I had a great agent, but my needs were not met to my expectations. Good communication. I was sent the checks to pay off my debts myself instead of a direct payment. The process to send the payment was a major monumental unsatisfactory task.

Amazing, please ask for **** ******** hes the best, he makes sure you understand throughout the process, doesnt mind the xtra questions. Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I will recommend him to all my friends/family and I look forward to purchasing another home and itll definitely be through **** ********LoanDepot

I really wish I could give zero stars! Please stop lying to customers! At first the loan officer by the name of M. Ste***** was really nice and helpful. We explained our situation and asked if the company did non-conforming mortgages to wish he replied with a resounding "YES". This is why we went ahead and did exactly as ask. For reasons that to this day I don't know the loan was not accepted. WE called him many times left messages on his voicemail and if he answered was to tell us that the loan application was in underwriting and almost done! Not to worry that everything was under control, and we were just waiting on the underwriting team! This went on for almost two weeks. Then after many text messages and calls he returned a text message saying that the loan was not approved. NOT even a phone call! He never answered as to why the loan was not approved nor if they even attempted the non-conforming loan that was ask for at the beginning of this very unpleasant journey! This was a complete waste of TIME!LoanDepot

****** was knowledgable, helpful, patient, and easy to reach. I really appreciated his ability to walk me through the process seamlessly, despite the hiccups along the way. His level of customer service is A+! When the situation changed and I needed to close a day early, ****** made it happen.LoanDepot

I WISH I could give zero stars! We spoke with *** about refinancing our FHA ARM into a conventional loan. We were undecided as to whether or not we wanted to take cash out to pay off a credit card. I had numerous conversations with him prior to him speaking with both my husband and I. He told us he needed to charge us $35 to pull our credit report. He said it wasn't a big deal because the company says the money is for the credit report but it actually covered something else because they don't charge to pull your credit. (I can't find my note with what he said.) However, the money would be applied as a credit to the refinance if we proceeded. We agreed to pay the $35 and had him lock in the rate. We were never told that the fee was nonrefundable and we weren't agreeing to commit to this company just yet. We wanted to compare it to another company along with our current lender. He told us to let him know when we were ready to decide what we wanted to do. I contacted him yesterday and today asking him to cancel the application and refund our money. After I had a chance to compare our quotes to our current loan, I felt like i had been lied to about the interest rate amongst other things. I feel like he has been very deceptive and was surprised when he called me yesterday afternoon and asked me to call him from now on instead of sending messages. Probably because he doesn't want me to be able to prove anything regarding our conversations. He insisted on reworking the quote and I agreed. However, after further thought, we decided that we weren't comfortable doing business with him. He has an answer for everything and the request to call instead of messaging is a HUGE red flag. Lastly, he refuses to cancel the application and refund our money. He keeps calling and texting me. I even contacted customer care via email yesterday and they never responded. I would like this company to STOP contacting us and to cancel our application and refund our money. We ARE DONE with them!LoanDepot

This was by far the worst transaction I have ever been apart of. At first when we were trying to find a home everyone was very responsive and helpful, as soon as the offer was made it went down hill fast. Countless unanswered calls and text messages. When I would ask questions it could be days or even weeks before I got answers. Emails being sent to my realitor calling her unprofessional because she asked where LoanDepots documents were. We waited hours for the closing documents. Our closing was scheduled for 130 pm and never received anything from LoanDepot until 415 pm. This was the worst process the closing company, realtor, or myself have ever dealt with. They tried over charging me for appraisal fees, misc other fees that when asked they couldn't tell me what they were for. The people I dealt with at this company should not be able to do business the way they did.LoanDepot

Loan Depot has helped me buy a house, they helped me get a loan to pay off credit cards that were such high interest. they basically saved my life. I dont know how much I can thank them, I promise to make all my payments and never be late. I will brag on this company as I already have. You are the Best!!!LoanDepot
