This was one perfect cash out refinance. loanDepot was the best company I have worked with regarding my needs. Unlike any other. The process was very smooth, fast and proffessional. Give them a try, you'll be pleased you did. Amazing!

Used ****************** In ********* Long Island and was very nice and helpful at first.Then the wheels come off.He would never get back to you when he said he would.And when we were supposed to meet up he would forgot.Always had to initiate contact to see status updates.I wasted time using this unreliable company and end result was told I couldnt get approved.Went to another credible lended and was approved quickly and loans already in funding phase.Do not waste your time with this unreliable unprofessional companyLoanDepot

I've received nothing but excellent quality service with the help of a excellent customer service representative. This is my second time using their service. I DO RECOMMEND their service, if you not sure of it ask questions until you do, my representative was very patient with me and my concerns.LoanDepot

Loan depot is mailing me loan offers in envelops that looks light a federal credit union. Where i live it is illegal to mail junk mail or even spam you with out permission .I have recieving junk mail loan offers and i call loan depot and asked to remove from the mailing list...The person said they would and i thank them...With in 5 minutes i started receiving phone calls from other loan companies...Looks a little funny, ask please to remove me from mailing list..With this company do your home work, online reviews are not good. The sound like a PREDATORY LOAN COMPANY.LoanDepot

LoanDepot is a NIGHTMARE to deal with! They deserve nothing better than F rating. We dropped them after they gave us a major runaround on a loan application, and they have now sent us a letter stating that our personal information 'may' have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. They should have written 'has' been accessed'. This included our names, address, email addresses, financial account numbers, SS#, phone numbers and dates of birth. The 'incident' occurred on January 4, 2024. You are too late LoanDepot! We've already been breached. Stop calling us! Stop giving out our information! We will never, EVER, do business with you again!LoanDepot

I have always received courteous and help from LoanDepot. Everyone has been very helpful when I placed a call and solved my issues. If not, they did explain details. I have been satisfied with each person I have spoken with.LoanDepot

Appallingly bad customer service. Deceptive written communications backdated over five weeks in order to reduce the cost of data breach victims. After calling the phone numbers in the backdated letter, I was disconnected twice after calling and asking why letter was backdated while they checked with their managers. They claimed to only be a contractor and requests for contact info for Loan Depot were also disconnected or redirected to main switchboard which offered no listing for initial complaint. Information released in the breach: name, address, email, financial account numbers, social security numbers, phone number and date of birth. Experian Identity Works offered free for two years from date of letter which is February 23, 2024. Letter received April 1, 2024.LoanDepot
