      Worst customer service imaginable. They came to delivery new couches and take back the ones that broke within a week and decided that sliding the furniture across my brand new wood floors in my brand new house was a good idea. When I contacted them, they said they aren't responsible because I had to provide them with a blanket, carpet, etc....there was a 9 foot carpet in the living readily available. And when challenged on their rules for now touching furniture already in the home, they claimed that it was ok since they were picking up returned items. Who lets their employees ruin the flooring in someone's new home and then tries to blame them for it...lousy customer service with no accountability for their actions.

      Incompetent service reps screwed me over. I gave the measurements of my front door and entry way and they gave me the green the light that the couch I wanted would fit. Fast forward to delivery, IT DOESN'T FIT, and they are charging me 25% restocking fee. I followed the advice of YOUR EMPLOYEES and on the phone you told me it is "my fault." Train your employees better to not talk about things they apparently know nothing about and stop wasting customer's money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience.

      may 2023 We ordered a sectional from living spaces and got two defective couches. After numerous un packing and waiting they took them back and laughed and said we must have won the lotto. We started our order in February and it is now end of May and they just took the last one back and now we have to start all over no offer to discount on a next one or anything. It was close to $1,800 and we have not gotten the refund yet

      I purchased a bed a month ago, I have gotten the run around as to when my order would be delivered. I feel so dumb to not have looked into their bbb rating before purchasing and I will be disputing the charge on my card. Living spaces has clearly done this to many people and I wont let them get away with it with me.

      We ordered a chair that is advertised on their website, only to find that the chair literally does not exist. We ordered the "***** Ivory Rocker Recliner" by the *** number, 228261cv18. Living Spaces delivered the wrong color chair on 5/14/23. We refused delivery because it was the incorrect color. We tried to contact customer service several times by phone, but each time the customer service representative hung-up on **. We then went to the physical location in ***, which is where we found out the chair that is still advertised on their website simply does not exist. After spending over three hours in the store attempting to find the correct color and texture of chair, and after dealing with various salespeople, (all of whom were very nice) we finally just ordered the chair in black in an effort to resolve the matter. We changed our mind a few days later only to discover we could not get our money back. Evidently, the color black is a "custom-made" item and when we decided we did not want the black chair after all, we were informed that to get a refund, we would be charged a 10% restocking fee. As it stands now, we don't have any chair, we wasted hours, and we are out over $100. This feels like a bait-and-switch, and we would like our money back. Bait and switch advertising is grounds for an action of common-law fraud, unjust enrichment, and sometimes breach of contract. A bait and switch is also a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.       We appreciate you getting in touch and apologize for the confusion around the ***** Rocker Recliner. In researching the link provided it appears the ***** Ivory Rocker Recliner is a custom item as it displays custom in the description name. When entering sku number ***** into the search engine, the recliner appears in the default color which is 19666C Coffee. The fees are valid, as our website advises this item can be customized as changes to the fabric from 19666C coffee turns this into a custom recliner. We will be sure to share this feedback with management.

      bought sectional sofa at living spaces offered the extended warranty for 5 years. its a fraud they wont covering anything. i need refund for the extended warranty we paid. filed a claim but they always deny it.

      Living Spaces is the worst company I've ever purchased from. Not sure where to start, but we ordered a 7'8"x10'8" Rug-************************* Multi rug on May 1, 2023. They provided no tracking information, and none of the customer service representatives are in *****************. After contacting them multiple times regarding the status of our order, I found them unable to communicate with me--they don't know the language and have no what ************ is, much less that it's one of our 50 states. Talking to any and all of their customer services reps was a total cluster. Fast forward to the receipt of our rug- on May 15, 2023, it was totally destroyed. They shipped it via common carrier in the plastic wrapper it came in--no box, no protection. It had no chance of withstanding shipment. I sent them photos of the rug--it was destroyed. The driver apologized profusely and said he's never seen anything as poorly packaged. I have contacted Living Spaces daily beginning on May 15. I have had no luck getting credit as every person there says it's being researched. I have communicated with *****, ******, *****, ********, all without an answer. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

      I purchased a floor mirror almost two months ago. A couple of days later, I noticed another mirror for a better price. I called and was advised that I could ****** my order since the item had not shipped. About a week later, the mirror was delivered to my door from Livig Spaces. I returned the mirror over 45 days ago and have yet to receive my refund. Delivery was verified over three weeks ago. I've been promised a call return from a supervisor over five times and have yet to receive the call or my refund.

      This company is DECEPTIVE - I purchased a sofa and paid in full for "full service delivery" with a delivery window it would arrive. I got an email when the couch was ready and I was asked to chose a delivery date where I was then asked to pay yet another delivery fee?! I was not made aware of an additional charge and could not schedule delivery unless it was paid for. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company, but this is misleading and I hope a lawsuit is filed against them.

      I attempted to cancel a delivery less than a week after the order. Initially, the agent told me there would be no cancellation fee. He then called me back to say there would be a 10% cancellation fee, but the number he gave me was more than 10%. When I asked why the number he gave me was more than 10% of the item's cost, he hung up on me. I then had to contact another customer service representative to learn that there was a 59 fee to have the order shipped back plus a 10% cancellation fee. None of this was communicated before I cancelled my item. It was a terrible experience and I am out an hour of time and nearly $100 for a table that was not even set to ship for another month. I would not recommend shopping here at all. The awful customer service is not worth the average ********************.
