Still trying to adjust, nearly blew my left ear drum out. the squeal was awful. first time user of ********************** aids and this is a challenge. doing my best to adjust them, five days so far, had them perfect for 30 minutes and the left one squealed again, so going to give it a rest. I ordered these for my brother- in- law who has previously had hearing aids. They seem to be doing the trick. I am working with him to regulate the sound levels and programs. The fit is good and there is no problem with volume control. However, he seems to have a feedback problem with his right hearing aid. We are working it out. We have no qualms about the price and quality of these hearing aids. They perform as advertised and are doing a good job. We are well satisfied at this point. Not very happy. They stop up your hears where you hear yourself talking inside your head and you hear your own breathing, again unnaturally inside. They do amplify sounds as they should but need some sort of program to get rid of the stopped up ear effects. Of course, as expected my ears are taking time to relearn, but the instructions appear to be quite clear.
