    All though they get back a email quickly,I think it's a cometic, I bought these12/11/23 left ear aid came apart 2 months later while sent a another roughly a week later sent defective aid back ,now on 4/26/23 other came apart while removing R earwas sent email to send back and get a new set although there could be charges,requested full refund ,feel on deaf ears ,product quality is laughable numerous other complaints on trust pilot about same issue will contact A.G. ************** TODAY about what may be done , I'm on a fixed income and every dollar is needed at this time,not a bad product I can't use ,was hoping for the best from them , we'll see

    $497.00 Nano "Fradulent Business" took from me. It's a shame Nano business is to scam the Hearing impaired. I saw **** on a commercial and thought the price was right for me, comparing to what I have seen other wise. My 1st device was a mess. I wanted back my refund right away however I was coaxed into trying 2nd device - it came, no difference. I returned both in the same package as was agreed by their representative. They emailed affirming that they received both device..1 and 2 I just wanted my refund im pleading..I was coaxed again into trying the 3rd device, and like a fool, I took the bait. The 4th device. Same nonsense. I package the 3rd and 4th device as told to do. Emailed came only device received. Where is the other one. If they received one and both were in the same package where is the other one? All this time I'm waiting for refund department to give me a call, I'm checking my Card no refund. Until I'm told " sorry my computer isn't allowing me to refund cause your returndate expires". now "NANO FRADULENT BUSINESS " has their 4 Hearing aids and I am out of $497.00.************** business knows all along exactly what they were about SCAMMING THE HEARING IMPAIRED...SHAME ON YOU nano Hearing aides family business company.

    Returned this item once due to not being able to hear so they sent a second pair. Still didn't work so I mailed it in for a return. Would not refund me because I did not get an authorization number. I was not aware I had to do this so I am denied a refund. I live on $1100.00 a mth and this is a lot of money for me. They owed me around $500.00 . They convinced me I needed to spend more money for a better pair. I think they were taking advantage of me by convincing to spend more money then deny refund because I didn't get a special authorization code. Very upset I was denied refund . Then also taking advantage of me to spend even more money.

    Bought the first part of March. Upon receiving them, the right aid would NOT work. Tried three different batteries of their own to no avail. Phoned then the same day, said I would be sending them back. Got their own return autorization slip and mailed them back via **** the next day.Of course, they found an excuse for not refunding me any of the $499. Supposedly, the left hearing aid was "MISSING". They wondered if I looked around my house. They wanted a copy of the return receipt to see how much the package weighed? It was not weighed cause it was their own return receipt and it went through the post office. Crooked company!! Want your money then to *******with the customer. there's more to the conflict -- lot's more but the end is the same. They lie, cheat and demoralize small business's. Horrible company.

    Beware! Terrible customer service experience with this company. We ordered a pair of hearing aids for my mother. Delivered pretty quickly. Tried them on but she could not get comfortable with them. So we decided to return them well within the 45 day return period. We spoke to a representative who was super nice and friendly (****). He wanted to make us happy. So, he actually sent us an upgraded version of the hearing aids. He also gave us the *** to return the first pair to get a full refund. But, he wanted us to try the new ones he sent first and we didn't like them we could send both of them back together and get our refund. My mom tried them out and again couldnt get comfortable. So, we sent them both back with the *** he sent us. They received the hearing aids and then went on to tell I would not get a refund period because the second pair didn't have an ***. After some back and forth the customer service reps, it was set in stone that we would not get a refund. Instead, they would keep trying to get me to go with an exchange for a different pair. Now we are out 300+ dollars because they have a terrible business practice. Basically, they stole our money! Hopefully, the Better Business Bureau will take a look into this company soon!

    This place scammed me with two worthless paired of hearing aid and took my money. Their customer service and return policies are trash. I wanted to send back a pair of hearing aids that didnt work, they told me to hold on to them while they sent me another pair that I did not even want and if I was not happy with the I could send them back. Turns out that when I tried to request a refund the would not give me the refund. Dont waste you time or money on them, they are nothing but scam artist!

    Im pretty sure ************ did not mean to leave a 5 star review. I have the same problem as most returns. I returned the cheaper pair and was talked into paying more money to upgrade and assured they would extend my 45 day warranty to cover the second pair. I called back and got another RMA# and told I would get my refund as soon as they received the second pair back. 2 weeks went by and I didnt receive my refund so I called them back and they said yes they received them but they didnt know why I didnt get the refund yet. So they issued the refund again snd 2 days later I received the $200 for the upgrade but not the first $453.61 I was credited for from the first pair. When I called them they said I hadnt returned the first pair in the time allowed. But I did. I had both tracking numbers and returned dates verified with them when they got them back. I felt like I had been scammed so I called Discover and gave me the refund. I guess I thought that was the end of that so I deleted all the screen shots snd emails proving I had returned the hearing aids on the right dates. Now Discover charged me the $453.61 back so I called them back to find out what happened. **** told them I didnt return them within the time limits so they charged me for them again. I feel like Discover did not have my back so Im pretty upset with them too. I have been a customer with them for 40 years. We need to get a lawyer to file a mass lawsuit against **** for scamming all the senior citizens, cause thats basically who they are selling their hearing aids to. Its bad enough when you scam people that have flexible money, but its horrible to scam seniors that are on a fixed income. I will tell everyone I know to not do business with ****. I am so disappointed in Nano and Discover. *********************

    I recently bought a pair of CIC HEARING AIDS from NANO which I tried for 15 days which didn't work because I had a Stoke about 10 yrs. ago. When I told them that my brain won't adjust to them they told me to send them back which I complied. According to them once they receive them it would take about ************************************************************* So I called today for my refund of $297.00 and they informed me they only received one ear peice. that is BS Isent both ear pecies. Now they can't give me refund or give me back a complete set of hearing aids which leaves me to no hearing aids for $297.00. They totally ****.

    Terrible! I tried the ****** pair and called to return them. The person I spoke with talked me into trying the upgrade for another ****** assuring me if I didnt like them I could return them for a refund. I returned both pairs but was refunded only ******. I called to ask about this and was told too bad I agreed to terms and conditions. I feel I was misled. Please dont do business with them!

    Nano from the start sent me a defective hearing aid. I have over the last 4 months sent it back 4 times to fix the defect and it came back with the same problem. It quit working after use 3 times!!! ******************
