The company did exactly what they told me they could do initially, and then some. Not only did they get me a great deal on a mortgage, they were able to get my cash out-of-pocket to close far below all other lenders I communicated with. They did this in a very short time saving my real estate deal. I could not have purchased the house I did through other lenders. Highly recommend.LoanDepot

I have had two loans with ************************** have been very pleased with their service. The process has been quick & easy & fast! We closed on my refinance in less than a month! Loan Depot wasnt who I was going to go with at the first, but when our closing date was delayed the first time we were facing rate lock extension penalties. They followed up with us. When they heard of our problem they offered a better loan deal(lower interest and origination fees). This was only possible because my loan officer kept an eye on the interest rates and helped us act fast enough to secure a better rate. My experience with them proved them to be very professional and proactive.Loan Depot was flexible. When our closing date was delayed (2nd time) they went the extra mile to keep our rate and loan without extra penaltiesLoanDepot
