    If I could give them -10 stars, I would. *** has no record of this company sending my refund back to them, refused to produce documentation of an actual transfer back to the *** and gave me a number to give to the *** that they could care less about. So now Im out thousands of dollars!

    I filed my taxes in January through Turbotax. I haven't received my money. SBTPG said they sent it back to the *** and the *** is saying they never sent it to them. I'm very stressed over this. It's a lot of money they took from me.

    These are some real scumbags, I filed my taxes in January and today is 5-8-24 and I still haven't received my return, even though I paid for this ******** service through TurboTax. They saying that they sent my return back to the *** but the *** is saying they don't have a thing. The scumbag customer rep #**** was a total a****** and frankly shouldn't work anywhere in the ** with his attitude. I'll never use TurboTax again simply to avoid these jerks at Santa Barbara Tax Products Group!

    Total scam. I used Turbo Tax and had no knowledge of our refund processing through this company. We filed in January but have not received our refund. I have confirmed that IRS sent the money to them. Let's all file BBB complaints against them and Turbo Tax, and if there is a class action lawsuit, please post on here.

    They charged $344.58 for a hidden fee on turbo tax. Turbo tax doesnt have TPG anywhere on their app and its not listed on a search. It was a scam fee with hidden charges. I smell a class action suit.

    Stole from my federal tax return with no disclosure ahead of time. Taxation without representation goes against the US constitution, this is theft plain and simple. Traitors under the label of a bank.

    The partnership with Turbo Tax is extremely misleading. Fees are not clearly disclosed. Very deceptive practices.

    How is this a real company. Why on earth is Turbo Tax using them? What a terrible experience. ***** #*** was an absolute horror. The website demonstrates no security features, they want all of my personally identification information and I can't even tell if I'm doing business with a legitimate organization. What are they thinking?

    Santa Barbara Tax Products who I had never heard of took a huge fee out of my tax return, beware they are a fraud.
