LoanDepot and our Loan Consultant, ******************* have been unbelievably excellent. He gets back with us, communicates well, explains the details, knows what he's talking about, isn't pushy, is very, very insightful and helpful, patient, positive---did I say he got us a better loan than my credit union. I'd recommend the company and our loan consultant to anyone who values honesty and integrity when doing business. LynneD

If I could give them a zero I would. The worst experience of my life. Be prepared to send them proof of things 3 different ways and then be told they don't believe you. Constant jumping through hoops. Got the clear to close and then 2 hours prior to closing I get told we no longer are clear to close even though nothing changed. Jumped through hoops for 2 more days for closing. 2 months of absolute misery.LoanDepot

Was all the way at the end had my loan locked in appraisal done everything then they said my loan was denied because I missed august mortgage payment I called my mortgage company they said it was current and it hadnt even been updated on credit report yet so not sure where they got that information from, went to RP funding no issue. They denied it because I had **** interest rate and now rates are 6.5 they knew they would lose money. Pushy sales tactics and constantly getting things wrong. Will never recommend them to anyone. Almost lost my appraisal lucky RP funding saved it. They lie about alot of things and drag things out way to much.LoanDepot

Im not going to reach out to anyone at loan depot, are you magically going to refund my money you charged for credit pulls that this other company doesnt charge and all the hard inquiries you did. I have proof my mortgage is current and that was the reason I was denied supposedly.Review fromOscar C

They offered a product that was a possibility for me. I looked into some options but eventually told the person I was working with that I decided to go a different direction. I now have my home owners insurance and current mortgage lender that they've been notified by loanDepot that its supposed to change to them. I've now left messages trying to get a hold of them telling them to stop.LoanDepot
