    *******. FALSE ADVERTISING!! They do not honor their money back guarantee. My partner couldn't wear them for medical reasons. I did everything they required and they received them on August 24th. I have documented everything, every email . and I have my proof of return from the post office.....Now all I get is the runaround. I'm out $497. But they don't know this old lady. I do not give up, and before I'm done no one will order from them. I am going to the media if I don't get my money this week, and then I will see them in court! Bunch of frauds!

    This business is a SCAM. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a pair of hearing aids for my husband. Due to his *********** Disease he was not able to use the volume buttons. We barely took them out of the box. I was given the information on how to return them after asking several times for a RA number. I followed all instructions to the letter. The company advertised a 45 day Refund Guarantee. I have been waiting for weeks for my refund. I'm always in a Refund List Queue. What a lie. With each email I send I am given a scripted apology and promised I have been prioritized and the case escalated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS!!! I am out $297.00 and paying interest for it on my credit card with each passing month. They do not care. They are taking advantage of the elderly and those on fixed incomes. They have no shame. I would leave no stars if possible.

    Worst customer service ever!!! I got the ********************** aid, it was a ringing noise in my ear. I called customer service and was told I need a different type, but it would cost another 107 dollars, I did get it, but it was the same type. As of now I still have not received my refund, I got another email today saying they received my return and will process it shortly, they received it on 8/19/2022.

    I returned hearing aids my husband wanted due to the fact that he had dementia and could not even get past trying them on. He could not deal with the noise. The hearing aids were returned and received by **** on 8/10/2022. I have yet to receive my refund. I have called twice. I have been told both times that the hearing aids were received and the refund would be processed. No refund to date; 10/11/2022. It has now been two months. I want my refund!!!!*********************

    I bought Nano Hearing Aids. The first set fell apart. They sent me a second set. Couldn't control volume sent them back. Asked for my money back. I was told the first set was damaged. Told I can't get my money back. So I'm out $297.00 and I want my money back. Had someone tell me the first set. The right hearing aid. Had crack in it after it was checked again. Told me there was no crack. Said to call them in 4 weeks. Which I did today after being told. They were sending me 2 more. Told again I can't get my money back. Something needs to be done with company.

    Don't believe what these people say about there 45 Day Refund Guarentee. I purchased the Nano Hearing Aids and paid. $297.00.Purchased : August 13, 2022.Received: August 18, 2022.Shipped Back: August 19, 2022. Requesting refund based on the **** 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.Nano received units back August 22, 2022.As of today October 8th I have receive NO REFUND..I have contacted Nano several times and each time there response was immediate and the last communication I was given dates when refund would get to my account.NEVER HAPPENDED.Still no refund.

    I wore these hearing aids for a week & all I had was feed back in my ears. I sent them back to the ************** have had them over 2 months, still no refund. This company is a rip off. Save your money buy real hearing aids

    I agree with all of the complaints on here. These aids are junk. I could not stop the whistling from them any of the ear buds. I have called these people three times,sent emails and told them was filing a claim of fraud against them with my bank. They told me that would only slow down the process of getting my money back. These people need to be shut down to keep them from sca mming people out of their money.

    I recently agreed to pay $49 to replace my right side X2 hearing device, which would not hold a charge. The device was out of warranty so I had no problem with that arrangement. When the replacement arrived it had different on/off lights but was working. However, when it discharged later in the day I tried to recharge it and it gave no charger indication that it was taking a recharge. I tried various ways to ensure it was seated properly including switching charging slots. Note that the left side device triggered the charging light in either slot so I know the charger was working, When I was convinced the replacement itself was defective I contacted Nano again with this information and was directed to return it for evaluation. I boxed the device in a Nano hard plastic lined container and shipped it in a POST OFFICE bubble lined envelope via **** to the **** headquarters per their direction with specific work order numbers included. When I followed up a week later on the replacement for the replacement the Service agent said the returned device was damaged and I had to pay another $49 if I wanted to replace that defective 1st replacement. All discussion of the fact that the first replacement was defective and that **** never corrected the original problem, for which I had already paid, was accepted as valid, they had a policy in place if I wanted to read it again. It was Pay Up again or "See-Ya"! Accordingly I would seriously advise anyone thinking of doing business with the Nano hearing aid group to think again about it. Their ************* is in the business of 'selling" replacement devices not solving customer concerns. I suspect they pack up previously returned failed devices from others, giving them a "lick and a promise" and selling them back to the next poor customer in line. Unless you want to risk having to make my decision to tell them "SEE-YA BACK", I'll do without rather than pay you again. I recommend DON'T BUY A **** HEARING DEVICE,

    They offer a 30 -45 days full refund I have been emailing for months they're response is I am in a queue in some database for a refund what company does that? The offer a guarantee and do not honor it. Buyer beware always giving some excuse. In this economy unacceptable and mostly seniors purchase this product I think they hope they forget taking advantage of the elderly. This a company is sham. The product isn't so great either not easy to use with adjusting etc. I will now have to dispute with the bank to try to recoup my funds . They should be ashamed
