    i think this is a rip off. my son purchased these for me for Christmas, they have been returned 3 times still have the same echo from the first day I received them, nothing has changed they've been in the box can't wear them due to the *******'s really bad still can't understand what the person is saying when talking to me, I work in the classroom with students and it's really bad, even in church it's bad sometimes don't even go because I can't hear or understand what's being said. just a rip off.......needs to be taken off the market........... stop lying about the product it's no good. I've tried for months but it's just no good. didn't want to tell my son just how bad they are he kept saying we have the warranty they'll fix them, They never worked.Disappointed

    Almost a year ago, on December 29 2022, I purchased a NANO Sigma Plus Smartphone-Enabled Hearing aid for $537. When it arrived on January 3, 2023 I was dismayed to find that the charger was broken, a replacement charger eventually arrived from Nano on January 9. Subsequent to this on February 7, April 24, May 7, July 18, and August 4 hearing aids were returned for one or more of the following issues; earpiece on/off switch inoperative - failure to connect or stay connected to Bluetooth - noise from earpiece-no volume control - earpiece light is constantly on. I was forced to contact **** In each case to discover the status of each inspection and have my hearing aids returned, requested reports of diagnostics carried out on defective hearing aids were not forthcoming although promised. My last communication with **** resulted in my having to pay a $79 repair fee to get hearing aids returned, the hearing aids were refurbished and unusable because the volume, even at its lowest setting is too loud. **** kept the original box. I was not told at any time about the Nano return/exchange limit of 5 times policy which differs from the footer on Nano emails; "All of our hearing aids come with a full 12 month manufacturers warranty, which covers manufacturing defects." Now I am $616 poorer, hard of hearing and a lot wiser - buyer beware!

    Horrible experience with this company. They are defrauding vulnerable seniors. My 82 year old mother bought the Nano CIC Digital Recharge OTC Hearing AIDS on Oct.1, for $397 (price listed on website). They threw in another pair as a free gift (battery only, not even sold on the website, looks like old inventory). She could never get any of them to work right. She lost one of the free gift hearing aids. Called to initiate return of the ones she paid for and they said she cannot return them or even get a partial return because she lost one of the free gift hearing aids. Contacting Better Business Bureau, AARP, EJI, CFPB and the National Elder Fraud Hotline.

    My elderly mother bought these off of an ad on TV SCAM! I noticed 3 unrecognizable charges on her bank account.Apparently when she purchased the hearing aids, she signed up for Identity theft, ************ advice and deal dash. She was unaware that she had signed up.Totally takes advantage of the elderly! Do not deal with this company.

    Is it possible that your mother might have clicked on advertisements that came up on her browser? Our recommendation is to contact each company, if you haven't already, and ask them to refund your mother immediately.

    I bought a set for mom in April 2023. She couldn't keep them in her ears. The left one fell out several times so she quit wearing it and wore the right one only.after about 3 weeks the right one fell out and was never found. I tried calling the company, but since i hadn't bought the full warranty, they would only offer some $ off a new set. In July she had a stroke and we tried putting the left one in, so that she could hear the medical providers. The left one didn't work! :( I won't ever buy Nano hearing aids again.

    The return policy of 45 days is a big scam. After deciding to return the hearing aids after 2 weeks of use, I contacted the company by e-mail several times and also by telephone to arrange returning the hearing aids and get a refund. Each time I was told the returns department would contact me but I never was contated and now the 45 days are up.

    My father is 86 and my mother bought these for him and they did not work ordered 3 times because each one received did not work and they refused to give my parents money back. They are nothing but a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT BUY THESES!!!

    The worst customer service. Trying to return worthless aids. They talked me into the $749 pair. They don't work. Made several calls but they say the service rep has to "take care of" it. They promise a 45-day return. They refuse to return money. Tried talking me into a different pair instead of returning. I started calling before the 45 day return and now it is past that date. I was "assured" that since my call was prior to the 45 day return that they would honor the return. They have not. False advertising.

    Be very careful buying these aids. They held my money for 4 weeks because they said they didn't get my return. Keep your tracking number. They received my return 9 days before they called me and said they didn't receive them. They even picked them up from the postal service. They made me pay for the return of their product. Sad thing is they never worked. Be very careful.

    The nano hearing aids are terrible. 1 year an a month right hearing aid doesn't work. Called customer service they said out of warranty. ****** down the drain. Would not recommend they won't stand behind product. Thanks for nothing. *****************************, they deserve 0 stars.
