Loan Depot is a company in financial trouble that is playing games with it's customers payments in order to help with their cashflow problem. Twice in the last 3 months, we have made our on-time mortgage payment and then several days later noticed it hadn't been debited from our bank. We logged into the online account and it showed no pending payments. In both situations we made additional payments thinking the payment had not been scheduled. The first time they actually tried to debit a bank account that wasn't even listed on my account, so it didn't cause us any problems except that we paid the last day before the mortgage would have been late on the 15th then they'd have charge a penalty and alerted the creditors. We have never been late. This month, apparently the payments that show nowhere on my account online are showing as pending payments for my mortgage. They can't cancel them. So, they got us. We now paid two mortgage payments this month and they're telling me there's nothing they can do. They can't even begin the refund process until the payment clears and then that will take about 10 days. Then our mortgage will be due again. I don't know about yall, but an entire mortgage payment is cashflow problem.LoanDepot

The LoanDepot process was excellent. The electronic portal they use is very efficient and streamlines the loan process. We didn't get a conventional loan to close on our house. We used a more complicated construction loan. There were 2 other potential buyers unable to close on this house. But LoanDepot was able to get it done where other loans have failed. I truly appreciate the effectiveness of their overall process.LoanDepot

What an excellent experience and great team who looked out for my best interest. There was no worrying about my loan. They got it right off the bat in giving me the loan that fit my needs. I looked elsewhere and that was not the case. Grateful for the supportive team who was with me every step of the way and very quick to get everything through. From time of quote to closing was within 30 days. Amazing, trustworthy, integral staff and company. I highly recommend LoanDepot especially if you want a loan without drama and complications.LoanDepot
