I would give zero stars if it would let me. We were working with ********************* and his supervisor, *********************. We have been ghosted by both of them after signing all the paperwork and awaiting a call from an appraisal coordinator that never came. Neither *** nor **** returns our phone calls. We were told that we would be closed by the end of December. We had to scramble to pay our December mortgage payment, because we had held off due to the fact that we were in the process of a streamline with Cross Country Mortgage when we were reached by Loan Depot. We were set to close on December 23 with them. We were talked out of it by Loan Depot. We were told that once we received the welcome packet, we were good to back out of the streamline, which we did. We were left hanging, and have received no response whatsoever. We will never do business with Loan Depot, nor will we ever recommend this company. This was very poor service from both *** and ****, and it reflects very poorly on the company.

They provide personalized and immediate attention each time we call. In this new norm environment, of email and text, it is refreshing to get someone on the phone when you call. To get to speak to a live person is very rare. This is my second time utilizing loanDepot's mortgage products and I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness they show during each interaction. We recently received a phone call response from a message that was left on Christmas Eve and received a call back (a real person I might add) on Christmas Day! Now "Who does that?" LoanDepot does that! So glad to be part of their family.LoanDepot

Horrible company. I am tax exempt but this company decided that instead of lowering my mortgage payment due to the tax exemption they will up the mortgage payment and will take a look at the tax exemption in September of ****. So I will end up paying taxes I do not owe and will lose this home because I was lied to by the company. Do not use this company they are liars and not helpful at all go somewhere else.LoanDepot

A Disappointing Experience: Unfulfilled Promises and ****************** My encounter was nothing short of disappointing. From the outset, their failure to provide the most competitive rate left me questioning the integrity of their services.The initial quote I received fell far short of the rates available in the market, showcasing a blatant disregard for ensuring their clients get the best possible deal. It was disheartening to discover that a company entrusted with handling such significant financial transactions lacked the commitment to securing favorable terms for their customers.Beyond the financial aspect, the professionalism exhibited by LD was sorely lacking. Communication was erratic, and it seemed as though my needs were not a priority. Simple queries were met with delayed responses, and there was an overall sense of indifference towards addressing my concerns.The lack of clear communication and a coherent explanation of the terms left me feeling frustrated and uninformed throughout the process.Moreover, the overall handling of my case appeared inconvenient and rushed, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail. Such lapses only exacerbated the stress associated with a mortgage application, turning what should have been a straightforward process into an unnecessarily arduous journey.In retrospect, choosing LD proved to be a regrettable decision. Their failure to provide a competitive rate and the subpar level of professionalism displayed throughout the process left me with a sense of disillusionment. I strongly caution others seeking mortgage services to explore alternatives that prioritize both competitive rates and a commitment to client satisfaction. LD falls short of the standards one would expect in an industry that demands reliability, transparency, and client-focused service.LoanDepot

If youre ok with losing 500 dollars for an appraisal and not qualify for your loan; loan depot is the perfect company to throw away your money at. These people absolutely ***** I paid 500 for an appraisal just so they can say you dont qualify if you guys had any brains you wouldve known I dont qualify so dont take the little bit of money I had just say hey you dont qualify and leave my money alone f*** loan depot ya can **** my d***LoanDepot
