The Social is the name of the apartment building in *********, **. It primarily consists of upperclassmen college students (************************************ and *****************) students. Additionally, the apartment houses a number of elderly residents. The Social is already expensive to rent monthly. I lived as a tenant in that apartment for 2.5 years (2021-2023). The insane amount of problems I faced with this apartment is unethical. I had no hot OR warm water (shower) for 3 months during the winter months. The only thing the apartment did was send an email stating we should just stay in a hotel until the issue is resolved. The email did not specify anything about reimbursing said hotel stay. The apartment went without electricity many times of the year, especially in the summer months. There was a major flood that occurred during the weekend. Of course, no staff was present to address the issue. It flooded the entire first floor. The plumbing was also damaged all year round. I had to deal with yellow water in the shower and sink multiple times a year. The flooding ruined the floors and walls too.

The Social North ******* (under the alias of Trinity Properties) charges college students an outrageous amount for housing without maintaining adequate living conditions. Currently the ** has been down for 3 WEEKS and the pool has now been closed due to a leak. Tenants typically complain about mouse and cockroach infestations and the leasing office typically hides fees in the contract and only offer rent credit when called out on it. This is extremely outrageous considering rent is $2200 for a two bedroom apartment.

My active duty husband and I relocated from ******* to ******* ** in May of 2024. We are living in a complex called Renew at ************ and it is owned by Trinity. As of May 18th we have constantly gotten the run around with this property and dealt with unacceptable living conditions they fail to remedy. It started when we were given a remodeled floor plan to go off on their website after they told us they do not offer any virtual tours since we were still out of state. They assured us that this was the unit we would be getting. Upon arrival the unit looks NOWHERE NEAR how they have units advertised online. We were promised a remodeled space with brand new appliances but instead got an outdated 1980s style living space. Absolutely no transparency as to what it is youre getting! We voiced our disappointment and the property agents offered to move us into another unit in a different building with some remodeling done. But upon getting keys to go inside on 6/1/2024, we discovered that it was INFESTED with German roaches!! All cabinets and rooms were filled with live/crawling roaches and spiders. Our kitchen is not suitable for cooking or storing food. Maintenance also left their trash and belongings behind as if someone was still inside actively working. To top it all off, we found out after the fact that our wall unit A/C is COVERED IN BLACK MOLD all inside the interior! I have a weakened immune system and cannot get sick. My husband and I took photos and showed the property manager but we keep getting broken promises that it will be fixed. How can any property allow tenants to live in a home or apartment with active mold growth? As of today 6/23/24 none of the appliances have been replaced or AC cleaned. We ask that Trinity look into our situation immediately or we will be forced to contact the court system, local news, veterans affairs and whomever else we need to reach out to. We ask for repayment on both out of pocket pest control and our deposit.

I lived at the hub in the year 2022. I was trying to find another apartment because the hub was not ideal living conditions. I had missed a payment and there were late fees added to which I paid, however the late fees doubled on my account and when I spoke to someone about it he said that it was a system error and that they would fix it. I waited a few days and the late fees were still on there so I called again and it was a different person and they informed me that I had to pay it and it couldn't be fixed. So they said that I had to pay the extra late fees. This prompted me to want to move out but I had not found anywhere else at this time therefore I renewed my lease. once I did find somewhere else I contacted someone who could sublease my apartment. When he tried to call about subleasing the apartment they told him that he couldn't because I had an outstanding balance so I called them and tried to figure out what was going on and the lady I spoke to told me that I can't sublease or renew my lease with an outstanding balance and I informed her that they had let me renew my least the week before this conversation. She's informed me that they were not supposed to do that and I had to be out by the end of that month which was July. So me and my father moved out of the hub at ****** on the end of July the last day of July. However they put on the move out condition that they didn't tell me to move out and that it was on August 3rd and not on July which is absolutely not true. This was all taken over a phone call so I don't have any proof of the phone call or the demands they made. They sent a bill to collection saying that I owe them a little over $1,900 and also put August rent on there as well when I did not live there in August. My apartment was in my grandmother's name but I was also on the lease I have my lease from my apartment after the hub proving that I was in this apartment in August and not at the hub I moved in summer Brooks apartment on August 11th.

On 4/11/24 I called the rental office on the Arrive Bellevue Property of Trinity Property Consultants. My chief complaint was that the air conditioner in my unit was not functioning properly as it had reached a high of 70 within my unit. That temperature seemed awkward because the high for that day was 64. I patiently waited the next few days to hear back, even though I was told that my maintenance need was placed as an emergency. That weekend the high reached upwards of 81 degrees and it was sweltering in my unit. My wife suffers from asthma and I was concerned for her safety in such a hot climate. Not only were we overheated, it was humid, and our dog was suffering to the point where we needed to give her ice water every 2 hours. On April 15th I followed up on my maintenance order and was told that someone would be to my unit. I waited patiently and no one arrived. Again I followed up on the 17th, 19th, and 22nd. Within this time we purchased multiple fans, and a portable air conditioner. The temperature outside reached a high of 82, and the highest our internal temperature was 80. Finally on the 22nd someone from maintenance arrived and made the unit blow, but did not stay to see if it was blowing cold air. It was not. Not only was it a high of 81 that day, my apartment reached the 90's which was unbearable for not only me, but definitely my spouse. We raced outside for relief in our vehicles for hours and immediately followed up with the office in person the next day. It is now May 6th and we have yet to have this issue resolved. The rental office offered us an air mattress in another unit, but not funds to help move our things or animal; they refused to reimburse or pay for a hotel stay. At this point we are floored as We are current with our rent and amenity fees and still can not reside comfortably within our own home. This is not only bad relations, but ridiculous service with housing. I will be reaching out the county health **** and the housing authority

Hello,I live at **************** in *******, **. I have lived here since Oct 2023, in a one bed apt. Rent is $1565 + 85. for underground parking. My apartment is under 700 ft. I am emailing because we were notified of a laundry project to begin on 4/1/24, And given a $500 inconvenience refund towards our rent for **** However, this is a bait and switch situation. I was not informed that this was going to be a full month or longer project and I have had to live with all my personal belongings in my living room and everywhere because I had to clean out closets for them to do this laundry project with the washer and dryer that they removed from my bedroom and they took away my full large closet in the hallway. There is hardly any closet space in the first place. They took my large closet away. This is not the apartment that I rented any longer. Had I known that this was going to happen I would've never rented this place. The quality of work is horrible. The fuse box was moved to an outside wall Instead of in a closet. I have lost square footage and I would like to see my rent reduced for the next year and frozen from any increases. Because this has been done to pretty much everybody in this building 3. I am in apartment 303 and I have uploaded photos. This project was supposed to be completed April 24 and they are behind schedule and they are not creating closet space for me. They will not remove the platform in my bedroom and the platform that they made for the washer and dryer in the hallway is too high, and I cannot even reach the buttons on the dryer. I am 5 feet six and they put the washer and dryer too high on the platform for me to reach. I am angry, disappointed, and this is a bait and switch. I am really tired of not being able to come to my apartment during the day from work when I'm sick.I have had to live for over a month with all my personal belongings outside of the closets and now there's no closet space. Reduce the rent and freeze increase.

I live at ************************ property is owned by Trinity. I've had an issue where their staff members and vendors are entering my apartment without a notice. on February 9th 2024 two vendors entered my apartment unannounced and without a notice. I had received an inspection notice about a week prior and out inspection was complete prior to Feb 9th . this secondary inspection was unannounced. on April 22 2024 a staff member entered my apartment without a notice. I spoke to the property manager, and she said that paper copies were left on the doors. this is unusual because we always receive paper and email, or text notifications. I did not receive a paper notice or any notice at all. the staff members went through my personal belongings and left my items in a mess. This has also happened to multiple people at the same complex. I addressed my concerns, and the management is not seeing this as an issue. This is causing me to feel unsafe in my home as I am a single woman. I asked them to escalate this issue and asked for contact information of someone at Trinity Property and I was denied their contact information.

I recently reviewed my credit reports and found this company is reporting false information according to the consumer fair reporting. The property management discriminated against people and didnt tell the facts on numerous occasions.
