I would like to give a Big Thank You to my Senior Account Manager and my Licensed Lending Officer, both of them were Awesome in helping me get out of my current Conventional Loan and back to my VA Loan. They saved me a Ton of money. The Loan Process was great , you submit all your paperwork to the Portal and I never stepped inside a Bank so it was real convenient. I never took a day off from work to get the Loan Approval. If I did not understand something , I would call them and if I got their voicemail they would always call me back in a timely manner (which is rare these days). My VA Loan was Approved in a couple of weeks and it saved me Thousands of Dollars. I would recommend LoanDepot to all my Friends and Family. Thank You

Our agent was very professional and helped us through each step. We werent approved for the type of loan we wanted but they were able to find an even better product giving us the funding we needed. Expected more from this company. Initial HELOC loan took over 2 months. Initial draw was sent to the wrong account number even though all accounts were verified. Finally sent to the correct account. We tried to get a 2nd draw and they said the names didnt match, even though they sent the first draw to original account. We had to open up another account to match the name on the ****** This has been a huge inconvenienceLoanDepot

******* has kept close contact with us in the entire process from the pre-approval application to the underwriting stage and even into the details of our closing. She has been absolutely amazing and detailed in the steps, procedures and when we do next. She has answered all of our questions and has been absolutely the best in all of our confusion. Always great working with my Agent ***************** for the past 7 years. I trust him with our family and friend Home Mortgage. He is always helpful and always honest about what to do and what not to do. These days it is difficult to find good people to work with and the ones that actually care about you and your family. I would not choose anyone else to work with. The rates cannot be controlled but LoanDepot always has a great programs to help homeowners.LoanDepot

This is my second mortgage with Loan Depot. ******************************* and ************************* provided me with stellar customer service and a below 6% rate, which was significantly lower than the market rate. Being located on the West Coast made them accessible when I was free from my work obligations.LoanDepot
