      We ordered furniture on February 19. We are still awaiting our delivery. There is now communication between customer service and the transportation company. Everyone understands and is sorry when you call but nothing is done. We have been in our home for two weeks now no bed no couches it is unacceptable. Processed my third claim again this morning and still nothing. We keep getting notifications it is on its way but you look up the tracking and it says delayed. Beyond frustrated if there was a negative star rating I would have chosen that

      I very much dislike this company. Tried to order the couch and just change the fabric, they hit me with a 20% fee just for wanting to change the fabric. Also, when I left a review that didnt look favorably at their customer service, they decided not to show it. Says so much about this company. I am glad I dodged a bullet.

      Custom Special Orders are manufactured by customer request, and because they are not items that Living Spaces keeps in stock, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for our suppliers to create and ship your item(s). Once your Custom Special Order arrives, LIVING SPACES will contact you to arrange delivery or pickup. Custom Special Orders must be scheduled for delivery or pickup within two (2) weeks from the time LIVING SPACES notifies you of item(s) being ready. If you do not arrange delivery or pick up of your Custom Special Order, your order will be cancelled, and your purchase will be refunded less the 25% non-refundable deposit. It is your responsibility to check that furniture will fit through doorways, up stairwells, down hallways and around corners and into the desired location. In the event that LIVING SPACES is unable to deliver the furniture into the desired location, your order will be cancelled, and your purchase will be refunded less the 25% non-refundable deposit. Custom Special Orders are placed immediately with our suppliers. Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. If you wish to modify or cancel your Custom Special Order, you have until 8pm on the day of purchase to do so at no charge. Any changes or cancellations to Custom Special-Order items after 8pm on the day of purchase will result in the loss of your 25% non-refundable deposit.

      Delivered my entertainment center with no handles. They said they would deliver them already minimum of 6 times. I have taken off work 6 times and no one has showed up each time or call to say they were not coming. **************** tells me they are reaching out to the warehouse and again I dont get no call back. I will leave a bad review every time they say they are delivering and they dont show up. They need to start reimbursing me for the time I have missed work to stay at home to receive the items they have no delivered.

After review of the account, it appears the handles are not stored in our warehouse and have to be ordered and shipped directly from the manufacture. The parts can take up to 3 months to arrive. These details were provided to the phone agent that's been assisting you, they will follow up with you to go over available options if you decide not to wait for the parts to arrive.

      If you're looking to lose money and have the worst buying experience then this is the company. Had two sectionals ordered with them. In first case they delivered it after a month but they couldn't fit it in the elevator. The box was too big because of the pillows etc. so I asked them to open the box and try to fit it but they refused. They took it back, and after multiple calls and emails returned money minus 10% restocking fee (why, if I didn't unpack or even touch it?).After that I decided to cancel my second order. In their return policy it says that "no fee if canceled within 2 days". But this time they charged me 25% cancelation fee. Long back and forth with manager didn't do anything, they don't listen any arguments (guys, your delivery is after a month, I canceled after 2 days, you didn't do anything yet, why 25%...). Those 10%, 25% etc. are significant sums of money cause we're talking about furniture, but this scam like company doesn't care.

This is a nationwide order that was placed online by the guest directly on 2-19-2023, upon placing the order they were advised of the delivery eta as the *** scheduling department would contact them between 3/16/2023-3/15/2023 to schedule delivery. We attempted to deliver the furniture on 3/9/2023, however, the items didn't fit in the elevator. They were brought back with the drivers and the guest was charged a 10% restock fee.

      Per our delivery terms and conditions located on the back of the sales receipt as well as displayed on our website for review, prior to completing the purchase with us, it is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through all doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If you or LIVING SPACES is unable to place or deliver your furniture to the desired location due to fit, you will be charged the appropriate restocking fees (or, for special orders, the non-refundable deposit) in accordance with our return policies. For any tight fit, the driver may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery. Please notify LSF of any special requirements in order to complete your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, construction or events, service elevator reservations, and proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings.

The order hasn't been cancelled yet, however, if the guest still wants to cancel, the 25% fee is a valid charge.

      Horrible customer service!! I bought ******************** for mostly all of my home. They messed up on my sectional and ordered the incorrect configuration and I was left with one piece. When they finally reached out to me I ordered a piece that would fit the one that was left because I was told that if I returned it I would be charged 25% fee. I received the new piece and it looks horrible. I called again and was told there was nothing they could do. I am stuck with an almost **** dll sectional that I absolutely hate!

      We spoke with the guest on 3/10/2023 and advised the first time she had an issue with the incorrect piece that was ordered, we added a Loveseat, we created the order for the item and waived the 25% fee and the delivery fee due to this being a sales error. The guest sent an email advising she didn't like the look of the Loveseat next to her coffee table as it appears too small. She was advised that is considered a customer preference. She stated the Loveseat that we ordered isn't what she wanted; she was asked why she continued with the purchase if it wasn't what she really wanted, the customer stated she was afraid we would charge her the 25% fee if she changed the order. We explained an exception was being made along with all fees waived due to the sales error. She was provided the color and size prior to the completion of the order; we also gave the guest measurements to ensure the item was the correct size. The guest gave the approval to complete the order. A manager has made the exception to allow an exchange however, the 25% fee will apply. The guest was not happy with having to pay the fee; however, we are unable to waive it a second time.

      I will never again purchase anything from Living Spaces! Purchased a fabric couch with left facing chaise with additional warranty other than manufacturer warranty - both were useless! A few months after the purchase, the couch cover started to pill and cushions are lumpy like pillows. The frame also is unstable. Reached out to the *******, ** store directly and was re-routed back and forth from coporate and store. I sent pictures and detailed statements via email indicating that in a 2 person household this should not be happening. I have never purchased a piece of furniture that was this poorly constructed and cheap not to mention they refused to offer a replacement or partial refund. I was told no, and again no. Living Spaces does not stand behind their products and I doubt they will be able to continue with a business model like this. Warning to all those who are thinking about spending your hard-earned money here - don't do it!

      Horrible customer service. I paid $99 for full service delivery (supposed to build the bed frame in the room) and they left it in the entry way in the cardboard box.I needed someone to sleep in the bed that night and had to scramble and overpay to find someone to build it that afternoon. To add insult to injury, they refuse to refund my $99 fee for full service delivery (entryway delivery in the box was supposed to be free). I will no longer be ordering from this company

      I purchased a bed online. It was bed as a whole. They brought the headboard footboard and one rail. So the bed could not be assembled. They made me pay an additional 318 dollars to bring out another side rail to put the full bed together. It is false advertising to sell a bed but make you purchase it in halves after delivery.

      SO-********* Is my original order number where I purchased the entire bed as one whole unit-your website does not say I have to buy half the bed in parts-it is one whole bed purchase of ****.plus tax. The second order number is from your delivery guys saying I had to pay ****** to buy the other side of the bed AFTER I ALREADY PURCHASED THE ENTIRE BED!!!!SO-010741916 -YOU OWE THIS BACK TO ME!

      Horrible experience with customer service and ********************************************* overall. Bought a bed with installation. Only realized later that the installation people have left out important pieces of the bed and they even cracked some of the boards due to bad assembly. Additionally I noticed the poor material used for the bed. They refuse to take care of the issue because I noticed their fault after 7 days. Don't trust their "expert" installation service. That will end up costing you more money and you are left with a faulty and bad product.

      I purchased a loveseat in January 2023 from Liv. Spaces, it had to be replaced due to defects. 2 delivery men ************* carried in the ** and announced we have water leaking outside from a pipe.. We saw water sprouting from a pipe attached to the wall by the garage that goes into the ground. The water pressure caused it to spray about 2 up and across the sidewalk. The pipe was cracked, separated & split in half. This occurred when the ** was being carried in. ****** spoke up & told us that he (meaning JB) backed into the pipe. It appeared that ** was trying to get a better grip on the loveseat and lost his balance and fell back and hit the pipe with either his body or the loveseat. I was told I needed to contact the warrantee/property damage ***** which I did on 1/23/23. I spoke with ***** and was given a link to submit pictures. ***** said someone would get back to me within 48 hours, no call was ever returned. The following info is a list of dates, times and people I spoke with who stated that someone will get back to you within 24, 48 or 72 hours. 1/31/23 called to check on the status of my claim; 2/2/23 spoke with ***** at 9:20 AM who said my photos havent been reviewed yet; On 2/11/23 spoke with *****, she reviewed Betsys notes from 2/2 and she would email warehouse and tell them I havent heard from anyone. Still no call back. 2/17/23 spoke with ****** at 10:10 AM, gave her updates of my previous calls, again there were promises but still no calls returned. My last call was 11:10AM on 2/20/23, spoke to *******, she saw my notes and pictures for my claim, she said she would definitely call me the next day on 2/21/23 between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM my time. NOTHING! Its hard to believe that theres so much incompetence with one company. Im disappointed with the unethical behavior. People, please read the complaints and reviews on BBB before purchasing. **, please refund the $220.00 it cost me to repair our pipe.
