They wont refund the $495 they took from me. I immediately cancelled my agreement with ***************************** processed my credit card immediately n now I can not get them to refund me. I would not recommend them to any one. I dealt with *****************.LoanDepot

I have had a great experience with Loan Depot throughout my years of business. I had my initial mortgage through them, went through a refinance, and a line of credit. I've also dealt with other mortgage companies throughout the decades. Loan Depot continues to outshine the different companies, so I keep returning.LoanDepot

Except for Underwriting experience causing a delay in close, this would have been a 5 star.....(it appears they block the loan manager name, no point ins putting in that HE was awesome to work with, we did hit some turbulence with his underwriter, which was a surprise to us, given our purchase power. Causing a 13 ADDITION DAY delay in a 21 day close, so unless you really need to close in 21 days, no matter how prompt you are with data, go for 30, it will be less stressful, and provide the underwriter time to get their ducks in a row. We have worked with Loan Depot twice prior to this third loan and really like Loan Depot and would recommend them over any others, and there have been a lot, this was NOT our first, home purchase. If purchasing in ********** We also recommend that you do not have your homeowners insurance in the IMPOUND account with the issues that insurance companies are placing on homeowners with *************** you may get a bill for *********, and even if you say do not pay, the pay and the communicate department are not closely speaking, so it can create hours of work. Taxes absolutely- homeowner insurance for loans in fire areas NO.LoanDepot

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. They withhold people's escrow check. I had very important bills that I had to pay and needed my escrow check, but they played games with me and never sent me my check. I closed on my home 5 months ago and I still have not received my check. I have been on multiple calls with customer service and all they do is lie! They lied to me and said that they do not have any information to track the check that they "allegedly" sent to me. Every one is giving me the run around, including supervisors. I will *** this company if I do not receive my check. A BUNCH OF THEIVES! Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with them.LoanDepot
