      On November 15, 2021, we bought two sofas, product numbers ****** and ****** along with the carefree package for $326.25 at the Living Spaces located at *************************************************************. At the time of purchase, the sales representative said that We can wash the body cushions and pillowcases in the washer machine. She also said that if we purchase the carefree package a professional would come to the house to clean the entire sofas. Unfortunately, we came to learn that this type of material could only be washed with Distilled water therefore we cannot wash the product in the washer machine. We also learned that the carefree package company does not come to the site they simply send cleaning kits for you to do it yourself. We decided to cancel the Carefree packages, we send via certified mail a written request to P.O. Box *****, ***************, ** *****. The warranty company confirmed receipt of the letter on May 16, 2023. Per *******, they send an email message to Living Spaces in ********* on May 17, 2023. I spoke to multiple employees at the ********* facility including the manager ****** they continue to send me directly to the ***************** It's unfortunate, that they seemed not to know the Terms and conditions of their products. Per the Terms and conditions, If we cancel, you shall be refunded the unearned pro rata purchase price of this Plan, less any claims paid. I'm hoping I could get my refund for the carefree package - since the sales representative provided false verbal statements regarding your service.

We spoke to our warranty manager for an update and was advised the cancellation request was not received by Living Spaces, once Carefree sends it over a refund will be processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the proof of refund as well.

      If I could give negative stars I would! Predatory practices to make a sale and straight LYING to their customers. Purchased purple pillows and was told we had a warranty trial period. Tried the pillows and did not like them. Go to return and was told all sales on pillows are final. Guess your associate just wanted to sell $400 dollars on 2 pillows for their own merit! Such disgusting practices. & have yet to hear back or an answer on this issue. We got a credit line through living spaces and purchased thousands in furniture and we will not purchase anything ever again from this company. Buyers beware.

      We bought an Outdoor Cantilever Grey Umbrella from Living Spaces located in ****, ** on January 29 2023. I was with my 5 year old child in the backyard playing when I decided to open the umbrella for the first time to get some shade. The umbrella was assembled by the store workers that delivered the product and we had made sure that the weights were properly put on the umbrella for there to not be any incidents. However, when a gust of wind hit, the weights did not hold down the umbrella and the umbrella went flying. The umbrella almost fell on top of my son which would have been a devastating accident. The only reason it did not manage to hit him was because the umbrella fell against our fence first which gave my son enough time to get away unharmed and at the same time I ran towards the umbrella to hold it, that was at that moment above the surface. It turned out that the weights are not connected to the umbrella but are rather just there to weigh it down. Once the incident occurred we made sure to contact the store and talked to several people including managers to make them aware about the situation and to let them know that this umbrella is a hazardous item that could eventually hurt somebody that buys it. The store refused to refund the money that we paid or exchange the product because we were out of the 7 days window that they provide for returning items. We contacted the warranty service and they didn't resolved the issue either.

After review of the account, we show a member of our warranty department emailed the guest on 6-12-2023 advising of the replacement approval. Per the documented notations, the guest is not interested in another umbrella. A store credit in the amount of $454.25+ tax is available for use until 7/12/2023, if more time is needed, please advise. We ask that the guest dispose of the current umbrella as we do not need the item back.  Please visit a Living Spaces store or call ** at ************** to take advantage of the offer.

      I am very disappointed in Living Spaces. I purchased *********** chest of drawers because it said it was made with dovetail construction however when it arrived and I checked it is just held together with ********* nails. I called customer support and they said "that's what it is." I am so frustrated with the blatant false advertising Living Spaces has on their website. They also said someone would call me in 3-5 business days to come and check the dresser quality and then we would go from there. No one called me. A ******* emailed and said sorry but they can exchange it for the same product or exchange it for something else. I emailed them promptly and have not heard anything back. Completely unprofessional and lackadaisical attitude with no actual understanding of why I want a refund. Ridiculous.

      HORRIBLE! I mean you can't make this stuff up! Nobody can believe how ridiculous this purchase has been. I'm telling everyone I know, STAY AWAY from LIVING SPACES!! DAMAGED product, Living Spaces continues to make mistakes on deliveries, then expects me to keep changing plans for my Saturdays!!! I have a vacation planned, they are actually wanting me to CANCEL MY VACATION PLANS to sit around a house and wait yet a THIRD time for them to deliver their damaged products. I ordered a sectional. We arrived at the delivery location at 8am -- because no delivery window was shared. I called at 11:30am, they assured me the delivery team would arrive prior to 2:15pm. OK. They arrived at 4:30pm. It was obvious one of my pieces had been delivered to the WRONG location, then wrapped in plastic. All the other pieces were in boxes. This piece was DAMAGED. I tried to get the delivery team to take it back. Their excuse, 'its late on Saturday, nobody is in'. So now, it's my problem to fix their mistake. OK, I'll call on Monday. I did, Living Spaces agreed to swap it. AGAIN on a Saturday. So another Saturday I have to change plans with my family. This is the 2nd time. I go ahead and changed plans. On Friday I receive a text with delivery confirmation. Now they were just here less than 6 days ago -- they now have the delivery location 10 minutes down the road at our home TWO years ago. OMG, seriously. So I call and let them know, come to this address. They say they cannot change the address, I tell her the driver will drive right by here to get to the other address. Its Living Spaces mistake, I've already changed plans for my Saturday, let's just get this done. NOPE. Says they cannot change the delivery truck. Hmmmmm you will make changes to take it off the truck. OMG Now I get an email saying they are going to deliver the piece when I'm on vacation. I have told them at least a DOZEN times, I'm leaving on vacation with my family. They just flat do not care.

Upon review of the account, it was discovered that the exchange was conducted on the wrong order. Additionally, the address displayed was different and offered more delivery date options. However, once the exchange was rectified, the delivery address was also corrected. Unfortunately, the delivery location falls within a restricted area where we are only able to come out on Saturdays for pickups or exchanges. The soonest we're in the area is June 17th or June 24th, 2023. We understand that you have planned a vacation and we do not expect you to cancel it. The exchange can be put on hold until you are able to accept the items.

      I bought the warranty on my couch because they told me EVERYTHING IS COVERED - tears, rips, malfunctions, fading etc. I followed their instructions to submit a claim. There are many questions when submitting a claim and its very confusing. They even had me upload a video of one of the malfunctions. After selecting many answers to questions I was not sure about, they said they would give me their decision. Their decision to NOT COVER any of the issues with the couch came within 1 minute! I have asked and asked to have someone call me to discuss the issues and NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME!!! Seriously, they promise the warranty will COVER EVERYTHING but when it comes to discussing the issues with a claim, SILENCE!!!!!!!! Very upset at them - never do business with them EVER EVER EVER again! disgusting is what they are!

      Worst of all! I waited 2 weeks for my order to get delivered only to know that they cannot fulfill the request. They didn't email or anything and I had to reach out for my refund. Customer representatives are worst and this business is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

      ***************** WHAT delivery service? I have been waiting since mid April for a sofa, and NOW I get a text message from them telling me it will be delivered tomorrow?!? WTH? I work in a hospital emergency room and they seem to think I can just jump up, and take off on THEIR schedule?!?! I won't be bothering with this bunch of idiots again! And do not get me started on their "customer service"! That's a joke in itself. WORSE BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

      They left me on hold for 2 and half hours. In a attempt to have me down the line because they have not replaced my umbrella that I have a warranty on. Only to pick up the line and state the person was gone. Am a total disable person who can not just go to the store.

      If I could give zero stars I would. This company and customer service are both terrible. The chairs took way longer to get here and only one out of two actually arrived because one was damaged in shipping. Also they had me buy two batteries for the chairs but didnt tell me there was a 7 day return policy and I didn't get my chair to try the batteries on for 3 weeks after. They didn't care about that at all and refused to let me return the batteries that did not work, they only stayed charged from a full charge for 2 hours! I paid almost $400 for batteries that dont even work for my chair that THEY recommended. Very disappointed with my order and the customer service from this company and I will never recommend anyone to order from here
