I just completed my refinance of my mortgage with Loan Depot. I spoke with ******* **** and he gets 5 stars! Whenever I had a question I would call him and he always answered, if I left a message ******* returned my call as soon as he received my message. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on. I also would like to thank **** ****** for making this process go so smoothly. I would recommend this company and ******* ****.LoanDepot

No Complaints with dealing with Loan Depot. We have been with them for several years when purchasing and selling our home. All agents and representatives associated with them are always courteous, prompt, efficient and trustworthy in their performance from beginning to end. Process started out really well. Paid the 495 for appraisal. We decided to just sale the house and by land. Was told the refund for the ******************************* 5-7 business days. So 10 days go by. Call customer service. Talked to a nice rep. *** said the loan was canceled 2 days ago and it would be three weeks before the refund. If the sales rep ******* just been honest there would not be a problem. This ruined my opinion of this company and will not use them going forward. Also telling my small circle about my experience.LoanDepot
