****BEWARE*** THIS COMPANY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL BE APPROVED, EVEN KNOWING THAT YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH EQUITY IN YOUR HOME. THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO HAVE YOU PAY FOR THE APPRAISAL, ONLY TO BE DENIED DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!This company is very misleading. They will say anything to get you to pay the $500.00 appraisal fee, knowing you dont have enough equity in your home and then deny you and say , there is not enough equity I was warned about this fromRocket Mortgage. They told me that loan depot is known for doing this. I called **** and told him this and that I didnt want to go through with the appraisal, because of what Rocket Mortgage said. He assured me that, that was not true. **** said he worked for them and thats what they would say. Then I told **** that they said to me that Rocket Mortgage wont approve my loan, because there is not enough equity in my home. They told me NOT to pay for the mortgage. I wish I took Rocket Mortgages adviceLoanDepot

Loan Depot is unethical, they never sent escrow payment to my insurance choice my insurance was cancelled and two months later am notified I have no insurance and was given forced insurance at 2200 dollars exceed my choice of insurance cost. No one can explain anything, four hours on the phone.LoanDepot

I regret applying for my Loan Depot ELOC. I just made a payment today 6/29 a Saturday. I was told that I cannot process a payment on a Saturday and that it would be posted and applied on Monday 7/1. This is going to cause a 30 day late payment to reflect on my credit report even though I called and paid on the 29th. This practice/ policy does not seem fair at all. With Loan Depot you don't get 30 days to pay to keep your credit in good standing.LoanDepot
