      We placed an order for drapes with 3 day blinds order # *******. We have been treated very badly, disrespected and treated with no regard. We ordered white drapes for our kitchen and office. The order came in and it was a bright yellow. We asked them to replace it and we ordered again and the second time it came back gray. ****** the sales person who sold us this was very pleasant during the sale and now will not answer our calls or defend us to the company. She had initially told us when we placed the order that they will come back until they have it right. When we asked them to come out again to get the color we want, we were told that "they had completed their obligation and that they would not replace it but rather they would come out and install the "wrong" color that we don't want or we can let the boxes sit in our closet". They blatantly refused to do the right thing for us and the regional manager yelled and walked out of our home and said "bullshit as he walked out. He also stated that he is not the company and has no say. They have decided the gray color is what we ordered and they will not change it or refund us. We spent close to $3000 and having to make payments to their finance company while the drapes sit in our closet. I asked they send someone else to confirm the color and they refused. Get the color right or give us our money back! Very unfair to treat their customers this way after you have been paid. We would just like to get the white drapes in our home that we ordered. The customer service rep said if we wanted white we should not have gotten the sheer color why didn't the sales rep tell us this when we where choosing our fabric. The samples she showed looked white so we picked it. Their samples do not match the colors they provide and they take no accountability. We would like our money back if you can't provide us with the right color. Very poor way to treat customers. Not a good company to work.

      Ordered 8 shades and the motorized honeycomb shade in my primary bedroom, the most used shade, broke after 12 days. It took FIVE WEEKS for a replacement to be installed. Terrible customer service - it took five calls to even get a delivery date.

      Poor (absent) response to refund of service not provided. On 3/27/24, I contacted 3 Day Blinds (3DB) with request to evaluate/replace a blind roller section in which roller bead was stuck in clutch. I was asked for my credit card in order to cover the cost of subcontractor to provide service. On 3/28/24, I recontacted 3DB to cancel this requested service. I was told the charge would be credited. When my April credit card statement arrived, I found I had NOT been credited. I contacted 3DB on 4/22/24 and was assured that my next statement would reflect a refund. My May statement arrived - still NO credit. On 5/22/24, I again contacted 3DB and was again assured that a credit would initiated AND I would hear back within 48 hours that this had occurred. On 5/25/24, I contacted my credit card company and reviewed the situation. They verified that there was still no reimbursement from 3DB. My credit card company reversed the charge immediately and noted this charge was "in dispute". This took an hour of my time (on ***** minute holds from 3DB) with NO results. I would NEVER recommend 3DB - their customer service is appalling - unacceptable.

      I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR: WE PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM, THEY DID NOT COMPLETED THE INSTALL, THEY USED THE WRONG COLOR S**** WHICH IT DID NOT MATCHED. THEY DAMAGED ALL OF THE WINDOW JAMBS. THEY WANTED ME TO GO BUY THE SCREWS TO EXCHANGE THE OLD ONES. THEY REFUSED TO COME BACK AND REPAIR ALL THE DAMAGED. THEY MUST OF HIRED A PERSON THAT DID NOT KNOW WHAT OR HOW TO INSTALL PROPERLY. THEY FORGED MY SIGNATURE AS COMPLETED, WHICH I WAS WORK AT THE TIME.BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, DO NOT HIRE THEM

      Started my journey with 3 day blinds back in January and still they are not done.Measured wrong in Jan and installed in March and came back in 3 rd week of March to re-measure it and no response till now and when ever I call them they say they are waiting for the installer to confirm the measurements and nothing is moving forward and i asked to cancel and refund my money which they would not want to do. I would really not recommend this company to anyone and its really frustrating as there is no timeline and I have been following up every two weeks and same answer. Please dont fall into their trap.

      Ordered my drapes almost 2 months ago and they are having problems with their hardware getting rejected by *** and being sent back to the vendor. I finally called corporate and they will be sending the hardware straight to me. Lets see how much longer that is going to take and how long it will take to get my drapes installed. This company should not call themselves 3 day blinds but 3 months blinds. Very disappointed considering how much money I spent

      They delivered the wrong items that I did not realize until installation. Immediately I called to inform them and have called and emailed several times. 2 weeks later, no real response. Someone was supposed to call me back and never did. Emails only say that they will open a case. The designer admitted they delivered the wrong order--I essentially paid for more than they delivered but 3 Day Blinds is not responding so now I am posting here and told my credit card to dispute the charge. VERY SORRY I hired them for this project. Should have gone with the other company I was considering. And I should have checked BBB first! Seeing all of these bad reviews with experiences like mine.

      This company is a disaster! They installed broken shutters and I had to wait over a month for those to get fixed. I even delayed the install several months because my contractor was behind schedule and they still brought broken shutters to my house to install. I thought everyone makes mistakes so I then ordered window shades on rollers. They were installed incorrectly. I was waiting for someone to follow up to check if I was happy or had any concerns. That never happened. They just charged my credit card and moved on. I complained to the salesperson and she said shed let themknow. However, no one ever followed up or contacted me at all. I had to follow up, but this time I called the ************************************************************************************************** two and theyll call me. I asked how did they know what part to order because no one ever came out to inspect. He said they know because they are experts. He gave me a case # in case I needed to follow up. Well, no one contacted me again so I texted the salesperson again complaining about the terrible service. She never responded. I received a text from an *********************************************************************** but this case number was different from their first case number. Of course no one contacted me again because this company is a disaster. I called the 800 number again. Their employee was friendly, but he said he couldnt get a hold of their contractor to get an update. He offered me their number so I could call and do his job for him. Ridiculous! This company clearly has a lack of leadership and is why I think their service is a disaster. They have no idea what they are doing, but theyll definitely take your money within 3 days. Actually they always took my money within one day. Nothing else they do is that fast. They dont install that fast. They return calls that fast. They dont fix their crappy installs that fast. This company is a disaster!
