    To Whom it May ******** Date; 9/28/2022 I purchased your NANO hearing aids on 8/10/22 and they were sent to me in a few days later via ***** I unpackage them and read the manuals you sent with the hearing aids fitted the proper cones to the hearing aids, then charge them overnight. I started using them the next day, it took me a few days to become use to them and learning to adjust the volume control for each ear. I used them for a few weeks after that and started experiencing issues with the volume control on the right hearing aid. I checked the right-side hearing aid to make sure it was clean and free of any ear wax by using the cleaning tools that I received with the unit, but I still had the same problem with not be able to adjust the volume. Then a few days later while removing the left-side hearing aid from my left ear by using the removal tab that was made to remove them from my ear I notice that the hearing aid on the left-side was coming apart (I can only guess that the left-side heading aid was not glued together properly) because I had actually removed the right-side hearing aid due to the problem I was experiencing many more times than the left-side by using the removal tab due to checking it for proper operation and cleaning and that unit was not coming apart or trying to separate.I call and spoke with one of your employees regarding the issues I described above, and that person check your system to see if my units were still within the warranty pe. The gentleman I talked with said that I was still well within the warranty time and that he would send me the return address and information and code numbers to affix to the return. He told me as soon as they received the return with all the parts and peaces it came with that, they would send me a replacement set of hearing aids.He sent me and email with the following information that I copied below.     This business is a scam. I should have read the reviews before I proceeded with my order. We too are out nearly $900 because they said the aids were received damaged. This sounds all too familiar based on the comments I read here.I purchased an in the ear pair of aids. My ear canal is very small, and the aids hurt my ear drums! I was told I could do an upgrade for an additional $300 with a warranty. We packaged the original aids (NO Damage) to return with the *** number provided. Upon trying the upgraded aids, I decided to return for a full refund because these aids would not stay charged more than 4 hours. NOT convenient. Upon seeking another *** number to return the upgraded aids, I was informed I could get part of my $300 back but since the original aids were received "DAMAGED," I did not qualify for a refund of the original purchase. This bit of news was certainly news to me. The aids were NOT damaged when they left my house. We believe this is a scam business, and we do NOT recommend them to anyone. Buyer Beware!!!

    Very disappointed with ****. The Nano hearing aids did not work for me so I returned them for a refund. I returned them the first week of last month and they were received around the middle of the month. Here we are at the end of this month and still no refund. We have waited over six weeks for our refund and all they ever say when I contact them is "please be patient with us". Most people who order these hearing aids are senior citizens with limited income and cannot afford to wait weeks for the refund of this amount. I would URGE the ************ officials to revisit their refund policy and make all efforts to get the refund back to the customer in a more timely fashion.

    I have been waiting for a refund for over 45 days! Starting to think this company is just a big scam preying on hard working honest people! Should not take so long for a refund. They even told me they didn't know why I hadn't received it yet! Ridiculous! Don't buy anything from this company! ****, I'll gladly write a rebuttal if youll just send my refund and prove me wrong.

    Horrible customer service. The ********************** aids didnt help to hear better at all. I have attempted three different times to call to return the aides, however none of their customer service agents can assist with returns. Each time I am told I will get a call back from someone that can process a return, but never get a call.

    YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM BY TELLING ME THAT MY HEARING AIDS HAD BEEN DAMAGED BEFORE I RETURNED THEM FOR A REFUND. I HAD THEM 3 DAYS AND RETURENED THEM BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF RANGE, NOTHING MORE. IF THEY WERE DAMAGED IT WAS DONE ON YOUR END NOT MINE. YOU CAN TELL ANYONE THAT SOMETHING IS DAMAGED TO GET OUT OF MAKING A REFUND. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY O F DETERMINING WHETHER SOMETHING WORKED WHEN IT WAS SENT OUT OR RETUREND. THIS COULD BE MADE UP TO AVOID A REFUND AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I THINK HAPPENED. I PLAN ON GETTIING THE **** OUT TO EVERYONE I KNOW. A REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD NOT ARGUE OVER A $256.00 REFUND RATHER THAN TO DAMAGE THEIR OWN REPUTAION.THANK YOU ********************* ********

    Shouldnt even get 1 star! I returned them and have been waiting for months for my refund. I keep emailing them and keep getting the apology and that they are requesting my refund AGAIN from the refund department. Yeah right! My ************ is an attorney so Im getting him involved now. This company is pretty much a criminal organization who steals from their costumers. BUYERS BEWARE!!! This company is fraudulent and should be shut down immediately! I will be putting this on every social platform as well!

    Buyer Beware. **************** and product are sub par. Purchased the *** digital hearing devices and the Nano Hearing Aid protection plan. The hearing devices did not fit in my father's ears. There was too much feedback no matter how many times they were adjusted. Received the requested RMA and shipped the product back as instructed within the 45 day refund period. Contacted Nano Hearing Aids after receiving confirmation that the product had been received by them. They asked me to call back after 5 to 7 days to give them time to be inspected. I called back within the time requested and they informed me that the refund would be denied due to the product being damaged. I told them that it was not damaged prior to shipment. They sent me a picture of a right ear device and it was not broken as they claimed. It was separated at the joint between the top and bottom portion of the device. The wiring was still intact between the separated ends. I inspected both devices before packing them for shipment and neither device was in the separated condition. I asked my father if he had noticed the separation when trying them and he said he did not. There is no way that he would not have noticed the separation. I was never able to speak to a person on the phone (only email correspondence). It was never escalated to a manager as requested. Always an apology for my disappoint and inconvenience but never an offer for a partial or adjusted refund since it was returned within the 45 day refund period. They only said that they would send me back a repaired unit because my father had purchased the protection plan. Very frustrating and disappointing that my father is out over $750.00 for a product that had a ********************** money back guarantee.

All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. It was inspected and classified as Physically Damaged (the right side of the hearing aids was physically damaged- the shell is broken).     I tried their CIC hearing aids with terrible echoing of chewing, etc. they didn't help hearing the grandkids so I returned them. I was told ***** days for refund. Now, 32 days later, I am told that ***** days in their inspection return ***** then "From inspection department results it will take 30 to 40 days to process the refund due to the bank process and validation of the transaction." In this day of computers and instant charging via credit card or phone, etc. I feel this is an unacceptable time delay.I would not recommend doing business with this company.

    I returned my hearing aids for a refund. There is "no" way to contact the refund ***** I'm getting billed by a second party.**** gives me the run around when I try to get help. This has been going on for the last 15 days.
