I am very disappointed. The blinds were order specifically to knock out light from an oval window in my bedroom. They came in about an inch off cut, with light steaming through. As an inexpensive fix the installer bent a piece if metal to cover the light. It looks terrible. They promised to come back and replace it with wood, but have now reneged on this promise. Don't use these shades on anything but a plumb square window.We also ordered a motorized shade for a window high up in the living room. The sound of the motor is awful and upsets my dog daily. Planning to replace it as soon as we can.For such an expensive product, this experience was a big disappointment.3 Day Blinds

TWO TIMES NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR MY INSTALL!!! TWO TIMES!!! The second time the women from customer service told me they SPECIALLY arranged the installer to do me and only me on a Saturday, they dont normally work on Saturdays and this is special just to rectify the first time they never showed up. AND NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN. Please rename yourselves 3 month blinds because this is bullsh*t, I hired you for the fast turn around (its literally in your name) and all Im getting is c*** customer service and literally being lied to. want my money back.3 Day Blinds

Two months ago my husband and I got shades installed in our whole house spending over $14,000. I recently got a small stain on the one above my kitchen sink. I tried to clean it, but made it worse. When I called you, you said you do not offer any kind of cleaning services. So I asked if we could have someone come out and turn the shade around so the stain would face the outside. You said no then I asked what would it cost to replace the fabric only without the motor. They said they cant do that and it would be $800 to replace the whole thing. You had me transferred to five different people and one of them told me you had to have someone come out to give me an estimate when you were just here two months ago. Your company has terrible customer service and unhelpful and I would never recommend you to anyone.3 Day Blinds

Purchased blinds on 3/5/24. Installation on 3/15. Wrong color blinds installed. Called ******** care at time of installation,spoke with supervisor, *******; had to insist she open case now while on the phone and not wait until tech left as she instructed. Called salesperson, *****************************, left message;no response. Waited later in the day for Supervisor to return call for resolution. No returned call. Called ******** care again next day, spoke with *****. Listened very well; agreed situation needed immediate resolution;would call back with resolution. No call back. Same for sales person. Sent many emails&text messages days to follow to all persons mentioned; no response. What's most bothersome is sales person intentionally? ordered the color he wanted to sell, not what I selected. Why? He layed the fan of color examples out on my table with the color of white blinds clearly sticking out. He handed the fan to me in that exact manner. When I chose the light brown, he commented, "oh, I thought you would want the white". I replied ,"No, I want the color that matches my house". He pointed to my brown wood kitchen window blinds, "oh like the one in the kitchen", yet I still end up with the white blinds? Additionally, balance due was taken out of my account 5 days before installation w/o my knowledge or consent. This company appears to have kept my cc# on file which I think is illegal. Currently getting legal advice. Once we found a person to escalate problem, correct color blinds were finally installed on 4/6. Called that day &4/8, left message to request partial refund for expedited install & NO customer service. No return call. Called again on 4/10, spoke ********, said supervisor would call me to discuss; if not; call back on friday, 4/10 . As is the trend, the supervisor has not returned the call; she never has! Instead of yet another call from me, I'm filing this complaint & seeking legal advice. A partial refund is my request &3day Blinds should clean house!!!3 Day Blinds

I would tell anyone I know to run away as far and fast as you can - DO NOT do business with 3 Day Blinds. DO. NOT. Seriously - negative 10 stars. I know, I too thought 3 Day was a nationally reputable company but in my opinion and experience, that is far from the truth. It is my personal opinion that the current national tv ad campaign they are running looks in my experience and opinion - to be a total fraud. My personal experience is that the number of egregious errors, mistakes, customer service failures, bizarre amounts of BS and complete nonsense, and overall nightmare of my deal are too numerous to detail here. Bottom line: I ordered around $10,000 ++ worth of blinds and draperies in November 2023. It is April 2024 and I have no draperies, no window coverings, NO PRIVACY, no support, nothing correctly measured or manufactured, and not one dot of accountability for any of this mess. I DO have error, mistake, error, mistake, and flat out being ignored and played like a a complete fool by this con job of a company. My experience and personal opinion are much like the other dozens of 1-star reviews and legal complaints online - check them out here and elsewhere and don't let this become your story. Do anything you can to find somewhere else to make your purchase.3 Day Blinds

We had the motorized blind installed in 9-23 for $ 2800 and for few week they work great and the sudden remotes prompted low battery white we are told need to be changed once a year we call them told the problem and asnswer is ***** the battery we did and in few weeks same issue with none of the blinds are operating properly so we call them aging and they ask us to the blinds needs be recharged and we diid that as well but still its not working properly and we have no privacy since all the blind are open Very bad product and service trying to resolve the issue with the product from last 6 to 8 week nothing has been done yet call customer support for every issue ther day but no answer and communication from email but not resolved yet3 Day Blinds

I purchased ***** shades from this company. All motorized. 2 were indtslled with non functioning motors.6 are the wrong size, 1 was replaced-still wrong size. The salesman *** was no help ever with getting replacements. The installer ***** was the rudest person who did a terrible job, damaged Sheetrock and window sill, made a mess and left it for me to clean up. What a disaster. I was told to call customer service. I called many times, bounced around to different people who said they would help me. To no availemails, calls, got nothing! As an (81 yrs old) the stress was too much. I finally gave up. Such a waste. Why not do it right the first time? Im surprised they are still doing business.3 Day Blinds

I bought two motorized ***** shades for my house last March at a cost of over $3000. Installation was fine, but after less than a year, one of the blinds stopped working. I contacted them for service, and received a response telling me to plug them in. I told them that obviously we tried that and it didn't work, and then... dead silence. I have been calling and emailing for an entire month and have received no response at all. I even brought it to the salesperson, *******************, who said they were elevating it for immediate response, and nothing. Apparently their 1 year guarantee on installation and limited lifetime warranty is a bunch of bs because they will not respond to any requests for service!! I have had 3 Day Blinds do 3 other sets of blinds before and apparently they don't care that I'm a repeat customer-- and I will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone else again.3 Day Blinds

Called to discuss an expensive job. Just doing our homework to get a feel for the company and to ask bout their procedures. During the call their rep insisted on scheduling an in person appointment. They don't stand behind their product. I purchased $12,000 worth of blinds for my house and only 1 of them failed. But this company refused to do anything to help replace it despite it being a failure due to improper manufacturing. DO NOT BUY from this company as if you have any problems - they will not help at all. I called and left multiple messages, left multiple email support tickets - over the course of 45 days. They never responded to any of my inquiries. I had to keep calling until I could get someone on the phone - and when I finally did they refused to stand behind their product.3 Day Blinds
