Zero stars is more accurate. The absolute worst customer service I have ever receivedcompletely incompetent employees. I received a voicemail saying I needed to reschedule my delivery, so I returned the call. When I did, I was told there was no issue with my delivery, and the call was made in error. I explained that this was our new home, not our current one and that its a four hour drive away. I further explained my concern with the miscommunication and asked them to check again as drivings minimum of 8 hours round trip with two small children for a delivery that was going to arrive was simply not acceptable to me. The agent then confirmed with her supervisor there was no issue with our order and confirmed it would be there on Sunday. After driving four hours Saturday evening to meet their 8am-3pm time window, Living Spaces then informed me my order will in fact not be arriving on Sunday, the earliest they can have it arrive is two weeks from now as they only deliver to our area on Sundays, and the best they can do for my inconvenience is to refund the delivery fee, which doesnt even cover the gas wasted, let alone the inconvenience. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Good luck to those of you who choose to do so.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for the overall unpleasant experience. After review of the account, we show some items didn't make the transfer as they were sent from a different warehouse. We have a department in place to contact the guest advising of any issues that *** possibly delay their delivery.
It appears that follow up to the guest did not take place, management is aware of the delivery issues and have addressed them internally. Unfortunately, the guest requested to cancel their entire order. The refund was processed back to the card used at point of sale, while our systems push the refund through immediately, it is up to the bank to make the funds available to the guest. We are quoted a 5-7 business day eta excluding weekends and holidays.

Living Spaces response: We have a department in place to contact the guest advising of any issues that *** possibly delay their delivery. It appears that follow up to the guest did not take place This statement is a poor excuse for accountability and admitting your employees made a mistake. My four year old does a better job of taking responsibility for his actions than Living Spaces appears to do. Lets be clear, this was more than Living Spaces just failing to inform me that my delivery would not arrive as scheduled. Living Spaces actually guaranteed me it was arriving as scheduled and then it did not. Ill repeat exactly what occurred as it appears Living Spaces either opted not to read my summary of events along with their own notes stating the same account or they simply dont understand what they read. Living Spaces first called and left a voicemail to state that my delivery needed to be rescheduled. When I called to the number they provided later that same day, the employee informed me that there was nothing wrong with the delivery and it would be arriving as scheduled on Sunday. I explained my concerns over the conflicting statements; I made it clear this delivery was not for our current house, but one that is a minimum four hour drive away. We had no other reason to drive there, so driving there and back for a delivery that wasnt going to arrive was simply not acceptable to me. The employee then confirmed with a supervisor that the delivery was definitely going to arrive on Sunday. She told me I had nothing to worry about and the first call must have been made in error. When I called Saturday night to see if I could get a more precise window for the delivery than between 8:00am and 3:00pm,it was only then that I was told my delivery was not going to be arriving. When I asked how exactly they were going to make this right as this was the exact situation I had made clear to them I was trying to avoid and was guaranteed would not happen, I was told the only thing that could be done was to waive the delivery fee and reschedule for two weeks later. I made it clear this was not nearly good enough for the level of inconvenience and waste of time and money their employees incompetence had caused me. I was told there was nothing else they could do. I asked for the case to be escalated. This person was also not allowed to do anything more than refund the delivery fee. Said fee doesnt cover the waste of gas, let alone the time and inconvenience caused. So yes, I absolutely canceled my order when Living Spaces offered zero acceptable solutions to compensate for their errors. I have no interest in giving a company several thousand dollars for this complete lack of costumer service and accountability.Review fromSalvador G.

Have been doing business with this company for years and have seen their decline in customer experience gradually decline to horrendous. Had minor issues in past, but current situation and its handling has cused our family to opt out of doing any more businesses with them. They haven't had the items we want to purchase on our last 2 trips to store. We finally agreed to opt for a weeks-out delivery only to have them fail to call us with a 3hr window for delivery, as the stated when they called the day before delivery. Was 10 minutes away dealing with family emergency when they called my wife to say they were at our front door. I raced over only to find they had left (took 13 minutes to arrive) we contacted ********* store to explain and request they return, but were told we would need to reschedule and pay for delivery charge AGAIN. Eventually spoke with a female who identified herself as Store Manager ******. Explined situation and pointed out one of the 2 numbers they had was erroneous, and again, she insisted that we have to reschedule and delivery charge again. Conversation felt as though she was not even listening. That led to us decide to take our business elsewhere and encourage all our family members and acquaintances to do the sameLiving Spaces Furniture, LLC

*****************************/*********************** Customer# *********** Order# ************ It is a 2 part order and we were told we would receive advance notice on both. First part (2 accent chairs) was delivered without notification. Someone simply showed up at our door and I just happened to be home. At store, we were told delivery would include set up of items purchased (which I believe we paid additional fee for) items were left in boxes, unassembled and just inside door. Second part is what was mentioned above. In addition, The person we spoke with, who identified as a manager mentioned a phone number they had listed as our home number, which is unknown to us and we do not have a home number. However, when the delivery crew contacted my wife to say they were at our door, they called her cell phone, which is one of the numbers we provided. (the other one being mine). I have bought a sectional couch with them. Im not happy with the couch at all. Its not working out in my living room. There is no way I can keep it. I have asked them before if I can cancel it or want to make changes adjusting the chase location. They told me I cant when they clearly could tell me I can cancel my order pay restocking fee and re-order. I would have been completely okay with it. I have tried explaining them and offer them they can take restocking fee Im really unhappy how it looks and feel but they are not very helpful. I would not recommend them and I would think many times before I purchase any other item from Living spaces. Im stuck with $3000 couch and they are not willing to work with me at all cost. Per our Special-Order terms and conditions that are displayed on our website as well as the back of the sales receipt. Returns are not accepted on Special Order items and Special-Order items may not be returned due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason. LSF reserves the right to schedule a service technician to repair any serviceable damage or defect noted at the time of delivery.
The guest has reached out to our social media department to report a nail sticking out the sofa, a warranty claim was opened, and tech will be contacting the guest to schedule the inspection. Our warranty department will contact the guest to advise of the next steps once the tech report is in.

HORRENDOUS customer service. Would give 0 starts if I could and wish we had read the reviews before my parents purchased a bed from them. Told us we had to pay $100 for "full service" delivery even tho I now see online we had other options. Deliverers botched putting together the drawers on the bed. We couldn't get them closed but we fixed it ourselves, fine, we could live with it. 3 weeks after delivery, headboard cracks down the middle. We went and talked to the manger at the store, gave us URL to fill out for a return (ended up being an invalid URL) and that we'd then be able to schedule a pickup of the bed and get store credit once someone contacted us. (Also, that day we noticed the display bed also had its headboard cracked...should have paid closer attention before purchase). Went back to the store few days later after realizing the info he gave us was wrong. Spoke to someone else who told us to fill out a warranty claim. Did that, few days went by, finally got a response that they can deliver a new headboard to us. Kept getting emails to schedule our delivery. Parents didn't want the bed anymore because we were concerned it would break AGAIN. So we called customer service. The man on the phone told us he would be able to give us a refund (minus 10% restocking fee and $59 charge for pickup of bed) and someone would contact us in 24 hrs with more info and to schedule. Nothing. Emailed the 2nd person we talked to at the store + warranty with our concerns and what to do. They told us they CANNOT give us store credit or pick up the bed, and "IF" our warranty is accepted, we have to exchange the broken parts or exchange for the same bed. Everyone seems to be aware of a different policy at the company. They are absolutely no help and don't care about their customer. So beware, if you purchase anything from them and it breaks on its own, not because of anything you did, you're pretty much stuck with it. 1 starAbsolutely ridiculous, the worst customer service I have ever seen! The delivery people are the dumbest people I have ever worked with! Every single delivery we had they messed up something that they had to come back to fix it! When I call the number the lady simply says I am sorry. The 3 hours window they give you, they show up ********************************************************** damaged! Then you have to call and reschedule a correct piece! Have $400 in gift cards from 2 years ago they are trying to tell me expired. Legally gift cards can't expire but no one can answer my question and keep telling me I need to go into a store... So I need to drive over an hour to try and figure out why I have faulty gift cards that they are (illegally) saying expire, even though the terms and services on the back of the card explicitly state they do not expire.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Possibly the worst customer service ever. We purchased a lamp that was delivered during construction. Once we gained access back in the house, we opened the box and put the lamp together. The light was defective as it kept tripping our circuit breakers. I called customer service and was told that it was past the 7 days from delivery window. I wanted the lamp, just not a defective one and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked to speak to a manager and the person (I refuse to call him a "gentleman") advised me that was their policy, no exceptions. I explained it could potentially be a fire hazard and he said his father is an electrician and he's never heard of such a thing. I said I was disappointed as I've purchased several items from Living Spaces without an issue. He said "I'm sorry we're going to lose you as a customer" and hung up on me.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Living Spaces offers a 7-day return/ exchange time period as the 7 days starts the day of delivery. Unfortunately, the timeframe isn't placed on hold until the items are opened. Lamps are considered accessories and doesn't come with a warranty; at time of purchase guest are able to add the carefree protection plan at an additional cost. The item was delivered on 1/25/2023, we were not made aware of the issue until 2/4/2023. With this being a possible safety hazard, we will report this up to upper management. However, the account is now locked and controlled by our accounting department due to the guest filing a credit card dispute. The account will remain locked, and we will not be able to assist with this issue until a decision is reached, the decision determines if we can assist the customer in the future. We will also have the call between the supervisor and the guest listened to and provide coaching where necessary.Review fromMike D

Very poor quality furniture. Bought a dual power recliner with extended warranty. In less than 3 years total color loss on headrest. Company said color loss not covered due to normal wear. We've had other leather recliners over the ********** took years for color loss to occur. It's no wonder they've had over ***** BBB complaints in the last 3 years, nearly 500 in the last year alone.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I ordered a couch in Nov 2022. Received in Jan 2023 - damaged. I called back. It took 6 weeks to receive replacement materials. I am still waiting for a technician to ************** which now will be through another 3rd party - and I need to wait another 4 weeks for repairs. This is not professional on their behalf. I cannot sit or use my couch until the repairs are made - this has been on going since jan - I have a useless couch for 3 mos!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Order a mattress from then. Got a call to set up delivery waited 3 hours for them to show and nothing. I got no call, no text or email. I even emailed and called the numbers provided and no answer and reply back. Finally after the weekend finally someone called from a totally different number looking to reschedule my delivery. I had to leave work in the middle of the day to come home and wait for them again. Their customer service *****. It was their fault and yet couldnt make it right and should have worked on my mind time but nope. I paid $49 for delivery and should get that back for dealing with this whole stressful mess. After review of the account, we show this is an out of area order, FGO is the delivery company that picked the item up from Living Spaces, transported it to the delivery hub closest to the customers area. Their scheduling department contacted the guest to schedule delivery, at that point we are not made aware of any scheduling delays. We will share this feedback with upper management.
