They we're nice, but I feel not completely honest. I was told they will service my loan and i could pay bi-weekly, then the day my first payment was due in recieved letter that they sold my loan. Also the their guy that comes to you to notarize and finish all the paperwork, came into our home and questioned us on our political beliefs. We tried to change the subject and he just kept on. I would never do business with that guy again. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional.LoanDepot

We were drowning in debt, and thanks to Loan Depot, we were able to take out a small 2nd mortgage which paid off some of our bills bringing our monthly payments down by a few hundred dollars. In addition it gave us extra cash which came in extremely hand, for the funeral service of one son and the wedding of the other. Not sure what we would have done without LoanDepot.LoanDepot

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. INCOMPETENT LOAN PROCESSOR, ******* ****. HER FOLLOW UP IS LACKSIDAISICAL. YOU BASICALLY HAVE TO DO ALL THE RESEARCH IF THERE IS ANY MISINFORMATION ON YOUR TITLE. THEN THEY KEEP ASKING FOR STATEMENTS, AND WHEN YOU GIVE THEM WHAT THEY ASK FOR, THEY FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO ASK FOR, AND THEY STRUNG ME ALONG FOR 90 DAYS FOR A HELOC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THEN CALL ME AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS AT THE END TO SAY IT WAS DENIED. BECAUSE THEY FELL TO BE UPFRONT WITH ME ABOUT WHAT THEIR UNDERWRITING WOULD NOT ACCEPT, AND TO TOP IT OFF, SHE DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL ME IT WAS DENIED AFTER ALL OF THE UNNECESSARY TIME DELAYS TO SAY IT WAS DENIED. HER MANAGER CALLED ME BECAUSE THIS INEPT INDIVIDUAL WAS GOING ON VACATION AND SHE KNEW WHAT WAS HAPPENING. THEY SEND YOU EMAILS WITH LOAN DETAILS AS THOU YOU ARE APPROVED, NOT STATING IT HAD TO BE APPROVED FOR FINAL UNDERWRITING!! , THEY LEAD YOU ON LIKE THAT IS ALREADY DONE AFTER TOTALLY WASTING EVERYBODY'S TIME WHO TRIED TO ASSIST IN GETTING THE INFORMATION THAT WAS REQUESTED. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THAT SAY "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY!!!!! HORRIBLE PROCESSING AND PROCEDURES. I WISH THERE WAS A -ZERO RATING!!!LoanDepot

They (LoanDepot) tell you that you are "locked in" on a rate and when it comes time for closing its a different rate. LoanDepot gave us the .25% rate that we were locked in at and then at closing passed the discount(.25%) on to us.We tried to speak to them and they are not understanding or care about the customer.I would not recommend ******************************* experience and lost a customer over $1177.00 zero starsLoanDepot

I had a great agent, but my needs were not met to my expectations. Good communication. I was sent the checks to pay off my debts myself instead of a direct payment. The process to send the payment was a major monumental unsatisfactory task.LoanDepot

Amazing, please ask for **** ******** hes the best, he makes sure you understand throughout the process, doesnt mind the xtra questions. Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I will recommend him to all my friends/family and I look forward to purchasing another home and itll definitely be through **** ********LoanDepot

I really wish I could give zero stars! Please stop lying to customers! At first the loan officer by the name of M. Ste***** was really nice and helpful. We explained our situation and asked if the company did non-conforming mortgages to wish he replied with a resounding "YES". This is why we went ahead and did exactly as ask. For reasons that to this day I don't know the loan was not accepted. WE called him many times left messages on his voicemail and if he answered was to tell us that the loan application was in underwriting and almost done! Not to worry that everything was under control, and we were just waiting on the underwriting team! This went on for almost two weeks. Then after many text messages and calls he returned a text message saying that the loan was not approved. NOT even a phone call! He never answered as to why the loan was not approved nor if they even attempted the non-conforming loan that was ask for at the beginning of this very unpleasant journey! This was a complete waste of TIME!LoanDepot
