The team we worked with went above and beyond everything we could have hoped for. The communication was outstanding, the footwork was incredible. We are grateful for everything our team did for us. I am in disbelief at how poorly I have been treated as a customer by the ********************** in ********************. I have been called a liar, I have been blamed for their mistakes, and I have had two years in a row of them s******* up my account and taking No responsibility. I filed a complaint and no one from this location has contacted me in months. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional people. Please heed the warning and do not do business with these folks.LoanDepot

The team we dealt with were prompt, polite and answered all questions. They took the time to walk us through each step. We not only got a better interest rate with LoanDepot than what was quoted from the other major lending company, but saved almost $1500 in closing costs!LoanDepot

Super unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Pushed me to pull my credit while providing false information. When I asked more clarifying questions, I determined they would likely not be able to help me. Instead of thanking me for considering them and exiting the phone call like a normal person with manners, he just hung up on me while I was still talking.LoanDepot
