      After waiting weeks for ordered items, they are delivered damaged. Called in and received horrible customer service. Even the lead or manager was not helpful. They do not work with you for picking up the defective items, or dont offer a courtesy of having help to remove the damaged items, and provide no resolution. Save your money and go somewhere else.

      Do not buy here! This company is an absolute front, and they will steal your money. We purchased a couch online, and we scheduled a delivery date well in advance past the minimum of 2 weeks. Day of delivery we were sent text updates with the delivery window, delivery guy name, which were all 15 stops away. It was cancelled within the hour, and not by notification. We received no email update, no call, not even a text message about this cancellation. I go ahead and call, and the representative blames it is an IT problem, and they can reschedule for this coming Wednesday (currently scheduled for Sunday). He even blamed that it was on us to call to schedule. This is horrible, because why is it an option to order online? I call again because I received no email confirmation, and the next rep said, "No, it says you will be scheduled for next Sunday," and the reason why the delivery was cancelled was because the item wasn't in the distribution center. Mind you, we purchased the couch as is (not custom) AND noted as "In Stock." Why are we fed false information about delivery? We were charged in FULL, and within the two week time frame they have failed to update us on the whereabouts of the order.This whole business practice is a SCAM. The representatives will tell you everything you want to hear, and it is up to you to confirm the information. They will fail to tell you where your shipment is exactly, and promise false delivery estimates because they are just 'estimates." Each person you speak with will push the delivery further and further, so unless you have the patience and tolerance for such incompetence, feel free to shop here. This is the first and last time I do business at Living Spaces, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about how horrendous this experience is for the entirety of my life. This is the worse business I've ever come across in all my years.

      Horrible customer service. I was lied to several times from customer service. The chair I purchased broke in 8 days and they did not process it under the warranty I purchased. They also were incredibly rude when I had to go in the store to pick out a new chair because they would not give me a refund and lied that they didnt have that chair anymore. I go in and the chair was still there and sales person confirmed it was in stock. They just all lie. I would and will never recommend living spaces. Horrible experience all the way around. I regret ever stepping foot in that store and buying anything from them. My new chair could not be delivered for like 7 weeks. That store and company is a joke.

Upon reviewing the account, we show a member of our warranty department left a voice message on 6/7/2023, offering a reselection, exchange or return for a complete refund. At this time, the ****** accent chair is in stock and can be delivered as soon as 7/2/2023. We show an order for the ********************* chair has been placed, however, that item is currently out of stock. Please advise if you would like to continue waiting for the chair to arrive.

      We purchased a zero gravity recliner last Thur. and paid $99 for delivery on Fri.. They delivered the chair but did not have the cord to plug in and make it work. The driver called his warehouse who told him that they would deliver it between 6pm and midnight Fri.. They also said they would call us within 2 hrs. NO call, No delivery of cord. I went to store and was told by salesman they could not give me a cord. I also asked him why I could not call the store instead of having to drive there to be told NO. He said their management does not want them talking to customers on the phone they want them talking to them on the floor.I have called their customer service multiple times and have been told they ESCALATED it and the supervisor would call me within 2 hrs.. That was yesterday, NO call NO delivery. I sleep in my recliner because I cannot use a bed. I have told them this every time. If you expect customer service from this company avoid them they have none.

      Dont do business with them. They dont have the products you actually pay for and when they cant deliver, they try to get you to take something else. Also, if you ask for delivery they will tell you a few days and that turns into months. That make you wait days for a refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY

      Please read the negative reviews before purchasing. You will notice a theme when it comes to customer service. I purchased a mini ***************** couch. It is ok, though the cushions pull you to the center. The main issue was with their customer service. One of the pillows arrived in the incorrect color. As it turns out, this pillow is not pictured in their computer-generated image that pops up when selecting your colors and is only described with the word "kidney." I asked to exchange the pillow for a different colored pillow. They refused. I tried to forward my conversation to their VP of visitor services, and she ghosted me. Terrible customer service. You lost all of my future business over a pillow exchange. Foolish.

      Do not order from this company! They are a fraud! I ordered a bed it said in stock and now a month out they say they are still waiting for the bed to come from overseas. They took my money in full and still expect me to wait another month for possible delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

After review of the account, we show this was an online out of area purchase as the eta is a bit longer due to transport. The order has since been cancelled and a full refund was processed back to the card used at point of sale on 6/22/2023. Please allow 5-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays for the funds to reflect.

      All these 1-star reviews say it all. Stay away from Living Spaces. Surely, there are plenty other furniture stores. We purchased a couch with the promise that we would have it delivered by June 16th. Our receipt specifically states anytime between June 12th-June 26th. We specifically told the salesman we are only interested in buying the couch if we receive it no later than Fathers Day. He promised we would receive it. It is now June 19th and we just now received an email that the manufacturer has not even sent them the items so MIGHT be sometime in July. We reached out to Living Spaces and were told take it or leave it. We asked for a refund and they refused. Saying since its a custom order we would have to eat 25% of the $4,000 purchase. If you havent even received the items from the manufacturer why would you purposefully cheat customers this way? At this point we can all probably assume Living Spaces instructs their salesmen to say whatever they need to close a deal. Living Spaces has a long way to go in trying to live up to standard ******** business practices. Or maybe they just dont care.

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Custom Special Orders are manufactured by customer request, and because they are not items that Living Spaces keeps in stock, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for our suppliers to create and ship your item(s). Once your Custom Special Order arrives, LIVING SPACES will contact you to arrange delivery or pickup. Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. If you wish to modify or cancel your Custom Special Order, you have until 8pm on the day of purchase to do so at no charge. Any changes or cancellations to Custom Special-Order items after 8pm on the day of purchase will result in the loss of your 25% non-refundable deposit. The time frames provided for when you can expect your order to be available for delivery are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. If the schedule for your order falls behind significantly, we will send an email update. As we were not present during the transaction, we cannot comment on the conversation between the salesperson and the customer. We will share this feedback with upper management.

      I bought a ******* sectional couch . I paid for the most expensive delivery! The delivery people out a hole in my wall !!!!!! I have called them 8 times since June 4th when this happened and. NOTHNG. !!!!! I get he same BS reply someone will call you in 24 hours This place is HORRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!!

      Worse experience ever with a business. Purchased bed frame and paid in full end of May 2023. Received calls every week promising delivery, but delivery never happened. I get a call today from a very poor English speaking employee. He told me my credit card did not accept Living Spaces SECOND CHARGE for bed frame! I hung up and found proof of full payment. It took 3 employees that I couldnt understand tell me my order is locked until Monday and if it unlocks, deliverybWill be 10 to 14 days??. I cancelled my order and NOW I WONT SEE REFUND OR GET CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR FIVE MORE DAYS. Living Spaces will soon be out of business if they continue to use 3rd world employees.
