    While our refund policy clearly states that we cannot accept returns for refunds without an RMA number, we have discussed your situation with our management team who has made an exception, and would like to offer a refund. 

    We have gone ahead and issued your refund in full. You should have received a refund notification email to the email used to submit your Better Business Bureau complaint. Please note that refunds can take **** business days to appear on your credit card.

    My 89-year-old Mother ordered the Nano Hearing Aids for $397. After she received the devices, she discovered that one did not work at all, and the other barely worked. Being acutely aware of the company's 45-day money back return policy, she immediately packed them up in the original packaging along with all paperwork and paid $8.00 via the **** to return them. Upon receiving the return, **** called and left a voice message on my Mother's answering machine. My Mother couldn't hear or understand the message, so we listened to it and told her they were refusing her a refund because they need an *** number.My Mother is not technically savvy and doesn't understand anything about *** numbers. We have been in contact with **** to explain the situation to them. We talked first to customer support who refused the refund, so we then asked to talk to a supervisor. We were told a supervisor was unavailable, and that they'd have a supervisor call us back. After a couple of hours, a supervisor called us, and told us they would not give my Mother a refund because she needed to obtain an *** number for the return. We asked if they could give us the *** if we provided them with the order number, but she said they can't do that. She said the best they can do is offer a refurbished model with no warranty, or a behind the ear device. My Mother doesn't want a refurbished model without a warranty and cannot wear a behind the ear device. She wants her $397 refund. Despite two telephone conversations, a detailed email letter to the company and the returned defective Nano hearing aids - that they now have in their posession - they continue to refuse my mother her refund.

    We had looked further into your situation in order to issue you a full refund for your hearing aids (which was approved), however, due to your initiation of chargeback with your bank, we were unable to proceed with the refund. We see in our system that your chargeback was confirmed as successful in your favor, so your bank should have issued you the funds.

    Their products are defective and don't work. All they want to do is issue a replacement product, not a refund. We tried the replacement Hearing Aids-- still absolute trash. Now when asking for a refund, they said we're 2 days past the 45 day money-back guarantee period. What **************** since you insist on consumers keeping the Hearing aids for at least 30 days and then trying the replacement pair before considering a refund. You intentionally set the policy so there's no way consumers can ever get a refund; you're profiting off of seniors and selling c*** products. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

    Trying to return these hearing aids. Have to get a rma number. Have to wait for call back from ****. No one can help but ****. I am glad I didn't wait till the 45 day trial. These are on a payment plan so they don't have to return any money except one payment.

    Horrible doing business with these people. To get a return credited is impossible. They give you 45 days to return and then give nothing but grief. The lady sent me an rma. They have the hearing aids, claiming there is no rma. Cant look back on records that I talked to someone about a return. Only thing they can do is exchange. I dont want another replacement. These hearing aids dont work for me.

    After trying the hearing aids for 3 weeks, I didn't think they were working as good as I expected. I called to return them and was offered to upgrade grade at no cost. I sent the original ones back while waiting for the other pair to arrive - I was given the *** number to return them. The second pair didn't work any better, so I sent them back using the duplicate *** number I was sent. When I hadn't received my refund after 3 weeks, I called the company, only to be told that I needed a different *** sent with the second pair, therefore, they wouldn't be refunding my $297.00. I told them that THEY sent me to *** numbers, but it didn't matter. They will use any excuse not to refund your money. Be very wary of this company, as they are not reputable. *************************, ******************, **.

    *********** to the consumer. They outright lie on their warranty replacements, they are not guaranteed for 45 days.

    I was ripped off the $397 for the hearing aids. The product never worked upon receipt. I used it a total of maybe 15 minutes during two separate tries using them. I handled them very carefully. I subsequently returned them "intact" and just as received, same packaging and all. 6 weeks later I inquired about my refund due if not 100% satisfied. They then advised that the product was damaged so they weren't honoring their refund pledge. I then asked for a picture which they forwarded a few days later. They initially said the antenna was missing, yet the picture forwarded showed the antenna intact. I reminded them about their 100% commitment, and they said that wouldn't be fair to the other customers since they claim the product was damaged. Nano sells refurbished hearing aids. They have kept the hearing aids I returned, even though they are also keeping the money I paid for them. If I had any thought that the product was defective upon receipt, I would have taken a picture of same, and likewise upon returning the aids to Nano. There's simply no way I damaged that product. I want my money back, and I would like a "Buyer Beware" notice for all future potential consumers.

    I bought a pair of hearing aids from Nano hearing aids.$297.00 After I got them I read the booklet over and over, but was unable to get them to work right. I called NANO And informed them of my problem. They suggested I buy the next pair up. I did ,$100.00 more. I received they and had the same problem. I went to another hearing specialist and was told my problem was not my ears. So I called Nano again and ask for a refund. The lady gave me a RMA number. I sent the second pair back. Did not hear from anyone so I called back and talked to a lady. She said they had received the second pair. Again I ask about the refund and she told me that they could not give me a refund but would send me another pair. I explained that the hearing aids would not fix my problem. She apologized and said they could not give me my money back. This was within the 45 day money back guarantee.

    Very disappointed in these hearing aids. Felt like I was in a tunnel talking and hearing. I could not adjust the volume, so did not work. When I sent in for these, it was a guaranteed 45 day return with full refund. I want that refund please.
