      Lets start with saying, if I could leave a zero star review I would. Placed an order for a bed frame. 6 weeks out on delivery, fine. It was additionally weeks late after that. Then when it is supposed to finally get delivered, I get a phone call stating the head board was damaged, they need to order another, and itll be another 2 weeks. Finally, 5/7 I get a call saying they can delivery Thursday 5/18, and that Id be getting a call the day before with a shorter delivery window. Never got a call, never got the delivery. When I call to get status, the customer service representative informed me that the bed frame is on BACK ORDER!!!!! And absolutely no ETA for delivery. Absolute bs, living spaces is an absolute scam. $2,000 bed frame and this is how they handle things. I am beyond livid. **** never use this company again, and highly recommend everyone takes their business elsewhere.

      ONE STAR IS TOO MANY!I bought the perfect firm sectional in January and its already so destroyed, soft and broken that we can feel the bottom of cushion and wood on framing. We can also feel feathers poking **, which is so bad that I had to buy pretty blankets to sit on. Its so uncomfortable and embarrassing when people come over, and Im so upset but cant afford to buy another one. It was 3K which is so much money. I dont recommend anyone shop at living spaces. The quality is the absolute worst!

      I purchased a reclining sofa. Less than 3 weeks in the springs broke. I asked for an even exchange. I was told that since this has been 3 weeks (over 7 days) they will not. You should not spend 3 thousand dollars for something that has obvious defects and have to keep it. You also should not have employees who are clearly more interested in protocol than building a relationship with clients. I just bought a house and will be finishing it completely. This company is clearly not interested in earning any more business form this customer.

      My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience attending the store. We had a very lovely associate help us to find our new couch, I believe her name is ********* but I'm honestly not sure. We were promised by several associates that our couch would be delivered Saturday GUARANTEED, as well as the couch to be brought up our stairs "No problem." Morning of, we find out our delivery was cancelled. When calling customer service, they blatantly told ** "Your delivery has been cancelled, we don't know why and we can't help you." He was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. While my boyfriend called the store again (FYI there is no direct way to contact the store, calls get filtered through a customer service party), I went on Yelp only to find thousands of people complaining their deliveries were also cancelled, multiple times and most have still not received their purchases years later!!! Our couch was luckily delivered the next day, we were the last stop; delivery drivers decided our stairs were a "safety-hazard" and decided to drop the couch outside and leave (they had a bad attitude as well). My boyfriend and his dad easily lifted the couch, it was so light even I was able to pick it up. The delivery drivers said it was too difficult to get upstairs. We did it in 3 minutes. The couch itself is beautiful and we love it. Absolute garbage service, both delivery drivers and customer representatives. I am still waiting for a refund on the $100 install service I ordered. FYI! The contract you sign in stores with YOUR signature... Living Spaces keeps a copy of your signature, and for any delivery cancellations (which will happen cause they are dishonest) or edits, they will edit the contract with YOUR signature and send it as a receipt. My boyfriend explained to them that's complete fraud, they told him that's their system and SENT IT AGAIN.

      We ordered a canopy bed frame from the Living Spaces store in *******, **. Like I said it was not the entire bed mind you, just the frame. I can say that our experience in the store was great. Our nightmare starts with the delivery of. We received our first delivery attempt on 4/26/23. Now, either two of the many parts required to assemble this bedframe were already broken or the installers caused the damage. Though the damage was minor and mainly aesthetic, this really isnt what wed paid for. They called into either their field office(?) or customer service to report the damage and indicated that someone from Living Spaces would be contacting us within the hour to set up a date/time to have someone come out to repair the damage. No one called so we called them. We set up a date of 5/6/23 to have someone come out for a complete replacement of the bedframe (note we asked if anything sooner was available and was told that sooner was not possible). When the replacement crew showed they had a completely new bedframe, and wouldnt you know it, one of the two parts originally broken was broken before it came out of the box. So once again they reported it in, we had to call to set up a repair appointment for 5/10/23, again I asked if this was the earliest; was told that anything earlier was not possible (Im starting to sense a theme here). The repair tech showed and ss luck would have it, he had the wrong part. So, not waiting for him to report this, my wife called directly to customer service and was informed that the earliest they could have someone out here was Saturday, 5/13/23. I also want to mention that when she asked for either an earlier day or some sort of dispensation of their hard and fast no sooner than policy, or any kind of consideration for our inconvenience she was told, yep you guessed it, thats not possible.

      On Sunday night my husband and I purchased a special order sofa. I was the last customer to leave the store. When the order was processed it was 8:40ish at night time. I was not satisfied with my order so I called Monday morning at 7:49 AM. I spoke to their customer service rep and manager explaining the situation. I was at the store less than 12 hours and that I had a change of heart if I was able to swap out the couch for something different. The **************** manager **** gave me my options and said the store manager at the store should be able to void the restocking fee only if I was willing to purchase another sofa at the same price or more. Not the best case scenario but I was willing to do so in order to not lose money. The order was not even processed and Living spaces gave me the run around. Their terms and conditions state " Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. If you wish to modify or cancel your Custom Special Order, you have until 8pm on the day of purchase to do so at no charge. Any changes or cancellations to Custom Special Order items after 8pm on the day of purchase will result in the loss of your 25% non-refundable deposit." Please explain how I placed the order after 8PM, the store closes at 9 (I was the last customer to leave) and how this policy makes sense. Technically speaking this order should have been processed the following day giving me Monday until 8 PM to cancel the order. Everybody at the store has absolutely ZERO customer service experience. Managers at the store tell you to contact customer service and customer service tells you to go directly to the store. I am disappointed!!!! Living spaces were not able to help!!!! It could have been a win win for them since I was willing to buy a more expensive couch!

      The shipping company really needs to change their shipping company. First it was 2 weeks late even scheduling my delivery. Then they changed the date and moved it out another two weeks. Then when I finally scheduled a date, I had a last-minute conflict (since their delivery window was so big) and I asked them to wave the delivery signature and switch to Outdoor Drop off. Nope. Nope and nope. I checked back on my email instructions to find this: If no authorized adult is present during your scheduled delivery window, your delivery may automatically be changed to Outdoor Drop Off by LIVING SPACES (or if LIVING SPACES does not change your delivery to Outdoor Drop Off, you will be charged a delivery fee to reschedule)."A fee to reschedule after they rescheduled me twice! Are you kidding me?!?! There are way too many furniture shopping options to deal with delays and delivery problems of this sort. Their furniture is not THAT special.

As this is a nationwide order, an indoor drop off delivery is the only delivery option available for your area. We show the order was delivered on 5/9/2023.       There is a scam that is happening with living spaces. They had us pay for items that we never ordered and we could not return or refund. When we asked to cancel our other items they said there would be a $600 cancellation fee.

      If I could give negative stars, I would!! I spent thousands of dollars with them in February. Most of my furniture was delivered with no problems. I had a special order that was delivered in March. I check my synchorny account and they charged me again for the same items I bought in February. The charge happened on the same day that my special order was delivered in March. I have called multiple times over the last month!! I asked can you not look in your system and see that I purchased those items in February and was charged again for the same items in March. So please tell me why I have not had my refund of almost a $1000 credited back to my account. On 2 occasions I have been told that they need to contact synchrony about the charges. Synchrony already said it has nothing to do with them when I called. They said the charge came from Living spaces. I would Not recommend anyone to purchase from them. Their customer service Sucks!!!!!

      If I could give zero stars I would!!! This is by far the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. I purchased a bed over 2 months ago. I was expecting a 3-4 week delay on the delivery as that is what they told me when I purchased it but when I realized I was on my 4th week of wait I called to ask where my bed was. For any of you have used them before, their call center number gives you agents from out of the country. You have to explain your situation every single time you call and they never can escalate to a manager. On average, each time I called (I had to call over 20 times in the last month) I had to wait 24 hours to get a call back from anyone and 1 hour on the phone just to get my point across. Then when I got calls back, it was to tell me that they had no idea where my bed was, that they didn't know even when it would be in stock. This was after over a month of waiting. So they ended up telling me I could only ************** directly to me from the vendor despite paying for full service delivery. After much arguing with multiple people, they finally agreed to send someone to put it together (after cancelling those appointments twice because of confusions on their end), and of course to top it off, the vendor sent boxes that had no hardware, so then I had to wait an additional two weeks to get hardware and get another appointment to get the bed put together. I have wasted countless days (not hours) on the phone and waiting for deliveries that never happened, all the while dealing with extremely rude and incompetent people both from the call center and the managers that eventually called me from the ******* store. Never again buying from them, extremely disappointed in the level of customer service provided by the ******* store and their way of "making it right", which was not returning calls and treating me as though I was the issue though they clearly messed up my order from the beginning. They don't care about customers period!!

Dropship items are transported by **** It seems the customer may have received incorrect information during the purchase, as *** drivers do not offer furniture assembly services. After review of the account, we show a rescue team from Living Spaces was sent to assemble the furniture as an exception was granted by the store manager. As per our delivery system, the bed is now completely assembled at no additional cost. We will pass on the feedback to our management team.
