      I am not a home owner and have never purchased blinds online. I don't understand how this company has my email, nor how I continue to receive emails after marking this company as spam twice. A reputable company should not ****** non customers with multiple email accounts to get past spam filters. This is extremely irritating and even more so unprofessional. Leave. Me. Alone.

      I wanted to share my experience so far with 3 Day Blinds, I have no Idea why the call themselves 3 Day Blinds - my in-house appointment was on August 27th; at that time I purchased roll down shades for our home. On September 16th they sent someone over to confirm the measurements that the sales person took. Installation was on October 16th. It took the installer over FOUR HOURS to put in nine shades! It should have been ten shades, but they set the completely wrong order for one room so he didnt bother with it. Four of the blinds are motorized but two of them wont even charge. The installer said he was in touch with his supervisor on the day of install; I also reached out to our salesperson and have done so every single day since then. NO ONE has reached out to me. After over ****************************************************** My daughter will be home this weekend and she has NO SHADE on her room which is at the front of the house. The cost of all of this? $6,700!!!!! Save yourself the time, frustration, and money by skipping 3 Day Blinds.

      Terrible customer service. I ordered $7,000 worth of blinds two months ago, have had installers come to my house three times, and I still don't have everything I ordered. I have had to call customer service a half dozen times and emailed customer service over a dozen times and I still don't have any idea when I will get the items I ordered.The salesmen that came to our house was extremely polite and seemed very customer service oriented. He even convinced me to agree to pay $800 to have my order expedited. However, after we wrote him a check for $7,000 the customer service stopped. There were a number of mistakes with our installation (item installed incorrectly, part missing, item installed on the wrong window, coverings for two bedroom windows not included) and it took WEEKS of emails and phone calls to get anyone to do anything.After going through three levels of customer service agents, I got them to agree to refund my "expedited" fee - but I still don't have all of the items I ordered.The product looks pretty good but it has been such a headache dealing with this company that I discourage anyone from doing business with 3-Day blinds. I wish I had gone with a more expensive option that provides better customer service AFTER they have taken your money.

      Buyers be aware of 3 DAY BLINDS. I ordered blinds for approximately $8,600 on 9/10/2022. On the day of installation I stopped it because the product is not working as it should. Met with the sales person **** again and she agreed and they do not have another product I liked. She said she would report back to *** the person assigned to my case. Here it is now 10/22/2022 and no one has communicated back to me. I called customer service today and claimed that **** did not communicate back to them what she said to me. They said there is a note on my case that will give me $300 to keep the POOR product which was never communicated to me. They expect me to keep a product that does not work and pay $8600. The sales person **** also said it is poor. Dont believe what they say to you in person because they report back differently to their boss instead of doing the right things. As of today, I am out $8600 no blinds and NO Communication from them other than me calling customer service. I have MS and they stress they are putting me through is not going over well. Customer service say I should hear back from them. It later than Tuesday Oct 25th 2022. I now have to look into what my other options are going forward if no one is gets back to me. Will update review as my case progresses.

      As of today 10/27/2022 I have not received any communication from 3 Day Blinds. I called on customer support 10/27/26 and was told my case is now assigned to a manager by the name of ****** and he would call me back on 10/26/2022 and nothing.

      This is THE worst company Ive ever dealt with. The salesperson was friendly to the point she knew she was getting her commission and then went silent.First installation. Gentleman showed up, very nice, prompt, great guy overall. Didnt have some of the correct parts (they are specially cut to spec) so he said he could only install 1 of the 3 rooms. So, fine. Second installation, worker came and left without notifying me he was leaving. Left parts (screw, few bolts and pieces) FACE UP IN MY CARPET for my dog or me to step on. I wasnt pleased with the shades in my office so I called to see if we could switch them out. The initial salesperson told me they would keep the glare out but no, they didnt. Third installation appointment, I told their dispatcher they should arrive early and asked for the ****p appointment window because downtown had a playoff baseball game and there would be zero parking. So needless to say they didnt heed my warning and they called me at 4pm to say they cant find parking. I was furious because I was simply trying to help them. And again, they were unable to install. And now today for the 4th appointment, they gave me the 8am-10am window. Im sitting here typing this at 11:40 and the installer is saying hes going to be here in an hour. Oh and did I say they wouldnt refund me. Their offer was $150 credit. I paid almost $7,000 for their services.. now Im stuck with this. If youre still reading this, PLEASE do yourself a service and save the headache. Call a local, family owned window business. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They will not return your phone calls, They will not return your e-mails. I have spent over seven hours on the phone trying to get a resolution to my order that was placed on July 26th almost three months ago. Once this company gets your money they will give every excuse to not talk with you. As you can see from the generic reply that the company gives on all of the negative reviews. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      We originally were going to buy 4 blinds for our house but had to cancel 3 of them because what we picked was going to be on backorder for 'an unknown length of time.' The blind we did get, since it was installed, has been having issues at least once monthly, if not more often, and now when we can't fix it like 3 Day Blinds instructed us to, they tell me they can't even get someone to come fix it because of 'an error in their system not letting them order a repair for my account.' That makes absolutely no sense because why would it affect just MY account and no one else? And why does no one know why this is happening?They said to give them ***** hours and I will receive a call back from the case manager... and guess what? 3 days later and I had to call THEM to see what's going on only to get the same response. At this point of writing this review, it has been 3 weeks since I last called 3 Day Blinds and received absolutely 0 responses or follow *** or emails. I just emailed again and no change to the response... "Your case manager will reach out to you in ***** hours" I don't want anyone to talk to me from 3 day blinds about the same thing I have been dealing with for nearly a month... and if they can't fix the product I purchased from them, then why am I holding on to a $600+ faulty item. I have been requesting my money back but it has been ignored for nearly a month now. Anyone buying from this company... go to Target and get $50 blinds or curtains instead.. they look much nicer and less of an issue to work with with no worries about them breaking on you every week.

      I have never experienced a higher level of customer care than what ********************** has done for me. Nothing is perfect in this world and buying window blinds is no different from buying anything else. Things can go wrong. That is where we need excellent personnel to follow up and see things through to their best possible conclusion. From my point person, ****** to my installer, ******, nothing was argued or left unaddressed. Nothing. Thank you!

      I made a purchase through 3 Day Blinds for 10 Blinds to be placed throughout my home. At the beginning I paid my deposit as required. And then the lies/mistruths begin. i stated to my sales rep that I would pay my balance by credit card upon install. My blinds were installed and funds were taken from my bank account without my approval. I was also told by my sales person that I would receive a discount for removing my old window dressing. I have asked the company (three day blinds) and how we can work together to correct this, with no assistance. And I cannot reach my sales person for assistance.After reading their reviews, I see I made a mistake by doing business with these people. Lies, Lies, Lies, and we get our money!!
