      3DayBlinds (********, **) has misrepresented their products. Damaged and inferior window treatments were installed. I was emailed within the 3 day cancelation period only 2 out of the 3 contracts. Their customer care and escalation representatives have not resolved any of the problems. I have had to reach out 3 times and promise of return call beginning 6 days ago has not happened. Local manager, M. C., has not called me. I was verbally told *************************** brand would be installed in primary bedroom, living slider and flex room slider. I instructed I wanted the same product as in my last home. They are not ***************************. I believe this company has committed fraud.

      I would give zero Stars if I could. Do not use 3-day blinds. Unless your expectation is 3 month blinds and multiple installation attempts. I've used them a couple of times against my better judgment and the orders are always at least partially incorrect and then it is an uphill fight to get a hold of anyone to respond. Stay away from this company.

      Blinds were installed back in March of 2024 - clip was missing for the valance per installer. Here it is September 2024 and the installer stopped responding and 2 calls with 3 day Blinds with NO resolution from customer service other than, we're still trying to see if we can order this part. At this point, my valance has a 1/2 inch GAP that is extremely noticeable and no resolution from 3 day blinds on how they intend to FIX my blinds. I would have never expected this type of service from this company. Waited on hold for 30 minutes today, only to be told all "upper managers" were busy. 9/13...STILL WAITING for a solution.

      Elder abuse! My 90 year old mother who is an immigrant and English is not her first language was totally taken advantage of by your representative in ************. Quoted nearly $4600 for 3 small curtains- these are similar to sheer cafe curtains and the hardware looks like something I can find at *******. After the so called discount she paid over $3500. This company has not returned calls or emails. A receipt was never left with her, nor was a contract. I have given them weeks to respond and am being ignored- this is a definite case of taking advantage of an elderly person

      This company is irresponsible and will not abide by the terms of our agreement to replace the defective blinds in a timely fashion. They have lost the orders, not showed up when promised and still after 3 months have not installed the correct blinds! They continue to reschedule because of incompetence in their organization. We are fed up with this company!!

      Look nice. Maybe its the way they were installed but there have been five visits to correct issues. Noise, not staying connected to internet, not charging, uneven raising and lowering. Charging is very difficult. The chargers will not stay connected to the blinds. The literature and salesperson said the batteries stayed charged for about a year. We have needed to charge them 3 times in one year. Three of them are ***** feet high so charging is not easy.

      Previously used 3 Day Blinds for cellular shades and they were installed without problems after 6-7 weeks of waiting. Used again for S shaped vertical blinds to replace 20+ year old verticals from Levolor. There were multiple issues with new blinds beginning with installation. Installer noted the head rail was not operating properly and therefore was reordering. The company could not or would not add to the width to completely block the light from coming through. There's a small gap on the right side of verticals. Also, after 2 days the wand track piece complete fell out. As a result the verticals can not be spun closed or opened with wand. Currently have paper on the windows. Tried to cancel order but customer service used contract language to inform me that 3 days is the time limit for cancelation. Maybe that's where they got their name. And the clock started from when I signed, not the install date. Hence by the time of installation I was already beyond the cancelation date. Additionally, beware the pricing with installation. Consultation pushed the price due today. In reality it's only about half. Beware dealing with this company. Better yet, avoid doing business with them.

      Back in June 2024, I reported an issue of repair to 3 day blinds. To date it has taken 3 months, in that time, I've had a repair person to my home (in August) and when they came out they took the shade stating it needed to be repaired offsite. At that time they said it would take 3-4 weeks to repair. Fast forward to September (4 weeks) and I had to reach out for information on what is taking so long. As of today, I'm still waiting they say it's going to take another 4 weeks or longer. At this point, would it just be easier to supply me with a new shade? This waiting game with lack of communication is extremely frustrating. The purchasing of the shades was really easy & pricy, repair, not so much.

      BAD COMPANY!! We ordered some motorized inside mount blinds and when they came and were installed the wands did not lay flat on the wall and they did not hand evenly. The installer said he couldnt adjust them I would have to submit a request for repair. I did. They sent the same guy who again said they could not be adjusted. So, I called again and requested adjustment or return and they sent the same guy who again said they could not be adjusted. So I called again and requested they come and take them down. Their response was: (NONE OF THEIR INSIDE MOUNT BLINDS CAN BE ADJUSTED) and they would not issue a refund.. This should have been stated at the very beginning. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE THEM BACK. They would replace with a different product of same value and that was the only solution. The cancellation policy states cancel only 3 days from order placement NO MATTER WHAT PRODUCT YOU GET IT CANNOT BE RETURNED NO MATTER WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT. Horrible policy and not customer oriented at all. I will never order anything from them again and WARN YOU NOT TO EITHER.

      My wife was quoted a price, she agreed and signed in March 2024. The failure of this company is customer service. Once the sale is made no one seem to care about customer satisfaction. The installers cam and put the drapes up finally. They installed a black track with white brackets which made no sense. I asked the installers why they would not use black brackets the response was they do not make black brackets. My wife called and received no response I called finally was able to talk to someone and they said that was not true they do have black brackets and said those were the brackets that should have been used. She said she would order the black brackets. I call again 3 weeks later, and I was told the brackets were not there and I said how can after 3 weeks the brackets are still not in. Finally, roughly 2 weeks later my wife gets a call that they had the brackets and were sending someone to install them. I was at work, and someone came to install the black brackets and when I came home, I was dumbfounded to see they put the black brackets in with blue tap con screws and it was so unlevel I had to put washers behind the backets to keep the curtains from dragging on the ground (light color curtains by the way. Remember these were designer blinds and very expensive. I called and complained and again was told I don't know why this happened (so rinse and repeat). Finally, they sent an installer from and distant location to install the new brackets although using black tap con screws for designer blinds I was just happy for the ordeal to be over. So, remember I said this stared in Mach 2024 and it finally was completed in August of 2024. Yes, that right 6 months for one set of curtains to cover sliding doors. I would never buy any again from this company I had friends and neighbors that were going to make purchases and after our experience said they would never buy anything from them. Worst company I have done business with in my life. Lessons learned. Buyer Beware!
