Absolutely Professional ??%Couldn't have had a better Lending ******** ******************* or a better Account Manager, *************************** even if I hand picked them myself. Stayed with me through the entire process. Answered every question, returned every call. Never left me in the dark or wondering what the next move was. Couldnt have been more pleased with a Lending ******** done!

They were very informative on a my home refinance. The people who worked with me definitely gave me the lowest interest rate and the cheapest cost to close I had been shopping around *********************** and ******************* literally responded with in 2 minutes even over the weekend when I was nervous about a reinspection I had to have done on a Monday for the appraisal I could not ask for a better organization to handle my refinance and will definitely be using them in the future.LoanDepot

Loandepot put an ad on our local newspaper site where it said today's fixed interest rate on a 30 year loan was ****%. So I clicked on the ad and agreed to have up to three lenders contact me about refinancing. It was only after I had signed up that they showed their true refinance interest rate was ****%. Talk about a bait and switch! I can guarantee I will NEVER EVER work with loandepot as they are clearly dishonest in their advertising!LoanDepot

In response to Loan Depots reply, I contacted their customer service. First, the rep couldn't even find my review. Then, he said he would get someone to call me right back. No one has contacted me since then about the reiview. Second, two people from Loan Depot contacted me trying to push me to talk about home loans. When I explained the false advertising, their response was, "We are not responsible for our advertising." Maybe they personally were not responsible but they didn't apologize or even care what my complaint was. I told them that their company is responsible for their advertising and I wanted to talk to someone who I could direct the issue to. Instead, they just kept pushing me to discuss loan options. I asked the first one to put me on their do not call list which was also ignored as a second one, just as pushy I might add, called me later that day. So much for taking my complaint seriously!!Review fromSusan P

I am glad to have worked with all of you with Loandepot it was the easiest and best transaction I have done so far and been there when I had questions. **** has been a big help with getting started and ***** for helping me get everything in line to close and the final closing I didnt catch the ladies name who sent the check and paid off my loan but thanks.LoanDepot

Dont look any further!! They are the best!! My realtor ****** is a super nice gentleman, not a salesman but a professional realtor for LGI. The warranty department people are so great! If you have any problems go to **** she is a sweetheart lady that will make sure your concerns will be answered and resolved!! Believe me, the entire TEAM of LGI has done a phenomenal job on my deal from open to close in less than 30 days!! Yes!! Less than 30 days Loan Depot and LGI got me done and moved to my new construction house! This review is a legit review and I was not asked to write anything about **************************** however, people needs to hear that **************************** have a team of experts to help you to go thru the process and if you follow each step of the way in no time you will be a home owner!! I am / and will recommend **************** to everyone looking to buy a house.LoanDepot
