      If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Our bed broke after 2 months of use took 6 weeks to get them to deliver the replacement parts which they charged me $150 dollars for and it was the wrong part!! No I am waiting for a delivery AGAIN that was supposed to come **** window that now won't be here until 4:45! Every time I call there aren't any managers "available". No idea what kind of business they are running but I will never ever ever buy anything from this company again. Cheaply made horrible customer service!!

      This is an unbelievably terrible company. My story: I purchased a bedroom set for my 5-year-old daughter. They delivered the desk and dresser, but the bed was completely wrong (they basically brought two headboards with them and were trying to figure out how they went together lol). They said the correct bed parts were "out of stock" and that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks. Then the said, "oh, no, we actually aren't making that bed anymore." Um, what? When I purchased these items, didn't I essentially enter into a contract with the company for those selected items? They clearly have major inventory issues. If you buy something, it can be no longer available by the time your delivery date rolls around... and they're just like "Sorry, pick something else!" Because I was in a rush to have a bed so my kid wasn't sleeping on the floor, I picked another bed (there were slim pickings; I was told many things were "delayed shipping," which the rep said means "going to be dropped by the company"). The bed I chose was slightly more expensive and they made me pay the difference. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager about being compensated and they said they'd call within 24 hours. No call. They came today to deliver the new bed. Wrong parts, so they have to come back AGAIN. It's almost laughable, except that my kid still has no bed and I've paid like $900 for a bed I didn't even order originally. I've tried several people in customer service. Nobody is helpful. I'll never shop here again. The aggravation has been maddening.

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. At Living Spaces, we place orders and arrange deliveries based on our furniture production schedules and inventory availability. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long a collection will be produced, which resulted in an incomplete bed delivery. The guest was given the option to choose a different collection or cancel the order for a refund. The guest chose a different collection at a higher cost, due to the issues with both beds we will refund the price difference. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect the original method of payment at this excludes weekends and holidays. The new bed was delivered without the necessary hardware, a rescue team was sent the next day to assemble the bed. Per our delivery portal, the bed is complete, and the issue appears resolved.

      Horrible customer service. Had to purchase a complete new house worth of furniture after a divorce. Spent over 15k and purchased an extended warranty. When an item was damaged I placed an order for warranty work. The order was approved for replacement however when I tried to get it replaced the store living spaces say they did not receive approval from the warranty department. The left hand not talking to the right. Meanwhile my child is on the floor for two weeks because the two companies do not communicate with each other. Problem is still not solved. Do not buy from living spaces.

Upon review of the account, it has been identified that Carefree has issued a replacement order for the incorrect items. Additionally, the bed collection is no longer in production. We have already notified Carefree, and we are currently awaiting their steps. We strongly recommend that the guest contact Carefree for further updates on their claim, as all necessary approvals are handled by them.

      Hands down, LS is one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. I ordered a beautiful, custom color sofa which was delivered with damage in November 2022. I called to report the damage, but warranty didn't come out until February 2023 to inspect it (I had to take a day off of work). I was granted a new sofa, but LS no longer carried the one I want, so I was told I could order something else of the same price. I chose a different sofa in the same custom color. It arrived in the beginning of March in the wrong color. I called LS customer service right after delivery men left, and they apologized and said they would deliver a new sofa. A few hours later, I called back and asked if I could switch for a different piece of furniture that is the same price as the sofa- it was already a replacement for a product they no longer carried, so why not? I was not allowed to switch since they had already put in the custom color sofa. So now I had two sofas in my small apartment living room- the original damaged one because LS doesn't dispose of damaged products, and the other sofa in the wrong color. I had to house the wrong sofa and damaged one for FIVE WEEKS until a correct color was delivered in April 2023. I tried to get money back, some discount on another piece of furniture, etc. LS would not budge on this. I was inconvenienced MULTIPLE times because of their MULTIPLE errors, and I was left dealing with everything. I had TWO SOFAS in my small apartment living room for FIVE WEEKS while waiting for the correct color sofa to arrive. CS should have done more to help and appease the customer, but after several phone calls to get SOMETHING for being inconvenience, they offered nothing.

      Terrible customer service, they were quick to take my money but my delivery is still no where to be found when it was supposed to be delivered the end of March. Latest info is they opened a ticket to search the warehouse for my item-a 60in dining table that costed $1000. No one gives you real answers to questions or a timeline to expect responses. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

      Living Spaces in *******, ******* is the store I'm working with but La Mirada is the problem!Store is great and people working there are great. The credit department couldn't be more unhelpful and you CANNOT call the store. They force you to talk to synchrony who is garbage. My account has been closed for over a year and twice they have randomly charge my account (once for $9 and once for $21). When you call they say its fraud and when you go into the store they apologize for their credit department and explained the $9 was actually a refund. Still figuring out what the $21 charge is on a closed account!!!! I went to the store on 4/10/2023 and spoke to Gionna in customer service. She couldn't figure out the issue and said it looks like a mistake by A/R and that I'd get a call the next day. Two days later and two emails later no repsonse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nevertheless, a delivery fee adjustment was made for the 2021 order, which resulted in a reimbursement of $21.55. Please note that this was a refund and not a charge, and the amount was sent to the guest via check by our accounting team.

      I got a call from ***** at the *********** store yesterday advising me that I needed to pay the money back. I logged on to my CLOSED account and made a payment of $21.55 yesterday. The amount of time and trips I had to take to the store to figure this out is unreal. You can't write off your $21 mistake? ***** said no, and I didn't want my credit affected so I made a payment. I'll never do business with your store again, and I will tell every person looking for furniture about this. UNREAL!!!!!!!!

      I was told by ***** at the San Tan store that if I wanted this resolved, I should pay the $21.55 back. I did so and the payment has been taken from my account. Will another check be issued?       I rate this company less than 1 star. I ordered a sleeper sofa on March 15th, have received no updates and when I tried following the links to track my order I received a message stating "PAGE NOT FOUND - You found our Purple Cow". They actually withdrew the $1.094 out of my account on the very day of purchase. Normally the company will not withdraw the funds until date item leaves the warehouse for shipment. I phoned them again today only to be told that the item I puchased is scheduled for shipment on January ****. I made the man that I spoke with (******) repeat the delivery date two more times just to make certain I wasn't misunderstanding him. He even commented that the *** was rather odd. Not only is 2 more months unacceptable Jan **** is an absolute joke in every since of the word. Never ever again....

      This company is such a scam bought a couch at 7:50 pm and we have 10 minutes to decide to cancel or switch something otherwise they charge you 25% restocking fee, but people who shop at 1 or 2 have until 8pm to decide. That is such a scam and horrid business practice when i know something isnt going to get worked on for days. This is a horrible company and i will never buy anything from here again. They are just after your money and customer service is beyond horrible. I would give 0 Stars if i could.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Custom Special Orders are manufactured by customer request, and because they are not items that Living Spaces keeps in stock, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. If you wish to modify or cancel your Custom Special Order, you have until 8pm on the day of purchase to do so at no charge. Any changes or cancellations to Custom Special-Order items after 8pm on the day of purchase will result in the loss of your 25% non-refundable deposit.

      The special-order terms and conditions are located on our website for review prior to purchasing with us as well as displayed in the stores and on the back of the sales receipt. We will be sure to share this feedback with upper management.

      Living Spaces sell you warranties that aren't honored if you can't recall what date the problem occurred. If it's past 30 days the claim get denied. ********** happen to me and the 2 recliners I bought less than 2 years ago both have sloping seats and they refused to honor the warranty I paid for. I will NEVER shop there again!!

The guest is encouraged to report issues with their furniture immediately to avoid the claim being denied due to reporting outside of the reporting period. As the issue must be reported to Carefree within 30 days of discovery.

      Bought a sectional a month ago from them. It started making squeaky noise in a month. They assigned a technician who will come in **** I explained that I am not comfortable sitting on the couch with me being 9 month pregnant and asked them to send technician sooner or return it immediately and it causes a ton of stress. The chat representative declined to help. I told them that I have complained about them on the consumer forum. ******* who is the chat representative mocked me for doing that. I have the screenshot for that.I am not sure who will take the liability if this squeaky furniture breaks and my pregnancy health is at risk. Instead of them helping in any way they are adding to my stress and making fun. Its kind of a very helpless situation here. Purchasing furniture was the worst decision.

      I have also posted the review online on their website, I also suspect that they are probably not adding all the reviews to their product item. It was moderated by Living Spaces as not meet all the guidelines.Here's the link to my yelp review and it has all the content of the review I gave them to their website.
