      I wish I would have read these horrific reviews before dealing with these folks. At least they are consistent. (I did not expect to see such a horrible rating from such a larger number of customers)Well, true to form, they have been a nightmare. Simple repair job where they were supposed to come out and repair the shade...but after they left with the shade without ANY communication, they disappeared without a trace. My wife tried calling several times and left a few voicemails, but they seemed to have gone MIA.Nearly two weeks had gone by and last week I finally got through to a gentleman who said he would speak to someone and get back to me... (crickets). Then a couple days ago, I reached a woman who said that the repair guy had been out sick for a few days and she would get back to us with an ETC after he ordered the parts? Still no return call. After reaching a rude young man today, I was once again told that parts needed to be ordered and hopefully by Friday we would be able to set up a time to come out and install the shade. When I told the guy that this is a 9ft wide shade for our 19th floor unit facing East...and we would have preferred that the shade remained in while waiting for the parts (which they initially said they had in stock), so we could sleep past 6AM, he only got louder and spoke over me. After he hung up on me, I tried calling back just to get hung up on. And then another voicemail. Ugh.Anyway... I hope that we actually get our simple blind repair job closed out soon and that someone comes in and does a complete overhaul of their operations.

      I ordered 3 fancy roller shades 5/23/2024. Around 7/2, the installer came to install them.2 of the 3 were the the wrong size and had to be reordered. I begged 3 Day Blinds for the measuremennts too ensure that the replacement shades would be the correct size. They refused to provide measuremets.Corrected shades were expected 9/20/2024, an exceptional amount of time Around 9./21, another installatiion was attempted. One of the two corrected shades was the wrong size.The final correct- sized shade did not arrive until 10/7/2024. This is an unacceptable amount of time. Additionally, the shades were very expensive. I should have shopped around before I ordered.

      Sorry to say, I feel I've been taken in, tricked, and bamboozled. As the name of the business 3-Day Blinds implies, I expected to have my blinds in three days. When their representative came to take measurements and quote a price, she told me it would take TWENTY days to deliver the blinds. Blinds can be delivered in three days if I pay an additional $300. Due to the imminent heat wave, I needed them soonest, and I paid the additional cost. Seeing that they ARE able to deliver in three days, it would seem that this is a ploy their representatives use to jack up the fee, possibly also to increase their commission. I feel it would be only fair and just of 3-Day Blinds to refund the $300. I have written to the dealer on 12 September '24, and have received no reply.       My first contact with them was June 2023. I was dissatisfied with the huge gaps between slats and at the bottom of the 7 blinds installed. They sent someone out for my complaint and he told me nothing was wrong with them.I called and complained that people can look into my condo from the outside. They sent the installer out to look at them again. He looked at it and said at the most theyll see the floor from the outside.Horrible customer service and rep ***** ***** poorly explained the extent of the lack of privacy. I paid an additional $89 for them to come out and look at the blinds. Only to tell me theres no problem. Thousands for dissatisfaction. Dont ever use this company. Please

      I had shades installed in our entryway. There was significant damage done to the decorative wood above the front door. Ive been calling and speaking with customer service for months. Although they acknowledge the damage and need for resolution they have not followed through. Finally I was offered $100 toward repair (sand and paint), which I accepted just to have this done with. Its been another month and no response. I will never use this company again and would still like a resolution.

      Why isn't zero stars an option? I ordered a custom drape that cost almost $9,000 including tax, and fees. It's been almost 5 months since I ordered the product with a 6-8 week delivery window, and they have yet to complete the order and are refusing to give me a refund. To try and briefly summarize the saga"Within 8 weeks of purchasing the drape the installer came to install it. There was a piece of the track broken and they couldn't install it. Two to three weeks later the replacement part was in, installers scheduled a time to install. About 1 hour before the scheduled time the installer called to cancel and rescheduled for a week later. Installer showed up to install the curtain, and discovered a different part was broken. They needed to once again order a new part. About 3 weeks later they showed up with the replacement part. Did finally install the curtain, but the valence was not the right size and needed to be rebuilt. Was given a new 6 - 8 week delivery window. 6-8 weeks came and went with now word. I finally called and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't give me one, couldn't give me an ETA on the valence, and offered me $500 off the order. This is unacceptable, they will not refund my money for a product they can not delivery.

      Ordered blinds in May. Installs failed three times over the summer due to the wrong size and then wrong product being delivered. Now being told the product is no longer available. It's been 4 months without them being able to provide what we paid for. **************** is unresponsive to refund requests. Probably the worst single customer experience I've had in my life.

      I wish that my rating could have zero stars. ***** (sales **** came to my house and didnt ask to sit, didnt take off her heels on my brand new floors, didnt thank me for the water, and didnt thank me for my time after providing a quote of over $20K when I received an estimate for the same product for $4K. This company is a joke with good marketing.

      What a complete disaster. They are now sending a 3rd ********* out to to go over all the issues their crappy blinds have that they installed in my house have. I paid a substantial amount of money for these blinds. What I was shown by the sales person and what was installed in my house are completely different. Every blind they installed looks like a 5 year old used a glue stick to put it together. The valance on every blind has bubbles and frayed corners and the fabric is cut uneven and the clips holding the bottom of the blinds together keeps coming off so when they roll up they get stuck. The 2nd ********* tried super gluing the blinds to hold it together and got super glue all over my wood trim and my wood floor. They are wanting me to supply the paint for their ********* to come back and fix what they damaged. It has been months and still there is no resolution to anything. I just keep getting the run around. I used a previous company to have other blinds installed in my house a few years ago and kick myself everyday for not going with them again. iF YOU WANT QUALITY PRODUCTS IN YOUR HOME, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE A HORRIBLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!

      3DayBlinds (********, **) has misrepresented their products. Damaged and inferior window treatments were installed. I was emailed within the 3 day cancelation period only 2 out of the 3 contracts. Their customer care and escalation representatives have not resolved any of the problems. I have had to reach out 3 times and promise of return call beginning 6 days ago has not happened. Local manager, M. C., has not called me. I was verbally told *************************** brand would be installed in primary bedroom, living slider and flex room slider. I instructed I wanted the same product as in my last home. They are not ***************************. I believe this company has committed fraud.
