issue. Still no one can tell me anything. Wasted my money and time. It makes no sense.LoanDepot

After four weeks they inform me that my state laws won't let me do a home refi. Four weeks! Of course we had a home appraisal, that they recommended the company. They should have known that my home in the ************** didn't allow what we were working on doing a lot sooner than 4 weeks and after I showed up the money to have my home appraised or somebody that they recommended.LoanDepot

Here's an email I received from LoanDepot 12/27, mind you I am not difficult to work with just busy, both my *********** work to support our family. Pre-purchase we gave our agents our schedules living in different states. The utter disrespect here is unnecessary. I did everything asked or we would NOT have gotten the loan. We're not in charge of what other agencies gave us (like the keys) and the notarized docs via ***** werent needed as I went up to **** from ******* to sign IN PERSON. Blocked her post insults on phone.Honey I wanted to touch base with you to let you know that your behavior in this purchase transaction was not acceptable. You kept saying during this process you were frustrated. You caused this frustration on a lot of people. The seller, the buyers agent and the listing agent. Not to include the title company and team.In the beginning, you wanted this approval done right away. I did that for you with layers of things that needed addressed. I never ignored you at all during this process. Not once. I responded as you ask me to.You would not respond to emails or text messages. Then you said you are frustrated!! You frustrated yourself..You did not send the documents back when we ask you to. The title company begged you and so did I. Then you did not send the ***** envelope back to title. Which was important. The title company gave your husband the keys and the seller did not even have funds from the sale of the house. He was very angry with the ************** You cannot have a dry closing in the *************. This behavior caused a lot of damage which was unnecessary. This process went quickly and smoothly, from start to finish took less than 3 weeks and I left to enjoy Christmas with my son knowing I had already closed on my new mortgage. My loan officer was very patient and kind and made sure I had a good understanding of the process.LoanDepot
