Design Tech advised that the product I was purchasing came with specific items to include valances. He showed me matching designs and had me select my option. At the time of the install, the blinds were not only measured incorrectly, but there were no valances. When I attempted to contact the designer, I was ignored. He did not answer any text messages or phone calls. After a week of attempting to contact him, I contacted their national number in ******, **********. I was advised they would contact my designer to call me. He never did contact me. Later, I called back, and they advised that a regional manager would be getting a hold of me. After two more weeks, I never heard back from the regional manager. After never hearing from the regional manager, I contacted their national line again. I asked for a refund, if I could not get my valances installed. They denied my refund request, stating that was unusual and out of the time frame for a return (despite posing the original issue to my designer on the day of the install). I was informed that if I wanted the valances, I would have to pay for them to be measured and installed. This has been the worst company to work with and borderline fraudulent. I believe this business should be reprimanded and/ or penalized to make all their customers whole. They have a 1.15/****** rating as of this writing. How are they still a business?3 Day Blinds

I agree with the review stating they wish they could leave less than one star. 3 day blinds is a terrible company to buy blinds from. We purchased ***** shades in October ************************************ November of 2023 one of the plastic clips that are at the bottom of the shades broke. When I contacted 3 Day Blinds about this no one there had a clue of what I was talking about. They asked me to send them a picture of the broken clip so they could send it to their parts department and repair service. Even after both departments looked at the pictures they did not have a clue of what part to order. They told me they never saw anything like that. If the company that manufactured the blinds doesn't have a clue what this part is what does that tell you about the credibility of the company. It took weeks before they were able to find this part and order them and then another couple of weeks before the repair service came out to our house to replace the broken one. In January of 2024 another clip broke and I again reached out to 3 Day Blinds and waited another 2 weeks before anyone came out to repair that one. In July of 2024 another clip broke and I went through the same process as before and was told by 3 Day Blinds I would have to pay $89.00 for the repair of this clip. They also told me they did not have any clips in stock and would have to order them. While waiting for the repair service to set up an appointment to replace that broken clip another broke. I was now up to 4 broken clips in 7 months time. 3 Day Blinds was going to charge me another $89.00 for the 4th repair but I refused to do this. When the serviceman came to my house to repair the 3rd and 4th broken clip he looked at all my ***** ****** and found 2 other clips that were cracked and ready to break off. I think 3 Day Blinds is selling products that are garbage and after paying $5000.00 for the shades you think they would last for a long time and not start to break a year after purchasing them.3 Day Blinds

I bought a whole house of blinds 8 years ago. According to 3 Day Blinds Limited Lifetime Warranty they will replace or repair cords and ladders for the first 7 years, after 7 years a nominal fee applies for repairs. On one honeycomb shade it failed after 6 years. Instead of replacing they repaired it. Now two years later it has failed again and the cost of repair is 72% of the initial cost which is hardly nominal. When I complained I was told that due to the product I bought, it was more expensive to repair. Since I will be selling my house this year I do need to fix it but I definitely will not use them for my new house.3 Day Blinds

VERY Unsatisfied customer. I spent $3,000 on roller shades and when they were installed they left the hardware showing. When I brought this to their attention they told me it was due to the window frame not being deep enough. Mind you, they come out and take all the measurements so this is something that they were aware of. Instead of being upfront with what the product would look like installed, they wanted the sell and didn't care that the finished product would look poorly. They told me I could pay to have a valance installed to make it look better, or they could send a handyman out (that I would be responsible to pay for) to try and fix the issue. So both solutions were at my expense for an issue I didn't cause! Not to mention I had several email and phone conversations where they admitted the error, offered solutions, retracted solutions (one in particular that would have allowed me to get new product at their expense). The customer service is horrible and I was told so many different things by different people. DO NOT BUY!!!3 Day Blinds

How do I leave less than one star? This company is complete garbage. Ordered our roller shade. Came 2 weeks later. Took down my curtain rod. They ordered the wrong size. Gave me temporary paper shades held up with thumb tacks. Said they would expedite the correct shade. Still took another 2 weeks. The guy that came to install, had me do everything for him. I had to carry the ladder upstairs. He didnt bring a tape measure. He had me center it on the wall and hold it up for him. The valence is falling off the wall. I told him I wanted it fixed. He said nothing in this world is perfect. I said well, for $2,500, it better be. The worst business Ive ever had to deal with!!!3 Day Blinds

Their standard gap allowance is 3/4 on inside roller shades which was not disclosed. Extremely disappointed in the finished product of our shades installed in my home . We have friends who used Budget Blinds and their allowance is 3/8 and thus do a much better job of securing the privacy of the window when the blinds are pulled down.3 Day Blinds

It's called 3 Day Blinds. Ironic that they charged me $89 to fix a cord that got stuck. So he removed the entire blind to take it to the factory. 3 weeks later, nobody knows the status. I mean I could buy a new blind. It was the main window so it affected our privacy. **************** was polite, but ineffective. Think about it..they should have replaced it if it takes a month to repair. I'd never do business with this outfit again. And I'm disputing the repair payment and buying a blind from ***********3 Day Blinds

I ordered blinds from 3 day blinds on 1/11/2024 and since then I have two blinds installed correctly, but the other two blinds in my kitchen, they can't figure out the dimensions. They have been paid in full and I still don't have blinds in my kitchen. WE have been in contact with 3 day blinds every month to see what is going on with these blinds. Now that I have had enough with these people, (trying to get hold of them by phone is a problem, you will be on hold for 30+ minutes to get hold of anyone.) I want to be reimburse for the 2 blinds in my kitchen. I called ******** at 3 day blinds and she said I will not get reimburse for the blinds because of the past contract date. **** these people and this company. It is not my fault that they don't know how to read a tape measure. I want my money back on the blinds that don't work. The other two blinds work okay at the moment. I want my money back on the blinds in my kitchen, so I can finds some one else who can install them correctly.3 Day Blinds

Writing to affirm the reviews listed citing zero accountability and poor communication. Avoid this company if you can. I am in the middle of a full home interior renovation and have had positive experiences with all of our subs except this one. The core issue is poor communication: they are not professional, timely, or clear in what they are doing or when they are doing it in your home, but very swift to charge you (without notifying you in advance!). When the customer service team was contacted they made zero attempt to understand my core complaint and referred me to my contract rather than calling me back as requested. We were hoping to use them for all of our interior shades and will be working with another company going forward. I was surprised at the lack of care and disappointed in the experience overall.3 Day Blinds
