    I initially purchased these Completely In Canal devices for my wife (*************************) on July 1, 2022, for $297.00. They were advertised on the internet as Guaranteed Money Back. Upon receipt of the items (order #******), we read the instructions for use and followed them. It should be noted at this point that upon the initial charge of devises, the right hearing aid took almost an hour longer than the left one to come to a complete charge (Red Flag ignored). When inserted into the ear canals, we discovered that the left hearing aid would not stay in unless held in by a finger. This anomaly in her was the cause for the rejection of devices and the reason for the request for a return. I contacted the Nano Hearing *********** and explained the problem we encountered to an agent. After some suggestions by the agent, none of which would not work for us, he relented and said he would elevate my request to the approving authority. He asked that I familiarize myself with the company return policy and I insured him I would and would comply. In a short while I received an email containing an approval notice to return items with instructions for making the return.I packaged the items up in accordance with the way I received them. I sent them back to the Nano Hearing Company and tracked it for delivery. Shortly after delivery confirmation was seen, I received an email acknowledging receipt and that it would be a while before a response was forthcoming because the package needed to go to their lab for inspection and evaluation. After nearly two months of waiting with no contact, I contacted Nano Hearing ************ The agent I was in contact with reported then that my refund request had been declined because of damage to the aid, citing that the warehouse team reported both hearing aid s**** k*** is stripped. The solution offered by the agent was to provide replacements for the damaged aids if we paid a $79 repair fee. This is not the solution!

    My story is the same as all the rest. Nano is a scam!! We returned hearing aids on August 29th. Here it is October 31 snd have not received credit refund to my account. After many phone calls and emails, I keep getting told that aids were returned in good condition and refund will follow shortly. They just keep putting you off. All I want is my $376.00 credited to my account. When selling their hearing aids they give you a good story that if not good for you money will be returned!!!Cant something be done with such a scam company that has done the same thing to so many customers.

    I returned my order of NANO CIC hearing aids as shown below:Your returned Order Nano Hearing Aids 6:06 AM It shows that your return was already received in our warehouse today.If all return instructions are followed (see To qualify for a 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund) and a refund is due, please expect up to four (4) weeks after your package is delivered to our warehouse to allow us time to receive, inspect, and verify your return and complete your refund request. In most cases, however, your refund will be processed in less time.It is now 10/31/22 and no refund only excuses !!!!!!

    customer service is horrible. returned aids on august 6th and its october 26th and no return of my 320 dollars. was told inspection of aids were approved and that refund was approved but still dont have my money! this is not the proper way to handle a bussiness or customer service. All i want is my money back ,they got their product back!!!

    They do not honor their guarantee. They always say that it is your fault that they dont work. Their customer service person is very rude. They will never let you speak to a supervisor. When you buy them they tell there is a one hundred percent guarantee on them. When you bring this up they say that is only if it is the manufactures fault. Then when you send them in they said it was your fault. They are rip-off.

    Now I am super worried that I will never get back my $800.40 after reading these reviews. Can't something be done about ****? OK, here is my story. I ordered their upgraded pair on June 18, 2022, and even the $79.99 insurance for a year. I got the aids and realized that they did not help me enough to keep them. What a disappointment. I carefully packaged them and sent them back on August 10th. Since I heard nothing from the company, I called in late August, and was told my refund had been approved, and that I would have my refund by mid-September. Nothing. I called again, and was told it would be September 27th. Nope. I called again, and was told for sure, on October 14th, I would receive a phone call that my full refund would be back in my account . NOTHING!. I have repeatedly emailed **** and received answers saying my refund is in the works and to be patient. I do not believe it.Better Business Bureau--can't you do something to help all of us? I acted in good faith, but they are a horrible, irresponsible company in return. They should be put out of business somehow. Please tell me what recourse I have in getting my full $800.40 refund. Thank you very much.***********************

    I can not even give nano hearing a 1 star review. The customer service is horrible. It has been since June 21, 2022 that my 93 year old dad has been waiting for his refund. I have contacted them several times and have emailed several departments. Below is the portion of the email stating that we are entitled to the refund. It has now been 17 weeks and we are still waiting for a refund.We would like to confirm that we received all 3 sets of Nano Hearing Aids to our warehouse in ********* on June 21, 2022 with order numbers: ******, ******, and ******. Therefore, since the purchase was made on June 03, 2022 this means that the *************************************************************************************** the amount of $397.00.It would be greatly appreciated if someone from the BBB could step in and help facilitate the refund.Frustrated,

    BUYER BEWARE!!!I purchased a hearing aid for $780.00 and the stem broke, and I lost it. So I had to purchase another set, they worked for approximately 4 months I was satisfied with them up to that point.I returned them and was told I had abused them and the protection plan on them, well, they no longer handled that brand, but for an additional $321.00 they would upgrade me to a better model...that upgraded model did not work AT ALL! I returned them and was told someone would call me back to discuss options...that never happened! I contacted my credit card company and they got me a refund of the $321.00, but my protection plan was used up by the 2 hearing aids they suggested of which neither one worked. Now I paid approximately $2000.00 in hearing aids, no satisfaction, no hearing aids...not even defective ones.Please learn from my misfortune...this company feeds on their fancy words. I am disappointed in myself for believing in them and not really checking out their reviews better.

    FORGET ****!My wife has been on me for years to get hearing aids. Since I was a child I have seen countless ENT specialists and hundreds of hearing tests all resulting in profound hearing loss. Im fine if I can lip-read, or if someone is facing me, but otherwise it may be difficult.In SEP 2022 I purchased the Nano CIC rechargeable aids. I was rather impressed...for about a week. I went to remove the right-side aid using their plastic string and the entire top of the aid came off and would not snap back on. It is now useless.I wrote to **** who sent me a return envelope which they acknowledged receiving near the end of September, however no communication from the folks at Nano at all.I called Nano and they acknowledged receipt of my faulty hearing aids and gave me a separate phone number for their ******************* Just send them an email explaining your situation, which I had already done and enclosed in the returned package.After four, or so, emails back and forth they are claiming that I damaged the hearing aid. Removing the aid from my ear for the 50th time, I found them easy to remove until the red top cover came off along with the string.Net/net, they want me to pay about $80 for the repair and sending it back to me when I clearly stated that if anything I purchase breaks in a week, I want a complete refund as stated on your website. They continue to say that I caused the damage! Removing, as per instructions, the aid from my ear??!!Forget about the As a manufacturers warranty, this means that you will be fully covered for any manufacturing or design faults which impact negatively on your experience. This is a guarantee, however, were confident that you wont need to call for hearing aid repairs providing you use your hearing aids carefully.Probably my fault for buying something cheap and expecting something that would last longer than a week.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY, ORDERED AIDS IN MID JULY 2022, RETURN THEM AUGUST 4, 2022. AFTER 30 EMAILS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS OF THIS DATE ************, I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!
