      This company will string you along telling you YES! We can get you a loan! Absolutely! Your info looks great and we can work with that. They strung me along for 5 mths constantly telling me everythings looking good and taking my money for appraisals etc for NOTHING! This company is a big rip off and theyre liars. They wont even call to tell you youre declined , you have to track them down to find out. Run from this company.

      The process with Loan Depot for first time takes time; they are very detailed and organized, but once the trust is established, the process is fast. I've enjoyed corresponding with the company staff, and I've been through the process several times now. It is a daunting process these days, and the risk is high for the lenders.
