Awesome! Very professional and very knowledgeable , explains very well everything he educate us as buyer the best way to own our first house. Very prompt in answering our queries. Hopefully in the next opportunity to buy a second house for investment I would definitely ask again for his help . Filed for a refinance and was told we were ready to close. The day after being told that I was told no loan because we had a 30 day late payment. The reason for loan was to pay everything off so there would be no late fees. **** was good to work with ****** never answered phone or return callsLoanDepot

Seamless process to refinance with money out. My lending officer ***************, has been wonderful to work with. I find them to be extremely honest and sincere as well as very efficient. It's very easy to contact him if I have any questions or concerns. And he's just basically a pleasant person. I felt very comfortable working with him.LoanDepot

Loan Depot had a "glitch" in their system over Labor Day weekend. They cancelled my loan payment and sent me email that they had done so. I tried calling to find out no was working. So I went online and made my payment again since they cancelled my payment. At this point in time, my mortgage is now being posted 1 week AFTER I originally scheduled it. I tried to reach them the first day they should have been open after the holiday, and I couldn't reach anyone. I messaged them through their secure portal and got no reply. I called and again was "asked to leave a message"????!!!! I send another secure portal message and no reply. I got on the online chat for a second time and got a person named ******* Real peppy gal without much empathy. She informed me Loan Depot was posting the original payments for 9/3 and she could not return the 2nd payment I made, and they would be taking BOTH payments. I am thoroughly disgusted.LoanDepot
