********************* and his loan processor **** were exceptional at their jobs. I work in mortgage myself, with my experience I can say that they made the buying process easy and stress free. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts, their knowledge and all their hard work. I am thankful to have met them through my realtor and I am beyond happy of all that they did for me.

From the moment we contacted Loan Depot, ************ was amazing. He made us feel confident in choosing to work with Loan Depot. I did a cash out refinance and everything went smoothly. The bumps in the road were on my part but not once did Loan Depot abandon me. They guided me in the right direction with sound advice. The whole process took less than 30 days. Mind you, that includes having an appraisal as well. **** kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my phone calls and text messages promptly! They stayed true to their word on the locked and fixed rate which I am thrilled with! I think most of all was the personable touch of excellent communication. Refinancing your already paid off home is no joke. So, to have been lucky enough to find a great company that truly puts their customer first has just been amazing. I do highly recommend Loan Depot!LoanDepot

5 starsApplying for a home loan is stressful. Loan Depot, specifically ********, made it a little less scary. My questions were always answered within 24 hrs during all hours of the day. ******** called to answer more complicated questions. There were no surprises.Review fromDan H

They got things done, but it was very sloppy. There has been major mistakes on calculating overall closing fee that I had to go back-and-forth for correction, and also mistakes on the amount of the escrow which made everyone confused, including the closing attorney and Loandepot themselves. They initially gave me a wrong interest rate that got me hooked, but later turned out that for my case that loan wasn't applicable, but I already spent enough time and I had offer in my hand that I had to move forward with them. Minor mistakes include names, adress etc, and even after explicitly asking for correction they didn't fix the errors properly. This makes me doubt whether other numbers are done right, but I do not have any means to check them - alas.LoanDepot

This was the best experience *** ever had getting alone I want to thank you all who had a hand in this but a special thanks to ***** and **** my loan officers I ask??? They were awesome. WE WERE IN CONTACT WITH ***************************** TO OBTAIN A LOAN FOR $30,000.00 TO ERASE SOME CREDIT CARD DEBT. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND WE WERE APPROVED FOR $80,000.00. WE WERE TOLD THEY CANNOT DO LOANS UNDER $80K, BUT ONCE THE LOAN IS ISSUED WE CAN DO WHAT'S CALLED A RECAST. THE $80K LOAN WILL BE $675.00/MONTH UNTIL THE RECAST GOES INTO EFFECT AND THEN OUR PAYMENT WILL BE ABOUT $250.00/MONTH AFTER WE RETURN THE $45-50K WE DON'T NEED. THE LOAN WAS PROCESSED AND ON 2/28/23 WE RECEIVED OUR FIRST PAYMENT NOTICE DUE 3/1/23 FOR $675.09. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE I LEARNED A "RECAST" WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2 TO 3 MONTHS IF AT ALL! SO WE ARE STUCK PAYING OVER $1800.00 FOR MONEY WE DIDN'T WANT AND MAY BE 15YEARS OF PAYMENTS CAUSED BY A SHADY SALESMAN WHO WAS NOT COMPLELY ***** WITH HIS FACTS TO GET US TO ACCEPT THIS LOAN.*******************,LoanDepot
