I am currently in the process of refinancing my home mortgage. LoanDepot is my "go to" loan mortgage company I have used for several years. I have always received excellent service throughout the process. My current loan agent is the best. She is knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and thorough.

Excellent. I was able to get a better rate somehow than the market rate and I closed in less than 30 days. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to work with clients. Callbacks were timely, explanations were clear and concise. It was easier than buying a car.LoanDepot

5 stars*********************** was amazing. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but after getting thru them we had smooth sailing. She was very prompt and explained the process in full. 5 starsAwesome experience! My refinance request was expedited since I was leaving on a 2 week vacation out of country. As a retired woman who had 40 years experience in the field of government contracting, I understood all the aspects of the process as it was explained to me. However, had I not had that career experience, the explanations of the process and my choices would have been easily understood. I wish I had used Loan Depot on my last refinance. 5 starsI was extremely pleased ( and still am) with the professionalism of Loan depot, ( I just got started with them in last 5 days. The loan agent I have been working with has been great, knowledgeable , upfront, very easy to work with. Someone answered the phone when I first called, and I was connected to an agent quickly. The loan process was not difficult at all with the agent I worked with, and everything is falling into place quickly , efficiently. I feel I am getting all the assistance & support I need. I am in process of completing the loan process now. My agent allows me to contact him by text, email, and phone as needed.I am very pleased with my experience with Loan depot and would recommend them to anyone looking for a loan
