Loan depot lied to me said my loan would be approved gave them all of my private information and my money $25.00 and more had to get homeowners insurance of $***** a month all for **************** to say all looks good and I will not let anything bad happen to you, well guess what all lies I want all of my money back and my information and they should pay the ***** for life since they like to lie and hurt others, please look at how many other customers they have taken there moneys and lied too, iam a widow of a veteran I dont deserve this and not from this kind of hurtful people like ********** and **************** get them out of business for good!LoanDepot

I was told Loan depot was a good place to work so I quit my job to start a career their. My phone broke and I was unable to login to their system. Once logged in they took me into a meeting and let me go and said their was no time to explain why I was being let go, and left me jobless during the holidays. I tried reaching out to HR to try and get more info and why and was told that I was warned about different things and those were why. But I had never been warned about any of the items they discussed. I understand what "at-will" employment is but I assumed loan depot was professional enough to give someone new to the company proper warning to try and improve before letting them go so they at least might have the knowledge as to why. I don't think I've worked with a company this unprofessional in my life. If anyone is here looking to see if employment is good my opinion is they see you more like a number then a person and they cant do you the respect of giving you any idea you may be close to termination so you can repair any problems. I would stay away and just go to quickenLoanDepot

The people at Loan Depot are terrible, rude, and inconsiderate. They kept my family in a 7 seven year paper loop and then when we had all the right things such as a good income, back on our feet and continuing to fight even after all hope was gone, and one of THEIR lawyers told us to send it the paper work and try one last time, finally after 7 years got a denial letter and taken to court to try to get a foreclosure I really had hope that since we had everything in order and were all working and because THEIR lawyer gave us hope but then they crushed us even harder by denying us and saying we had no source of income with 3 months worth of checkstubs they claimed we had no job. Weve been with this same job going on 3 years. This has overall been the WORST experience and I cannot believe that they get to stay open and do this to others. Please if you read this, spread the word and tell your friends and family to STAY AWAY from loan depot, theyre monsters, I promise.LoanDepot

Our experience with the team was absolutely awesome with their professionalism. Listening to us and working with us from start to finish in every way. Everything was happily done to satisfy our needs and within the 30 days. The communications was beyond excellent with every process and progress! Loan Depot is a company in financial trouble that is playing games with it's customers payments in order to help with their cashflow problem. Twice in the last 3 months, we have made our on-time mortgage payment and then several days later noticed it hadn't been debited from our bank. We logged into the online account and it showed no pending payments. In both situations we made additional payments thinking the payment had not been scheduled. The first time they actually tried to debit a bank account that wasn't even listed on my account, so it didn't cause us any problems except that we paid the last day before the mortgage would have been late on the 15th then they'd have charge a penalty and alerted the creditors. We have never been late. This month, apparently the payments that show nowhere on my account online are showing as pending payments for my mortgage. They can't cancel them. So, they got us. We now paid two mortgage payments this month and they're telling me there's nothing they can do. They can't even begin the refund process until the payment clears and then that will take about 10 days. Then our mortgage will be due again. I don't know about yall, but an entire mortgage payment is cashflow problem.LoanDepot
