Overall pretty good. However, the loan officer and underwriter dont have good communication. It also took 2 months which I consider to be a long time.LoanDepot

This loan company is dishonest about the whole process, has made our life difficult buying a first time home. More likely will not go through this company again, underwriting and loan officer have not communicated very well with us unless they need a paper. Were a day away from closing on our home and appraisal was supposed to be updated and nothing. Loan officer lied about how much we would need at closing. Just a very dishonest company that Id advise people to stay away from. Anytime we confront the loan officer or underwriter about anything they have lied about they just name call or deny they said that. Our loan officer got called out about how much was needed at closing and called my wife Princess and hasnt done much for us at all, terrible at returning calls unless it benefits him. Im very displeased with the professionalism and service that we have received and expected a written apology or a statement from Loan Depot. Loan Officer needs to be held accountable as he is very disrespectful and dishonest and should not be allowed to help others with Mortgage loans as he doesnt care about lenders at all.LoanDepot
