Great process from beginning to end. I was doing a refinance on an investment property which is a little more difficult but they made it flow seamlessly. Notary came to our house and brought the closing paperwork to sign and in less than a week my old loan was paid out, I received the excess funds in my checking account too. Couldn't have asked for a better mortgage company to deal with. ***************** were great!!!!

******************* was and is great to work with. He took me by the hand guided me through my home mortgage process very effectively. He got me approved and closed into my new home in about 30 days. He and *** really advanced my paperwork to the right places and before I new it I was sitting at the closing table.LoanDepot

Very disappointing performance. This entire company has failed royally in allocating a mortgage in a timely fashion to the point that we are about to loose the transaction and maybe forgo of the initial deposit. After many phone calls, text and email we received no reply...LoanDepot

Well...I got duped into thinking this company was great. I someone got called by them. Most likely my information was sold to them as I asked my original loan company for a refinance quote. I thought they were related. Silly me. The process was simple enough, but the moment I signed, they sold my information and I've been getting about 40 emails a day about nonsense. I don't recall allowing it as I signed for it not to be shared or sold. About 30 days into the loan, I am informed that the payment centers were changed so my payment of about $6700 was not accounted for as the new payment center did not have a record of it. No one knew where it was. I had an email confirmation of it and it was deducted from my bank account. It took over 60 days for them to provide an explanation. Within that time, they switched the payment center AGAIN. During this time, they informed me that there is 60 days ***** when payment centers are changed. As a result, they reported me for a late payment and it dinged my report. I asked them to amend it, but they said they would not. Wow! I would recommend that NO ONE ever use them. Their rates are the same as anyone else. There is no support. I got jostled between multiple centers and representatives. And now my credit score that was normally around 760 is below 700. Knowledgeable in answering questions and responding promptly back to the client. The process was very streamlined, quick, and simple, from applying for a mortgage to closing, can be managed online.
